Direkt am Eingang des Nara Park. Es ist eigentlich ein Hotel mit 2 zusätzlichen Dorm Rooms (Bad mit 2 separaten Duschen je Dorm) Küche mit Esstisch dient als Aufenthaltsraum. Die Matrazen in den Hochbetten sind die traditionellen Reismatten, also für Westler nicht wirklich besonders bequem. Handtuch und Duschtuch werden gestellt. Alles war sehr sauber. Es war sehr ruhig (kein Party Hostel oder so)

奈良公園へのアクセスが良いホテルです。おそらくラブホを改装した建物と思われ、部屋と浴室は広め、建物・設備は古いですが、清潔に保たれていると思います。ホテルの駐車場の台数が少ないので、宿泊者分の台数はありませんでしたが、近隣に駐車場はたくさんあるのと、スタッフの方が安い駐車場を教えてくれたので、助かりました。個人的にはコスパが良いホテルかと思います。

早朝から歩く参道は清々しいです。近いので境内のすいているタイミングに国宝に参拝出来ます。新薬師寺、平安神宮、東大寺、興福寺など。ホテルは簡素でレストランは無し。雨傘、貸し自転車あり。共同スペースにキッチンやレンジ・トースター等あり。海外からの長期滞在者もおられました。ツインルーム二泊２名で￥２万チョイ、テレビや冷蔵庫あり。テーブルがたつく等古さありますが、大きな浴槽といいリラックス出来ました。奈良観光におすすめです。

デラックスツインに宿泊しました。雨でしたが、ホテル内の駐車場に車を停めれたので、濡れずに荷物も運べました。しかし、大きな車では無理ですし、6台のみなので、行かれる方は背の低い車で行かれることをお勧めします。ナビの案内では鋭角に曲がる道で行かされてしまいました。行き方も事前に調べられた方がいいと思います。お風呂とトイレがセパレート、ホテルのロケーション、値段など、我が家には合っていて、次回また利用したいと思います。

大人2人と中学生１人、小学生１人の4人で泊まりました。和室で、2人は畳に布団、2人はベッドで寝ました。ベッドはフカフカで取り合いでした（笑）お風呂の湯船も洗い場もめちゃくちゃ広かったです。家族4人で入れそうなくらい。部屋に冷蔵庫はなかったのですが、4階だったかな？シェアキッチンのところに名前を書いて入れられる制度でした。どこも清潔で良かったです。奈良公園まで歩いていける距離にあるのはありがたかったです。

So the place gets 1 star for location and it’s right by the park. 1 star for price as it’s super affordable. And 1 star for size. The deluxe twin sweets are huge and fit our family of 4 well. We had 5 people traveling and opted for 2 deluxe rooms. The problem is the bathrooms have a terrible smell. If you shut all the doors and turn on the ac and the provided air purifier you won’t smell it but once you are in the bathroom it’s terrible. It looks like it’s coming from the pipes? The room itself is great. 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. We had enough space to set up a portable crib and with a slumber pod. I would say this is great for 1 night. Fairly clean and super central. For our 1 night it was perfect. There are no amenities and wifi doesn’t work all the time. Plus the charge for extra pillows 100yen and wouldn’t give us any extra towels.

The staff were polite and friendly. Basic amenities were provided. In overall it served as a place to stay overnight. The room was clean. However, the room does not look like a hotel room. Bathroom is unnecessarily big but lacks simple things like towel hanger. The toilet door lock needs maintenance. The curtain is just enough to cover the window. No complimentary water bottles. Electrical appliances are just minimum. The public space oven needs serious cleaning.

Nearby there is also a small lake with a small, copyright udon restaurant and a Starbucks café. Generally a quiet, relaxed atmosphere in the area. We traveled by car and were happy with the free parking in the hotel's parking log, where there is space for about 6 cars. Clean rooms, good beds, large bathroom. You have to remember to hand in the key at the reception when you go out. Generally good service from friendly staff.

10日In、11日早朝Out。トイレ以外の施設は清潔で勧められる。空調機が部屋の広さに比べ小さいので、空調機の真下は温かいが、脇は温度があがりにくい。トイレは、おしりを流すノズルが動かず、コントローラーに電気が来ていなかった。受付にコントローラーが不調と朝6時半に報告したが、8時半まで直しに来なかった。やむなく、4階共用部分のトイレを使った。またトイレのユカに水漏れあり、10日夜報告し拭いてもらった。しばらくするとまた水が溜まっている。便器に行く上水か下水の管からの水漏れがタイルの割れ目から漏れ出たと思われる。11日朝に受付に報告したが、誰も来ない。非常に無責任。もし下水だったら不潔で我慢できない。何度もメールで問い合わせたが、なんの返答もない。たいへん不快なので払い戻しを求めたい。

観光客で賑わう商店街に数分で行き来できますがホテル滞在中うるさい事はありませんでした。近鉄奈良駅が近く、10分かからず歩くことができるし、途中が商店街のため苦にはなりませんでした。65歳の母も平気で歩ける距離です。興福寺すぐ近く、東大寺、春日大社も近鉄奈良駅から出るバスですぐの場所です。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただき、大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。

the staff is amazing and help alot during the stay. the only bad point is that limited late check in time which ended 2330 hrs. maybe the hotel can consider self check in with putting the key in the locker for tenant to retrieve for late check in.
