Room was cozy, clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed time at the pool in the afternoon. It was well-maintained, perfect temp for early August and not crowded. Actually enjoyed visiting with 2 other couples as we relaxed in the water. My wife enjoyed the 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea in the kitchen while I enjoyed the fresh cookies! Breakfast was fantastic as the hosts served us delicious menu options. The property is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of seating on the porches front and back to enjoy the surroundings, plus a great fireplace room lounge inside, if preferred. Easy to feel "at home". Would most definitely stay again.

Breakfast was wonderful. The rooms clean. They have ice machine and buckets if you need ice. Coffee anytime. They have refrigerator to put drinks in if needed. Great location to the strip in Branson. Thanks for a great stay.

From the moment we arrived to check-in a little early until we met the owner/breakfast chef the next morning, we were welcomed with a genuine kindness you won’t find in most establishments. We came through for a Cody Johnson concert so we only stayed one night but would absolutely go back if ever in this area again. Only 15 bedrooms in a building built specifically for a B&B with a couple of common areas inside, 2 decks on the back side, and a pool. Super quite. The breakfast was cooked to order with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cinnamon rolls, and more. They definitely pay special attention to the breakfast part of the B&B. It was very good!

Beautiful bed and breakfast all decked out for Christmas! It was gorgeous! Clean room. Breakfast was delicious. The snacks (especially the sugar cookies) , hot chocolate, and coffee whenever needed was a bonus! Loved the friends we met over the breakfast table for sure!

AMAZING!! The hosts were so accommodating and friendly you are treated like family. Everything was so clean and the attention to detail was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfasts prepared fresh every morning and meeting and visiting with other guests. We will definitely be going back!

The property is beautiful and very clean. The hosts were super nice. The room was very comfortable. They cooked a very delicious breakfast every morning for the guests. Eggs any way, waffles, french toast, cinnamon rolls plus more. It was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The home and all areas of the home are lovingly and beautifully decorated in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Everything is noticeably well maintained and cared for. You will be delighted by the wonderful breakfast choices made in the home and served like a 5 star restaurant. We especially enjoyed the lovely and peaceful front porch. Many wonderful vacation highlights are close in proximity. We definitely will return to stay at the Bradford B & B when we are in the area.

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Ready for guests. We arrived right at 3p. We were able to peek in on many of the rooms that weren't occupied. Just off the beaten path and close to it all. We always go to Branson. Never stayed at the same place twice. Nothing wrong with our stays, but this place is different, I know I will return!!!

We’ve stayed at a number of BNB’s in the US and Europe. By far Cristy’s and Bob’s home is the very best. We stayed in the larger Executive room and is was very spacious. We enjoyed sitting outside our room on the porch one evening. Each breakfast was so very delicious. Christy was very hospitable in answering all our questions and helpful with anything we needed. I can see why some of our fellow patrons have been returning guests. If we ever come back to Branson this is where I would again stay.

The facilities are immaculate, classic old home luxuries. Nicely located, a feeling of almost outside Branson, but relatively close. Breakfast was outstanding, a huge value in itself. Better still owners/staff wonderfully friendly. House was open to get your own coffee, etc. Having work to do, I missed a desk to work on in the room; but connect with net was excellent.

This was our 4th time to stay at this Inn and it has become our anniversary destination. The room is clean and incredibly comfortable. It is quiet even when the Inn is full. Sitting out on the porch is so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast is amazing with several different options, and Bob and Cristy are great hosts. Definitely our favorite place to go in Branson.

We have stayed here multiple times. Environment makes it feel like home. Prices are great. Great staff, and as a bonus some of the best breakfast you will ever eat. Located close to the strip but just far enough to be in a quiet location with little to no traffic. Look forward to many more visits.

Will absolutely stay here again!! Super comfortable bed (slept great). Entire place is clean and decorated for fall. Bob and Cristy are wonderful host, super nice and thoughtful. We got up after breakfast was over and Bob offered to go ahead and make us breakfast anyway. We didn’t take him up on it but I know he would have. Quite and sorta secluded area just a few minutes from the strip. Looking forward to next time.

The rooms were very nice. Mr. and Mrs. Westfall were very kind in helping resolve the room situation where one room was accidentally put in as the night before intended. We were greeted with warmth and immediate assistance on our luggage. I did not realize our room was on the 2nd floor and my husband had issues with walking up & down the stairs and they made an agreed to change of rooms with another couple who was on the 1st floor! Awesome, great breakfast and homemade baked goods daily!

We enjoyed staying at the Bradford House and having an escape off of the busy main road of restaurants, motels/hotels, and attractions. Just far enough away that it was quiet and serene, but easy to find. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast selections were varied and delicious. Try the egg-sausage-cheese casserole - YUM! We also enjoyed being able to get our own coffee, tea or a bottled water on our own. We felt right at home. Bob and Christy were warm and friendly. We will certainly stay there again when we return to Branson.

It’s a beautiful, homey property. It’s beautifully furnished with antiques. The breakfasts are excellent and also a chance to meet other guests. It’s extremely convenient to town. We saw many birds, a chipmunk, and a deer with her baby. Hosts are laid back and friendly. The property looks better than the pictures!
