This hotel recently renovated the bathrooms in the hotel. Brilliant shower! Lots of hot water and very good water pressure. The continental breakfast was plentiful and the garden terrarium was very nice to look at! Very safe - gated at night.

Very secure parking they lock the gates at night. The rooms were very comfortable very big and the bed was comfortable. Please be aware that check in is at 2:30pm not 2pm like most places. Very happy to stay again

The room had black mould, there were cobwebs in the room, the spare blankets had holes in it. There was an open soap in the shower, cracks in the walls, bedhead had come off the wall

The property is dirty. The floor was not swept or mopped. The bath mat was filthy after walking from the room to the shower. The whole place looks like it is mid-renovation and they decided to lease it. The place has mismatched panels, three holes in the bathroom door, filthy cutlery draw, no cutlery. There was sand or dirt in the spare bed. The whole place made me feel dirty.

We only stayed for one night. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. We were shocked and terrified to see mice running behind the bed. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned—dead insects were visible in the corners. On a positive note, breakfast was included.

We booked 3 rooms as church family on 3 room categories, we realised upon check-in that they were all located on different buildings. We know what to do next time. We had an amazing stay. We loved the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Shout out to the two ladies who assisted with our check-in. Thankyou! Continental breakfast was great! We booked the executive twin room. Basic room, not as modern as the pics made it look. Bathroom clean. Sheets and towels clean. There was a locked door adjoining the next room, you could hear a bit of muffled sound. We didn’t use the tea/coffee facilities so can’t comment. Staff were nice and check-in was easy.

Looks nice in the photos, but don't look too close on arrival. Rooms have just had a quick facelift, in a half done way, bathroom looks like a poorly done DIY job, with some cheap furniture in the room to fill the void. Nice to have hard floors in the room, compared with dirty old carpets, however the beds are on castor wheels. Single bed castors were broken, so when my son would sit down one end, bed almost flipped. Queen bed would slide around the room, and pillows fall down behind the bed as it moved. Staff were friendly, and made a late check in easy.

Great property, beautiful pool, friendly staff and very clean rooms, I understand they’re doing renovations however the bed in room 22 is absolutely terrible. There is a big dip in the middle of the bed, the springs in the mattress make noise every time you roll over or move. If it wasn’t for the bed I would give a 5 star rating.

If it wasn’t for the indentation of an elephant, the bed would have been nice to sleep in. The room was ample, bathroom has been renovated though not that clean when I checked in. Someone left their skid marks in the toilet. You’ll hear people talking outside as there’s hardly any insulation. Just be mindful that you do get what you paid for and that is OK.

The manager was not welcoming. Too many signs in the unit; no cooking allowed in the unit when all we wanted to do was to cook a breakfast in a Sunbeam skillet for breakfast. Rubber mat to be placed in the bath tub at show time used by everyone.

We were a church family of 8. We had a great stay. The two ladies who assisted us with check-in on Friday evening were helpful and friendly. We were in our rooms within a couple of minutes. The rooms were clean and tidy. We are looking forward to our next visit and we will definitely book family rooms 2, 3 and 4. It was so nice to have experienced the 3 room types during this stay. No staff at counter on check in (2pm) rang mobile number on door as stated, number was discounted and to check number and try again. A staff member arrived as i was checking number. I had correct number. Checkout staff were great, as was breakfast.

Second time staying there. Close to Hot Springs Aqua Centre. Free Continental breakfast to get started before the next part of our journey. Had facilities in room. ie. toaster, jug, microwave, fridge, iron. All the essential requirements for a traveler. The bed was very comfortable, and was airconditioned for comfort.

Great convenient location. Very close to the Aquatic Centre. Very clean, large room. Recently renovated. Best shower ever. Comfy beds. Easy parking with a security gate. Staff lovely. Couple of small negatives, needed a shower curtain to stop the water going all over the floor. Pillows too high, although I did find a lower profile pillow in the cupboard. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

The location is good, can walk to train station & to moree aquatic only abt 5 mins walking. We spent 3 nights there but no housekeeper who came to tidy up the bed or at least took the rubbish from bathroom/toilet & from the Kitchen area until our rubbish full. Also no top up for tea bags & sugar. Towels also arent not changed as in the hotel.

Not quite like the photos online No restaurant which is advertised. Smallish room for 3 of the 5 people we had, only 2 chairs and no space to sit. Air con struggled to cool room down - was particularly hot that day thou. Old room but bathroom appears to be recently renovated nicely. Staff lovely and accommodating. Overall expensive for the quality of the room but nice enough
