We hosted a bachelor party with 16 people and this property was perfect! We enjoyed the games, pool, grill, kitchen and large dining areas. Would highly recommend to large groups.

This was a perfect property to come back to after a golf round. It was clean and specious. The pool and jacuzzi are big enough for the whole group. Beds are comfortable and enough to have each guest with his own bed. Kitchen and dining areas are large enough for a big group. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider for our next vacation even in other cities and states. I recommend this property to any one with large group.

Our time staying at this home in Cave Creek was incredible. All I can say is this by far is the best house for a large group we have stayed in. I have been putting together golf trips for our employees and clients for 30 years now and have nothing but great things to say about this property. This house has it all, pool, hot tub that actually gets hot, 19 beds, theatre, pool table, etc. We all watched Top Gun in the Theatre, wow, great times, we will definitely return!

We loved the combination of large gathering spaces – dining room, kitchen, great room, theater room, back patio – and individual private spaces (multiple king bedrooms). The pool, AC, and entry-level suites / guestrooms were all musts on our list as well. The 9-hole mini golf course and huge theater room were icing on the cake! It was perfect for a family get together and allowed people to balance their family/me time as needed. The house is large, clean, comfortable, beautiful, and utterly welcoming. Kudos to the crew that make this place “guest ready” with all 20+ place settings. The house is set up in a thoughtful way that is very guest-centric – easy access lock for entry, all light switches labeled, house manuals easy to access and full of useful information. Additionally, it is well provisioned throughout, especially in the kitchen. We were amazed at the variety of utensils, serving platters, and kitchen appliances that were available for use and eased the preparation of food for 12 people. One of the most amazing features of the home was the team of professionals providing guest support. We had positive, professional communications with both the property manager (Brian) and the guest concierge (Dawn). Communication was easy and detailed. Responses were quick and decisive. The “Magnificent Mansion” was well named! So much room. Everyone was comfortable from the youngest to the oldest. We all enjoyed every minute. Plenty of activities to keep teens occupied. Summer can be a challenge in the desert, but the AC worked perfectly and the pool was enjoyed by all. We did all our own cooking The kitchen had everything the Chefs in our family wanted. (Inside and Out) Loved the huge table seating!

THIS PLACE IS MAGNIFICENT!!!! I came with a group of 30 girls, we came in the place was so clean not even a speck of dust!! Everything was beautifully set up! The house was extremely well stocked, nothing was missing! The backyard and pool are amZing!! We didnt want to leave!! Also Brian the property manager was so so so nice!!!! WOULD FORSURE COME AGAIN!!!

We had another amazing time staying for the second year in a row for our annual friends trip. The house has everything we need for the 10 couples to have a high end luxury retreat. We loved spending days by the pool, evenings by the fire pit and hiking each day at nearby hiking trails. We will definitely be back. The management company is so responsive.

We were looking for a space where we could do some strategic planning and team planning. The house had massive great rooms with large TVs and projectors in the home theatre that made it very easy. With 10 bedrooms every attendee had a private space to retreat to. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely look at this property again next time we need to do an offsite meeting and strategic planning.

The amenities were great and everyone enjoyed the outdoor area, theater room, well-stocked kitchen, etc. The location was great as well, and it was easy to get to local attractions. The property manager Brian was very nice and very responsive. This was a great spring break trip with families and I would highly recommend this property!

This vacation rental was awesome. Actually way more space then needed. When we had issues the property manager was easy to get a hold of and sent someone over ASAP. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to relax. It is out in a new part of town so not a lot around the property, other than houses.

Our stay here checked all the boxes. My friends and I really appreciated all the little things that have gone into making the space perfect. Not only can you spend the entire day in the backyard, but the big kitchen and living room provided the perfect space for us to gather. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for a large group. The bathrooms are also stocked with shampoos, creams and more. The beds are also very, very comfortable. The property manager Brian, was very helpful before and during our stay. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Brian and team :)

The house is amazing for a very fun time. When we needed anything and I called in, very responsive. Only issues, 2 years in a row, we had problems with the main refrigerator and master bedroom sink drains very slow.

We selected this location after much research for a corporate offsite. The entire experience start to finish was flawless. Property management was in close communication up to our arrival, during our trip, and through checkout. The property itself is perfect. We have stayed in plenty of rentals and this was by far the best stocked house. we stayed on premise the entire trip and took full advantage of all of the entertainment space. Neighbors were also super friendly! 10/10. Will plan to stay again at this and their other managed locations.

The house is beautifully constructed, has a lot of space for a large group, and has accommodating amenities such as a heated pool, supplied cutlery, connected TV streaming platforms, a pool table, and much more. From the moment I booked this property till the moment I left at check out, the billing department and cust service was VERY VERY communicative, professional, kind and understanding!! I can honestly say EVERYTHING about this booking & stay was not 5 stars, it was 10 STARS!! Brian the property manager met me at the mansion prior to my check in date so I could get some measurements for the decor I was buying for my mothers SURPRISE 60th bday party. Brian was so accommodating, reasonable, professional and just an all around cool person to work with. He made sure we had everything we needed for my moms big Surprise. Next I booked from Fri - Sun and was contemplating just reserving till Monday so we didn’t have to be out so early. So when I went to book the extra day I noticed the price had gone up. Instead of booking the extra day via Vrbo immediately , I called the property billing department and spoke with them about the increase in price from Sun to Mon. What they did was reserve it via Vrbo still and send me a refund for what we agreed was reasonable. It turned out great!!!! Ultimately if I were to ever need a mansion again - I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else!! Everyone was impressed, happy & my mom had the BEST Birthday one could hope for. This is an amazing property that is perfect for mult-generational family gatherings. We loved the combination of large gathering spaces – dining room, kitchen, great room, theater room, back patio – and individual private spaces (multiple king bedrooms). The pool, AC, and entry-level suites / guestrooms were all musts on our list as well. The 9-hole mini golf course and huge theater room were icing on the cake! It was perfect for a family get together and allowed people to balance their family/me time as needed. The house is large, clean, comfortable, beautiful, and utterly welcoming. Kudos to the crew that make this place “guest ready” with all 20+ place settings. The house is set up in a thoughtful way that is very guest-centric – easy access lock for entry, all light switches labeled, house manuals easy to access and full of useful information. Additionally, it is well provisioned throughout, especially in the kitchen. We were amazed at the variety of utensils, serving platters, and kitchen appliances that were available for use and eased the preparation of food for 12 people. One of the most amazing features of the home was the team of professionals providing guest support. We had positive, professional communications with both the property manager (Brian) and the guest concierge (Dawn). Communication was easy and detailed. Responses were quick and decisive. We had an amazing time and hope to come back for another stay here, or at another of their luxury properties.

We had another amazing time staying for the second year in a row for our annual friends trip. The house has everything we need for the 10 couples to have a high end luxury retreat. We loved spending days by the pool, evenings by the fire pit and hiking each day at nearby hiking trails. We will definitely be back. The management company is so responsive.

This vacation rental was awesome. Actually way more space then needed. When we had issues the property manager was easy to get a hold of and sent someone over ASAP. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to relax. It is out in a new part of town so not a lot around the property, other than houses.

The “Magnificent Mansion” was well named! So much room. Everyone was comfortable from the youngest to the oldest. We all enjoyed every minute. Plenty of activities to keep teens occupied. Summer can be a challenge in the desert, but the AC worked perfectly and the pool was enjoyed by all. We did all our own cooking The kitchen had everything the Chefs in our family wanted. (Inside and Out) Loved the huge table seating!

Our stay here checked all the boxes. My friends and I really appreciated all the little things that have gone into making the space perfect. Not only can you spend the entire day in the backyard, but the big kitchen and living room provided the perfect space for us to gather. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for a large group. The bathrooms are also stocked with shampoos, creams and more. The beds are also very, very comfortable. The property manager Brian, was very helpful before and during our stay. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Brian and team :)

Our family had high expectations for this property after seeing all the amazing pictures on the listing - and yet we still found ourselves blown away by the house in person. The outdoor area was perfect for fun+games in the sun. The pool was great and the hot tub was perhaps the best we have ever experienced. The highlight for our group was the HUGE indoor dining table that allowed all of us to eat meals together. And to top it all off, the customer service we received throughout the stay was prompt and thoughtful. We hope to come back to this property soon!

This was a perfect property to come back to after a golf round. It was clean and specious. The pool and jacuzzi are big enough for the whole group. Beds are comfortable and enough to have each guest with his own bed. Kitchen and dining areas are large enough for a big group. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider for our next vacation even in other cities and states. I recommend this property to any one with large group.

All I can say is this by far is the best house for a large group we have stayed in. I have been putting together golf trips for our employees and clients for 30 years now and have nothing but great things to say about this property. This house has it all, pool, hot tub that actually gets hot, 19 beds, theatre, pool table, etc. We all watched Top Gun in the Theatre, wow, great times, we will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for our family reunion! Everything was fantastic! Appreciated the quick, thorough responses to our questions about the property before and after booking, the extra toiletries for those who forgot to bring some things, and the quick reply to a text when we couldn't find something in the home. Plenty of pantry, counter and fridge/freezer space for all our food. The kids really loved the mini golf, pool table, and swimming pool/hot tub. Definitely recommend!!
