Amazing hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Loved the fact that they provided unlimited bottle water throughout our stay at no charge. The gym, pool and spa area were fantastic and the buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. A dream breakfast buffet for gluten free. Staff was extremely accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful and very comfortable hotel.

Pool area very crowded, and reception area very small and busy for the size of the hotel. Both things that are expected in a city hotel, and wouldn’t deter us from returning. Bar staff in the foyer were excellent.Breakfast was fabulous.

From check in to check out staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Room was ready ahead of check in time and we were given early access. Suite was excellent and seems quite new. Lovely high class interior with classy and contemporary vibe. Very clean and with all required amenities. foyer bar lounge very good with good quality live music every evening and good bar food. We also made time to enjoy the lower ground spa area and the roof pool, with spectacular views from infinity pool and lounge area.

It wasn’t anything bad or amazing. I wasn’t upset with anything big, but there were small issues like when the cleaning staff obviously stopped cleaning the room (tea cups were put into the bathroom instead of the hallway drawer) mid way and we had to call the front desk to have them come back up to finish. The shower wasn’t properly sealed so the floor was always quite wet afterwards. The hotel was great about responding to our issues. But again, no huge complaints, but I also didn’t leave impressed. The location was great unless you need to call an uber. The one way street right there makes it challenging especially with the stop lights around the roundabout.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in a delux suite. Loved their restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great. Clean room, comfortable bed, amazing spa. Best experience in their spa, steamer and saunas were working properly, spa pool was not ice cold. 5/5 overall experience. The shower in our room was slightly dirty with mildew on the corners, otherwise, great hotel.

The overall service and the hotel location is good but the rooms’ condition and cleanliness do not follow the standards for a 5* star hotel. We had to change 3 rooms during our 6 night stay at the hotel. The room carpets are dirty, the showers are moldy and in one of the rooms that was supposed to be an “upgrade” the shower and the sink drains were plugged and there was a bad smell that we couldn't sleep at night. The guest managers were attentive through and were trying to address the issues on a timely manner. But for a room charge of $1000/night we will not pick this hotel in the future an will stay somewhere at a real 5* hotel.

Was somewhat disappointed with the service - they charged us 30EU extra to add my wife to the reservation - i have never heard of this before. Then the light in the fridge malfunctioned and came on all night and when we told the desk about this they did nothing about it. Very poor problem-solving.

The hotel is located in a central location which makes it nice to tour the area easily. Unfortunately when I requested transportation and early check in during the online checkin I received no response. Once being assigned my suite (4:00pm) :/ I arrived at the room and the carpet was stained, tables had crusty food on them, auto curtain wouldn’t work. I tried calling several times with no answer so I slept with bright lights shinning in. The following morning I tried to shower and quickly noticed the floor started to flood. Called for assistance and was told they would try to send someone and when I explained my plans were that morning I was told maintaince wasn’t onsite yet. My husband needed to shower as well, he removed the drain with a hanger and disposable toothbrush to quickly notice large amount of debris. He removed the debris and went to shower BUT wait the conditioner was empty. We left in to have breakfast to arrive back at the room with maintaince and housekeeping present to clean up the flooding and fix the drain AND the curtains. We couldn’t use the restroom or anything in the room with them present so we headed out. We stopped by the front desk to explain our frustration and was quickly dismissed. At no time did ANYONE apologize for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend staying as the Maintence and service was very disappointing. It’s hard to believe that housekeeping didn’t notice the flogged drain when cleaning as it was immediately apparent to us.

Lovely touches such as chocolates in the evening and a plate of pastries and bottle of wine on arrival made it more special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, something for everyone. It was fresh and excellent quality. The staff at the hotel were, without exception, excellent. Professional and friendly and went out of their way to offer help, for example taking us along the road to show us the way to the Metro.

This is an excellant first class hotel. My suite was first-rate, clean, and well equipped. The bed was great, and I had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was superb with a good choice, including healthy options. The hotel is immaculately clean and well run. I really enjoyed using the spa and roof top pool. All of this is as you would expect but the real stars of this hotel are the staff whether it's on reception, housekeeping, working in the restaurant.the bar, the spa, or the rooftop pool they all seem to want to go above and beyond to make your stay special. I would, without hesitation, recommend this hotel

La chambre était parfait, moderne et décorée avec goût avec une belle salle de bain et nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une chambre plus grande. L'hôtel est idéalement placé et le personnel est au petit soin. Mention spéciale au concierge Kareem qui a tout fait pour nous réserver une belle soirée Fado avec un diner gastronomique. Encore merci Kareem pour ce choix, la soirée était parfaite. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à l'Epic Sana Marques.

Check in was very quick and the hotel was very centrally located. The elevator was small and slow and stuffy and always crowed. The room was really nice I found the light situation funny. In room 837 not sure all rooms but there were 3 panels of 6 light switches each working an over 30 lights all over the room - ALL UNMARKED. So I would literally turn on and off over 10 lights each time trying to figure out what switch is which. The comforter was top notch but the pillows were not. Overall I was super happy at the reasonable price point. Oh and there was a pretty extensive buffet to my pleasant surprise the next morning. Definitely a nice touch.

Our room was lovely, perfectly clean and perfectly appointed. Linens were nice with a selection of pillows available (important). The breakfast was amazing...no special coffees were offered but juices and all that was offered was perfection! We heard every siren on our street side room and the electric wall switches for lights and curtains would benefit from labels. They were quite the challenge. :-) I would have enjoyed a book with the amenities of this lovely hotel in my room and perhaps the menu for the fine dining downstairs. I checked right away in the desk drawer and around the room as I like to get familiar with location of restaurants, etc. but did not find it. A bonus was an ample supply of nespresso pods daily, fantastic cleaning crew, and a gift from the front desk of local pastry and a bottle of wine. Extremely lovely! I would stay here again and perhaps request a room on opposite side of the street. BTW, the rooftop pool is lovely and accessible from the seperate bank of elevators on 13!

Ganhamos um upgrade sem pedir, o que já foi ótimo. Quarto bem confortável. Defeito: banheiro apertado e perigoso para entrar e sair pela banheira. Outro defeito: não tem tomada no banheiro. Se quer usar seu secador ou modelador, não consegue. O café da manhã é ok, não é ruim mas não surpreende. Equipe do hotel gentil e simpática. Localização ótima.

We love this hotel! The staff is top notch, the common areas and the overall feel are very nice. The first time we stayed here, we were in a suite, which was extra lovely. Great breakfast, we enjoyed the spa, etc. Last week, we were only in town for one night, so we stayed in a standard double room. Still perfectly nice, but I will say that the mattress was not ideal, a little soft for our taste. And the shower was a somewhat tricky to get in and out of (one of those bathtub/showers where you have to clear a high hurdle to step in/out). Otherwise, high marks all around.

La chambre était parfait, moderne et décorée avec goût avec une belle salle de bain et nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une chambre plus grande. L'hôtel est idéalement placé et le personnel est au petit soin. Mention spéciale au concierge Kareem qui a tout fait pour nous réserver une belle soirée Fado avec un diner gastronomique. Encore merci Kareem pour ce choix, la soirée était parfaite. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à l'Epic Sana Marques.

Was somewhat disappointed with the service - they charged us 30EU extra to add my wife to the reservation - i have never heard of this before. Then the light in the fridge malfunctioned and came on all night and when we told the desk about this they did nothing about it. Very poor problem-solving.

We were sent to a room with broken AC. They knew it was broken, refused to change us to another room and offered a fan, instead!!! We had to talk to the manager only to find out they had more rooms available. There was no bell boy to take our luggage to the other room, and we had to do it ourselves. The reception person was completely useless, unprofessional and unfriendly. Really disappointed from the whole experience!

Our visit was wonderful! Would highly recommend to stay here. Service is excellent and friendly at all times. Thank you Sandra for helping us find the perfect suite in the hotel which had an amazing view. We booked a premium suite and loved it! The Italian restaurant Allora has delicious food! We ate there several times and all dishes were incredible. Spa was very enjoyable and relaxing as well. If you have a chance to try the rooftop pool we highly recommend you do so. Gonzalo and Kareem took very good care of us at the concierge desk too. They also helped us order fresh flowers for the room and make reservations. If you are looking for a private tour, you must ask the concierge to book Bruno! He is absolutely amazing!!! Bruno is very knowledgeable, attentive and speaks excellent English. After our first tour we booked him 2 more times. You won’t be disappointed. At the end of our vacation we decided to book our transportation to the airport with Bruno. We could have chosen an Uber, which would have been less expensive but we preferred to have Bruno drive us as he exceeded all of our expectations and made us feel truly comfortable. Best part of the hotel is the pool and breakfast. Staff is very rude at the lobby bar, wouldn’t give ice. There are better hotels for the value provided. Unless you’re booking solely for the hotel pool, would strongly advise look for better options.

Lovely hotel with fantastic service Breakfast service was exceptional - staff were very attentive and were always on hand to offer coffee, juice etc. The range of food offered at breakfast was vast and of a really high quality. We stayed in deluxe room which offered us all the amenities we required for our stay. It was quiet at night, the bed was very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom were probably some of the softest I have ever had in a hotel! Hotel was convenient for metro and buses but we also found lots of places to walk to from the hotel. Great stay and would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Lisbon.

From start to end. My stay at EPIC Sana was nothing short of spectacular. The reception desk(s) was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and my room was amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was one of the nicest and friendliest hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. The doormen, bartenders, cleaning staff, spa staff, all top notch. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone deciding on a hotel in Lisbon. Awesome location as well. I walked everywhere!

From the warm welcome on arrival to the helpful concierge, the team at the hotel made it a great stay. The third floor room was spacious, clean and well-appointed; buffet breakfast was excellent; rooftop pool/bar is great (if the sun is shining), as well as the indoor pool/spa. The hotel was easily reached from the airport and close to the Metro and bus stops It’s a little bit of a walk down to the main tourist areas (about 30 mins) but the Avenue de Liberdade is very pretty with its trees and wide boulevard.

Wonderful Stay – Great Hotel with Amazing Amenities! We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is modern and beautifully maintained — it is located in “new” Lisbon. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff made everything smooth and enjoyable. While it's about a 20–30 minute walk to many of the popular restaurants and the heart of the city's vibe, the location was still convenient and enjoyable for exploring. Bonus: the pizza spot right across the street was absolutely awesome!

Modern, clean and comfortable. The high tech light switches were a bit clumsy, not labeled and needed trial and error to switch on and off until you learn them. Bed was very comfortable; breakfast was good with lots of options. Gym was nice, but a bit small. Spa looked beautiful but didn’t use.

The metro is very close, and getting around in a taxi or ride share was easy and very affordable. The Epic bar lobby serves amazing cocktails, well-executed, and nice live music every night. Minus: I did not receive my VIP voucher at check-in. The buffet breakfast is quite repetitive; it's well spread, but in fact, not that extensive. The "fresh orange" is not that fresh; it's more likely 100% orange juice in a bottle, like Tropicana. (The orange juice from the coffee shop next door is way better.) After three mornings in a row of asking for poached eggs, and every time they were not good (too cooked, not cooked enough, watery), it is clear that the method of poaching is not something the kitchen knows how to do. The same goes for the iced latte. For a hotel that emphasizes sustainability ( by not changing towels), the lack of water fountains is disturbing, given the reliance on plastic water bottles ( or even glass) And as the heat wave reached 42°C, it was time for the hotel to provide water fountains on several floors (like a gym or an airport), as many guests came with their own water bottles. The rooftop pool is quite small for the number of people, but it is manageable. I will definitely come back, but I will pass on the breakfast buffet as better, tastefully (for the same or less) available nearby in very cute/aesthetic spots.

Wow - what an amazing stay. We were a couple on vacation and stayed four nights. The room was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. Lots of storage and a fridge which was handy. Used the gym a couple times and it was very nice and well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning including the option to order à la carte eggs. It was 10/10. Hugo at the front desk made us feel welcome as we checked in and it was amazing how much he loved Portugal and shared some of his favourite small town locations for later in our trip.
