beware! The man at the front desk has awful customer service, and although it says on their listing that they have a pool, they do not!

No elevator and the curtains wouldn’t cover the windows. The bathroom tub could use a good cleaning. The metal that surrounds the base of bed makes a bad noise when you get out of bed and when you accidentally kick it standing close to the bed.

Honestly, this property was not as bad as I expected. It was relatively clean. Breakfast was basically cereal and toast. There were a lot of loud people in the hallways. Because there was no carpet anyone in the hall echoed. If someone needs an elevator, be aware that this facility does not have an elevator to the second floor.

It was really good for family stay. The room was clean. But fan in the restroom didnot work and there is no lift in theere. Especially if your room is in the second floor, it becomes a problem for your luggages.

This is my third time staying here. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and we utilized the exercise room. Our television set didn't work so the night manager moved us to a different room and that was very thoughtful. The breakfast, although the same for each morning, was more than adequate.

More emphasis needs to be made on the fact this is a walk up and there are no elevators. Room was clean, TV in bedroom was broken as the cord was out.

The fitness room was almost useless. The treadmill/ elliptical required an Fit account. Breakfast was very limited in food items and not very good. Not close to anything.

No elevator to 2nd floor. Small bathroom. Towels werent fluffy. Beds squeaky. Only one ice machine for whole building.

They advertise gym and restaurant however, nothing is open and they do not know when it’s going to be open. Not a big deal I would have just stayed somewhere else. The problem with using online. Hotels.com is the advertise and they don’t really have what their advertising until you have paid and get there. They can switch.

This was my worst experience in a hotel. We found 2 bugs in the bed, next door room someone was talking on the phone and had the tv on all night long and the bathroom sink was dirty. When I approached the manager he told me he will give me points for my next stay. Do you think I'm crazy to stay at the hotel again?

While the hotel looks close to the highway it is not. The rooms were dirty and smelled of mold.

The room was disgusting. There was blood on the towels. I don’t even know what was on the sheets. The bathroom was literally disgusting. We had to sleep on top of the comforters and we would have left, but it was very late and my daughter was exhausted. I made two reservations at the same time as my daughter will be attending college in the area and was hoping to establish a place to stay when I visit and they would not allow me to cancel my next one. Horrible service and VERY NASTY PLACE. Breakfast was literally two rotten apples and stale cereal! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I didn’t sleep at all due to the fact that I felt like something was crawling on me. Again if it wasn’t extremely late and my daughter was exhausted and we needed to be able to get to her College for the day we would have left!

Bed bugs at the facility. We were moved to a different room three doors down. Same problem! Bed bugs.

It appears that they must have renovated the hotel somewhat recently, and it is very well kept. My check in was uneventful and the desk clerk, whom was very nice, had the xtra blanket, which I had requested, waiting for me. I stayed in a double queen suite with a couch for one night. From the time I opened the hotel room door and saw the imitation, easy to clean, flooring, I was very content. I hate carpeted rooms. There was a nice kitchenette with a few cupboards, a sink, mini-fridge, and microwave. Large smart TVs were in the living area and one in the bedroom. Both were the same size and make and so the remotes worked for both. Housekeeping seems to do an excellent job at upkeep. The bathroom was pretty spotless, the shower head fairly new with great water pressure. The other individual absolutely loved the digital mirror with various lamp settings that is above the sink. I slept in the main area on the couch because of a health condition, while the other person slept on the one queen that I did not take the blanket off of to use with the coach. I did not have time for the breakfast, but will make sure to share how it was after my next stay. All-in-all, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness and updated rooms, and the safe area it is located, this Quality Inn is a gem. Granted, if you want a hotel with an indoor pool you will have to pay at least $100/night more in this area, if not, you will totally enjoy your stay.

Hotel was not clean. First room we were shown had bugs and was not clean. Second room was just ok. Worst hotel experience in the US in many years. Weeds growing around the property, poorly maintained inside and out.

I had recently stayed at this hotel a week prior to this stay. Nothing had changed. From the time of arrival, check-in, and through to check-out the staff at this Quality Inn were as exceptional as my prior visit. The room that I stayed in was very clean, the mattress, pillow, and blankets were all very comfortable, and the HVAC worked perfectly. Overall, very satisfied. I have and will recommend this Quality Inn to others.

The walls are paper thin and every sound from the adjoining rooms as well as the hallways can be heard both night and day. Rooms are not clean enough for my standards.

The bed has a metal sheet box spring guard frame.When climbing up to the bed ,your foot would hit the sheet guard frame and it would male terrible sound. We stayed two nights and couldn't get quality sleep,unsure if it was the mattress or the bedding sheets.

This was a wonderful find. We were traveling with a teen who needed his own space so we got the room with the second room with a pull out couch. It was perfect for him to have some privacy without having to get a bigger option and still having him close. The only draw back was that the pull out was terribly uncomfortable and could stand a new mattress. He ended up just sleeping on the couch version and didn't complain too much. (That's the only reason for the four stars instead of five.) The staff was super nice. I loved that the shower had refillable shampoo instead of all those little bottles. And the breakfast was good.

The room was very clean. The bed linens and towels were clearly fairly new. The TV had little service. It was all free channels from the satellite provider, so no movies or networks to watch. There were teenagers running through the hall and shouting all evening until midnight.

The room was nice overall. The tv stations didn’t work great on the one tv. The bathroom was a little tight between the door, toilet, and tub shower combination. The price was nice considering we didn’t get there til just before 8pm. Due to the weather.

Comfortable bed with fridge and microwave. New hairdryer and bathroom mirror. Some dust bunnies on the walls, thin towels with stains . Very loud from neighboring rooms/slamming doors in the middle of the night.

We stayed in suite which was nice. The room was clean and we had plenty of space. My only suggestion is the bathroom with the toilet and shower is super small and could be updated. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options!

Great, but staff not at desk majority of time

Hotel itself was very clean. The gentleman who worked the front desk both times I checked in, I was here two weekends in a row, should not be allowed to interact with people. The lady the morning I checked out was very friendly. The gentleman is argumentative and not helpful, and just downright rude.

My brother was treated very shabbily by the manager (owner). My brother was checking in and a couple came up to check in. He decided to help them first before finishing up with my brother. Also, he wasn’t told about the breakfast included and arrived not much after it closed. This man needs a course in customer service. If you are willing to be treated poorly, be my guest. I, for one, will never give this man another nickel.

Very bad customer service

Our plans got cancelled and the staff was accommodating by letting us check in a few hours early! They also were able to adjust our room when I booked an accesible handicapped room by mistake.

The staff was excellent! It’s very clean and a great value! Breakfast was great with lots of options!

The front desk employee is very rude and money hungry. I reserved a room with two beds and sofa sleeper. They didn’t allow me to accommodate party of 5, alleging hotel policy is of 4 people per room. Be careful with the policies they make up to their advantage to make one to pay for additional rooms. Plus it was for a third adult who is disabled who cannot take care of herself. The hotel tried to force us to reserve a room by herself. Facilities are old and does not smell well. Musty odor in building.

The staff were so very pleasant and helpful from check in to checkout-- quick efficient helpful and patient with any questions we had. The young woman at the breakfast offering was beyond helpful as I was confused with the waffle maker -- she could se my confusion and rushed right over and did it for me-- as well as the woman waiting after me-- she did hers also -- she was busying about and helping and making sure all was well -- special kudos to her-- I'm so sorry I don't have her name -- it was the morning of the 26th about 8:30 AM?? All was great -- thank you so much

There wasn't any restaurant's nearby.

There is no elevator. My tub was leaking into the room beneath me and they had to move my room… I left my jacket in the previous room as I was moved in a hurry and no one was going to tell me until I called the front desk looking for it days later. It took days into my stay before the driveway was actually fully plowed and shoveled. There is a limited breakfast, the property is clean and the staff are friendly. It does the job for the price and there is a strip of major stores and restaurants only 4 min away.

Clean quiet place to stay. A little out of the way but would stay again

A little difficult to find . Adjoining road way systems very confusing, no real direct access from highway. Overall, nice short term stay. No elevator, so pack light.

Very much off the beaten path, but ok for our one-night stay, and easy access to our route the next morning!

The property was only 10 minutes to the Nexus Center. This property is in need of updating...everything.

Hotel a mile or two from anything. It’s fine for a night or two, as we did not encounter any issues. There’s an auto or gas station museum next door. A path to walk, just outside the hotel. We walked it a mile down.

The property is only average, the breakfast is very limited and the amenities are below expectations. If I had to do it again I would spend a few more dollars and book a better property.

Everything was great, especially the staff. A bit old and could use a bit of an update, but very clean and comfortable for the price. The breakfast was not so great, but there was toast and yogurt which were fine. I would stay again

Excellent hotel to stay in when your traveling through. Good breakfast, room clean, great place to rest.

It was just OK. The place could use an update.l It's neat and clean but everything is just OK. The breakfast was pretty pathetic. Couldn't find butter. The muffins were one bite little. It was hard to discern what kind of muffin it was. The orange juice tasted yucky. You get the minimum which is ok if you don't want to spend much money.

The hotel was clean enough, but the breakfast was very sparse and limited, waffle maker was not working, and television in room was set to analog, no channels coming in. Finally figured how to go to settings and go to digital, but everytime we turned on the tv we had to go through this process.

The breakfast was disgusting. Powdered eggs.

Taco Bell and Applebees were next door so we could walk to get supper. Very dirty under the bed mattresses. Beds had a metal skirting that banged when you got close to the bed. Room was very cramped with real poor lighting. Drapes were old and had cracks that light shown through. Hair dryer looked dirty. Refrigerator wasn't working. Breakfast was OK with a waffle machine, but the eggs were cold.. There was a micro wave to warm food up.
