Emerald Seas is in an amazing location with excellent service. The building is a bit older and outdated but very very clean and the amenities are great. Steps away from the beaxh and close dedicated free parking! I would most definitely stay there again !

Things were OK, but there were too many I just didn't like. This is a condo, not a hotel. I arrived after the office had closed and would have not had access but for help from another guest. It was what in the UK we'd call a Studio apartment. But very compact, and with the most uncomfortable sofa I've ever encountered. The aircon which really was needed was so noisy in the small room, it near drowned out the TV and left me choosing hot humidity over the continuous loud whooshing sound. I'm quite sensitive to noise and light when sleeping, and found the fridge noise, and the curtain failure to properly block the light made it difficult to sleep well. The room was certainly clean. Parking was easy and you were assigned a spot. I wouldn’t stay again as I just found the room uncomfortable for the reasons mentioned. The surrounding area is very nice, as is the beach access.

Large spacious unit (1 BR, kitchen, Livingroom) had dated furniture, but was clean, comfortable and functional. Property has 2 pools, shuffle board, corn hole, beach volleyball net, tiki hut and plenty of chairs to enjoy the view. Would definitely stay there again. Quarter mile walk to stores and restaurants.

This is an older hotel, but dont let that fool you. The staff are amazing!!! Tne room that we had was everything we needed!! Right on the brach, 2 pools, cornhole, and shuffle boatd!!! Loved it here and will be back!!

I am truly impressed with this hotel. Felt so safe, very home-y, so close to the beach- literally steps away! 2 pools, they have toys and floats for the kids to play with. Corn hole and shuffle board! We will be back for sure!! Also you can walk just about anywhere!!!!

The hot water in the shower did not work. The bath tub in the shower was dirty and had gross clumps of hair on the walls and by drain. No soap or shampoos. Had to buy own. There was no internet and I couldn’t get anything on the tv. Great location and pools were nice.

Stayed here with my family and it was absolutely wonderful! The location is breathtaking and everything from the service to the property was top notch. Love this cozy little hidden gem and will definitely come back again. Our apartment was clean and perfect for our family. Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and a full size refrigerator.
