Perfect location. Right outside the boarder of France and Switzerland. 30 second walk to the trams which takes you into Geneva Lake town in 10 minutes or smaller town a few stops away. Tram on the opposite side also takes you into France. Restaurants all around within 30 seconds or few mins walk. Property has a fridge and cooking equipment if you want a cheaper night in. Pharmacy nearby, mini grocery store. Safe to walk at night (I got home after 9pm and travelled alone). Lift access and clean hotel. Not the most luxurious but still modern. I will definitely be staying again

Logement à côté du Tram 12 qui mène au Genève centre. C'est un gros point fort qui facilite tous le séjour. L'immeuble est correct, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires (parking, laverie, etc). Du côté de la chambre avec kitchenette, le mobilité était neuf et en bon état, et la literie confortable. Toutefois, il manque une petite rénovation, côté salle de bain, les murs, etc... Ca se relie directement à la propreté, ne regardez pas trop dans les coins... Enfin, je préfère prévenir... le couloir de l'étage 2 a une odeur très très particulière... (mais dans la chambre on sent rien).

Logement sale, coin cuisine un utilisable, micro onde avec de la rouille, tache sur le lit, sale de bain en mauvais état, wc à fuir, pas de parking, secteur bruyant jusqu’à plus de minuit avec les bars en dessous…..mauvaise expérience.

bonjour. accueil. un peu. froid avec désaccord sur une place de parking handicapé déjà à l’arrivée. ce n’était pas le top .. chambre sous le toit donc très chaude et ventilateur squirre ne fonctionnait pas 🙄. et vétusté de tous …ascenseurs en panne donc aux 6 étage. assez désagréable .. sdb. … bouilloire électrique qui fait sauté le compteur. 🙄. dépannage à 4 reprises. 🙄🙄. enfin. bon séjour dans la ville de. gaillard. et aux alentours. mais hôtels vétustes. cordialement

Very easy location to get to/from Geneva, lots of shops nearby for snacks etc and restaurants also. Unfortunately the pillows were stained yellow and dirty under the pillow case, there was ants in the bathroom and the hallways stink badly, it was also very very hot during my stay and there was one ac that was ridiculously weak.

Des cheveux pleins les draps, trous de cigarette dans la literie, des insectes dans tout le logement qui grouillent le long des murs et des plinthes, micro onde sale avec encore de la nourriture des anciens occupants. Matelas avec plusieurs taches de sang. Nous attendons un remboursement car avons dû quitter le logement en urgence.

La cuisine n'est pas entièrement équipée mais j'ai où demander quelques équipements supplémentaires. Chambre bien isolée contre le bruit comme contre le froid. Tout à proximité. Quelques petites fourmis sont présentés dans l'immeuble, ce qui est quand-même un problème.

Hôtel très bien situé, desservi par les tram.. les apparts sont spacieux mais la propreté ce n’est pas trop ça.. nous étions envahi de fourmis et nous avons même eu un cafard. Les femmes de ménages rentre dans l’appartement même lorsque nous dormons toujours…

Logement qui sent fortement le pipi. Dès mon arrivée j’ai prévenue l’établissement et le ménage était prévu le lendemain mais il n’a jamais eu lieu donc tout au long des 4 jours le logement sentait mauvais. Seulement 1 serviette de bain par personne (même pas de serviette pour le visage car selon la réception il n’y a pas assez de serviettes donc il fallait utiliser la seule qui nous avait été laissé). Pas de chauffage. Il faisait très froid et le chauffage ne marchait pas. Il s’allumait que tard la nuit pour quelques heures.

Falta de mantenimiento, no funcionaba la cocina ni el microondas. El Pasillo Huele a moqueta sucia o húmeda. El grifo de la ducha no tiene donde sostenerse. Amenities muy malas. Poca vajilla que hay que lavar y tirar la basura antes de irte bajo pena de multa.

It’s handy as it has a train/bus stop in front of the hotel, the location is great. Unfortunately WiFi never worked and as I did not have a Swiss/French number I could not make a call - there is only someone at the reception from 8am to 10:30am which isn’t ideal. But for the price we get what we paid for. Overall good but we loads of space for improvement.

Apartment itself it lovely and really good value for money. The shower was properly the only downfall, poor shower, no holder and the water flooded. The people above were super nosey. Recording is closed most of the day. I had an issue with the deposit I paid to Expedia before arriving then hotel charged me for it anyway lots of messing around. Other than that nice apartment. Good location in relation to transport and the area it’s self seemed a little unsafe in the nights

Property is very basic.stayed with kids. Corridor and rooms are smelly. Smell of smoke is too much. Shower was broken complained to the reception but they said they can not do anything or they can’t compenaste. So not very helpful. Person on the fone was rude aswell. Ok for a night or two.

Was due to stay for 4 nights, but we checked out the morning after our late arrival on the 29th December. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The place is very run down and it much need of repair. Mould in the rooms, very old furniture. Staff were not friendly. When we said we were going, they just shrugged their shoulders, didn’t ask why. So I told them the reasons, but they were not surprised or bothered at all. All they said was that they would not refund us. We are going to persue this though. This property should not be on Hotels.com

Accommodation was okay. The room did not have a kettle or mugs to make coffee. You also have to take out your trash before leaving otherwise you get fined €95. The hallways smelled like smoke. Other than that we slept well, the room had heating and a TV. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Du côté de la chambre avec kitchenette, le mobilité était neuf et en bon état, et la literie confortable. Toutefois, il manque une petite rénovation, côté salle de bain, les murs, etc... Ca se relie directement à la propreté, ne regardez pas trop dans les coins... Enfin, je préfère prévenir... le couloir de l'étage 2 a une odeur très très particulière... (mais dans la chambre on sent rien).

Otelin hemen karşısından Cenevre için tramvay kalkıyor, 17-18 dakikada şehir merkezine varmış oluyorsunuz. Odada mini buzdolabı ocak ve mikrodalga fırın mevcut. Oda oldukça geniş ve rahat ancak klima bulunmuyor ve çatı katı olduğu için oldukça sıcaktı.

Very easy location to get to/from Geneva, lots of shops nearby for snacks etc and restaurants also. Unfortunately the pillows were stained yellow and dirty under the pillow case, there was ants in the bathroom and the hallways stink badly, it was also very very hot during my stay and there was one ac that was ridiculously weak.

Very basic Inexpensive. You get what you pay for. No coffee maker. No toaster in the kitchen. If you’re on a tight budget then the room will be ok. 2nd “bedroom” is a pullout couch. Do be prepared for that.

The standard of the room met my expectations based on the price and location. But the check in process was unprofessional, and the staff were unfriendly and even aggressive. I have made a complaint. I only stayed here because my usual hotels in Geneva were fully booked. I will never stay at Geneva Residence Hotel again.
