الفندق عبارة عن حالة فوضى بداية من الإستقبال وحتى المغادرة وصلت بعد موعد الدخول المحدد بساعة ونصف وانتظرت اكثر من نصف ساعة لاستلام الغرف بحجة انها غير جاهزة باب الغرفة كان مشوه وبإمكان اي شخص رؤية ما بداخل الغرفة من الثقوب والفراغات الموجودة في الباب العوازل الصوتية جداً سيئة على الرغم اني سكنت في آخر دور الطابق ال ١٤ وكنت اسمع اصوات السيارات واسمع الغرف المجاورة بشكل واضح وكأنهم معي في الغرفة المناشف الموجودة في الحمام رائحتها سيئة جداً ولا تصلح للإستخدام الآدمي غلاية الماء يوجد بها ترسبات غريبة مرتبة السرير قديمة جداً ويوجد بها تقوس في الوسط لا يوجد كاوية ملابس في الغرفة ولابد من انتظار مغسلة الملابس في الصباح لتدفع قيمة كي الملابس الفطور متنوع لكن المنتجات الموجودة فيه رخيصة جداً وخاصة المعلبات تعتبر من أقل الأنواع الموجودة في السوق مواقف السيارات محدودة وضيقة جداً عند الخروج حاولت الاتصال على حامل الحقائب وعلى مكتب الاستقبال لأكثر من ٢٠ دقيقة لكن لم يرد علي احد او يكون الخط مشغول

Apart from location of this hotel everything is terrible. Room was not sound proof the connecting door room was given and could hear whatever the other guest speaking. Can hear outside building works carried out even at 1am. Crowded lifts, you may need more time to get a lift. Mediocre breakfast deserts repeated everyday. Poor wifi signal did not connect, used my own personal data

Was ok, close to the masjid and plenty of food places about, toilet stunk. Lifts were cramped and I didn’t like the fact even the staff working were using the same lifts incuding builders working on upper floors. So you had to wait for lifts.

Unfortunately hotel was not good enough at all terrible services specially no Internet in the room, only benefit was it was close to Haram Shareef apart from that nothing to like about. I would suggest any other hotel which is near to Haram Shareef there are plenty of hotels which are near to Haram Shareef but please don’t book this hotel if you are travelling or staying with your family

Nous nous plaignons à la réception, la même histoire « ce matin » « ce soir » « demain » jamais rien de fait. On nous a même dit « ok, mais tu dois rester dans la chambre sinon on nettoie pas » j’ai refusé de perdre une soirée de mon séjour pour ça. Le personnel n’est pas aimable, on ne vous donne aucune solution. La wifi fonctionne très mal prévoyez une carte SIM. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est assez éloigné de Masjid Al Nabawi par rapport au prix payé. L’ascenseur ne suffit pas pour la taille de l’hôtel et le nombre de personnes si vous avez une poussette ou vous êtes dans les derniers étages vous attendez sans cesse, impraticable aux heures de prière et de Check in/out, ce qui fait encore perdre du temps pour vous rendre à la mosquée. Ils proposent de la restauration rapide autour, mais vous n’avez pas le droit de manger sur les tables de l’hôtel si cela ne vient pas de chez eux, voud allez monter dans votre chambre manger et attendre 15minutes l’ascenseur. Poor customer service, the room has never been clean, challenging to ask for basic needs (towels, toilet paper, cleanser)

Disgusting hotel. No room service as in cleaning of room. Carpets filthy. Pillows filthy as well as blankets. Bugs in room. Bathrooms filthy and mouldy. Repeated requests to clean and change totally ignored by Expedia and the hotel. Have a disabled daughter so made the the situation much harder to handle or change hotels once we had arrived and checked in very very disappointed. Stay away.

Room was extremely dirty. Tried switching rooms many times and hairs and stains all over the sheets. We asked the staff and they said “this is normal, if you want a better hotel go to X”. Moved different hotels immediately

We had to wait for over an hour to get our room. Bathroom was dirty and you can see mould. No toilet roll. 4 beds were cramped in room meant for two beds. Hardly enough room to put luggage and be able to walk freely in the room. Expedia should not rate it as a 4 star hotel.

Location is great 👍 near Masjid Nabwi. Everything else is poor about this hotel. Not clean. Staff not professional, and customer service is not good.

Staff at check in was rude for no reason . Room 1305 has an open sewer pipe under the sink. The washroom smells like sewerage leak! Dirty room too. Had to ask for towel and toilet paper .

I stayed over 7 days, nobody came to clean my room or changed bin. I rang receptionist over 10 times regarding bin change or bedding but nothing happened. Then l changed bin myself. They don't care about hygiene or anything.

Terrible. Location was great but everything else was worse than a 49.99 motel 6 room. The bathroom smelled like sewage.no towels, the bed had hair on it upon arrival the tv didn’t work. Had to beg for towels and sheets to be changed. One key card per room!!! Only thing going for it was the location!

amazing facility, i asked for late checkout and they were very accomodating. the bed was SUPER comfy and room super clean only thing they can improve perhaps is may be consider changing sink of bathrooms - not dirty at all, but just had some crack in it. I am sure that is NOT the case every room. Overall, I would love to stay here AGAIn. so convienant to shopping and musjid. LOVED IT.

Average room condition. Terrible air conditioning system. Wetroom style toile/bathroom definitely not suitable for uk family . Room service, bellmann,and house keeping was excellent. Reception staff are not friendly and not helpfull at all.

I chose to stay at Zowar International Hotel mainly because of its proximity to Haram, which is very convenient. However, there is ongoing construction work right behind the hotel, and the noise from drilling and heavy machinery is quite disturbing throughout the day. The constant sound of boulders and foundation work made it difficult to rest — I even had to use earplugs, and other guests in nearby rooms were also complaining about the same issue. Unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be much the hotel staff could do to address it. It would be helpful if the hotel could inform guests in advance about the construction situation so travelers can make an informed decision.

I arrived early at Zowar Hotel, only to find out that the booking name had changed to "Odest," which was confusing and frustrating. Thankfully, I was still able to stay at Zowar, but the experience didn’t improve much from there. The staff converted a double room into a king bed, but the room was cramped and unsuitable for a baby—there was barely any space to move around. Several amenities were broken, including the TV and hair dryer, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I had originally planned to stay again after returning from Mecca, but based on the poor condition of the room and overall experience, I decided to cancel. The only positive aspect was the flexibility to cancel the booking without hassle. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

The reception was horrible. The front staff treated us not well. This staff took very long time to take previous customer, but did not request me to wait. Basically told us to SIT in very loud voice. We confused and got cleared after sometime and finally got a room. Room service does not pick up phone for any paper towel etc request. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

front desk team are more focus on group or big team guest. they don't care about small group or 1 or 2 rooms guest. I had my kids with me, they refuse to warm a glass of milk though I can clearly see a microwave is sitting close to front desk. we went to next door hotel and they warmed it for us.

It was very bad experience. Nothing is good in this property. Only waist of money. I coul not stay whole night. Staff is very very rude.
