Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zimmer, Frühstück und Service waren super. Wir haben die Auszeit bei traumhaftem Winterwetter genossen. Was allerdings fehlt ,ist eine Hotelbar, wo man abends noch etwas trinken kann. Trotzdem danke 😊

Wir wollten Spa, aber die Sauna war defekt und auch das Schwimmbad. Es gab keinen Rabatt oder eine Entschuldigung vom Hotel. War nicht glücklich mit der Wahl.

Wir haben das Hotel extra wegen dem Pool und der Nähe zum Centrum gebucht,da meine Cousine nicht gut laufen kann. (Knie OP) Leider ist der Pool seit längerem defekt. Wäre das vorher bekannt gewesen, hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Weder bei Booking noch bei Expedia ist das auf der Buchungsseite ersichtlich!!! Das Zimmer könnten wir erst 16 Uhr beziehen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – ideal für Ausflüge und Erkundungen. Der Pool ist zwar eher klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, mit einer soliden Auswahl an Speisen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Teppichboden im Zimmer – aus hygienischen Gründen bevorzuge ich lieber andere Bodenbeläge.

Personal, Service war ausgezeichnet. Zimmer sehr groß, Bett mit hochwertiger Matratze, so dass man mit keinen Rückenproblemen rechnen muss. Was ich vermisst habe, war eine dezidierte Bar, wo man nach dem Abendessen auch mal ein Bier oder einen Cocktail zu sich nehmen hätte können.

A relaxing stay with minor room for improvement Our time at your hotel was completely pleasant and relaxing. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and attentive staff, who were always on hand with a smile and made us feel welcome. Many thanks for that! We also really liked the location of the hotel. It's in a quiet location, so you can relax wonderfully, but still close enough to the city center to easily reach everything on foot. The food was varied and generally very tasty. There was a good selection, so there was something for every taste. We really enjoyed the culinary moments. One small point of criticism concerns the spa area. Although it is practically designed, it is rather small. For a hotel of this category, a somewhat more spacious spa area would be desirable, as would a better description on the hotel website. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable overall, but you can tell that the carpets have been around for a few years. Replacing them would certainly give the rooms a fresher impression. We also missed storage space for our utensils in the bathroom, which made it a little less comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. With a few small adjustments, however, the hotel could become even more attractive. Many thanks for the lovely time.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß.Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hallenbad ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber die Spudelliegen sorgen für Entspannung im warmen Wasser. Das Frühstücksbufett lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige Manko ist, 13€ für einen Parkplatz am Hotel finde ich übertrieben. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel sehr empfelenswert.

Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte ich Geburtstag, und das Hotel überraschte mich mit einer Flasche Prosecco und einer Geburtstagskarte auf dem Zimmer. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Das À-la-carte-Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend und hat uns sehr überzeugt. Beim Frühstück fehlte es etwas an frischem, aufgeschnittenem Obst sowie an einer größeren Auswahl gesunder Optionen. Im Restaurant könnten die Tische etwas einladender gestaltet sein. Es fehlte an dekorativen Elementen, und die Gardinen ließen den Raum zusätzlich dunkel wirken, wodurch die Atmosphäre etwas nüchtern erschien.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Harvey Hotel and feel compelled to share my experience to warn other potential guests. The problems began immediately in the bathroom. The shower head was leaking constantly, and worse still, the shower itself leaked onto the floor, creating a large puddle every time we used it. This made the bathroom not only unpleasant but also potentially hazardous. The housekeeping service was practically non-existent. Throughout our entire stay, our room was only cleaned once, and even that was a bare minimum effort. The cleaner simply made the bed and left fresh towels. We had to call down to reception multiple times just to request basic necessities like additional toilet roll and towels, which should have been replenished as standard. The room itself was in poor condition. The carpet had visible wear and tear patches throughout, giving the entire space a tired, neglected appearance. For the price we paid, this level of maintenance is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

Personal, Service war ausgezeichnet. Zimmer sehr groß, Bett mit hochwertiger Matratze, so dass man mit keinen Rückenproblemen rechnen muss. Was ich vermisst habe, war eine dezidierte Bar, wo man nach dem Abendessen auch mal ein Bier oder einen Cocktail zu sich nehmen hätte können.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß.Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hallenbad ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber die Spudelliegen sorgen für Entspannung im warmen Wasser. Das Frühstücksbufett lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige Manko ist, 13€ für einen Parkplatz am Hotel finde ich übertrieben. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel sehr empfelenswert.

A relaxing stay with minor room for improvement Our time at your hotel was completely pleasant and relaxing. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and attentive staff, who were always on hand with a smile and made us feel welcome. Many thanks for that! We also really liked the location of the hotel. It's in a quiet location, so you can relax wonderfully, but still close enough to the city center to easily reach everything on foot. The food was varied and generally very tasty. There was a good selection, so there was something for every taste. We really enjoyed the culinary moments. One small point of criticism concerns the spa area. Although it is practically designed, it is rather small. For a hotel of this category, a somewhat more spacious spa area would be desirable, as would a better description on the hotel website. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable overall, but you can tell that the carpets have been around for a few years. Replacing them would certainly give the rooms a fresher impression. Hotel staff was really helpful and has offered baby cot with no Fee for our child. The location and the park just outside are simply excellent, nreakfast was nice, but the only one disappointment was buffet dinner, as for me the variety of dishes could have been wider

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Harvey Hotel and feel compelled to share my experience to warn other potential guests. The problems began immediately in the bathroom. The shower head was leaking constantly, and worse still, the shower itself leaked onto the floor, creating a large puddle every time we used it. This made the bathroom not only unpleasant but also potentially hazardous. The housekeeping service was practically non-existent. Throughout our entire stay, our room was only cleaned once, and even that was a bare minimum effort. The cleaner simply made the bed and left fresh towels. We had to call down to reception multiple times just to request basic necessities like additional toilet roll and towels, which should have been replenished as standard. The room itself was in poor condition. The carpet had visible wear and tear patches throughout, giving the entire space a tired, neglected appearance. For the price we paid, this level of maintenance is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

Wir haben das Hotel extra wegen dem Pool und der Nähe zum Centrum gebucht,da meine Cousine nicht gut laufen kann. (Knie OP) Leider ist der Pool seit längerem defekt. Wäre das vorher bekannt gewesen, hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Weder bei Booking noch bei Expedia ist das auf der Buchungsseite ersichtlich!!! Das Zimmer könnten wir erst 16 Uhr beziehen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr gut.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß.Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hallenbad ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber die Spudelliegen sorgen für Entspannung im warmen Wasser. Das Frühstücksbufett lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige Manko ist, 13€ für einen Parkplatz am Hotel finde ich übertrieben. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel sehr empfelenswert.

Hôtel très agréable. Chambre, junior suite, très spacieuse et lumineuse. Restaurant de qualité, même si le petit déjeuner n’était pas très varié, le dîner l’était. Seule la salle à manger était un peu tristounette. À l’extérieur, l’accès direct au parc et des fabuleux.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, und die Mitarbeiterin sprach ausgezeichnet Deutsch. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Betten allerdings etwas zu weich – die Matratzen könnten demnächst ausgetauscht werden. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Harvey Hotel and feel compelled to share my experience to warn other potential guests. The problems began immediately in the bathroom. The shower head was leaking constantly, and worse still, the shower itself leaked onto the floor, creating a large puddle every time we used it. This made the bathroom not only unpleasant but also potentially hazardous. The housekeeping service was practically non-existent. Throughout our entire stay, our room was only cleaned once, and even that was a bare minimum effort. The cleaner simply made the bed and left fresh towels. We had to call down to reception multiple times just to request basic necessities like additional toilet roll and towels, which should have been replenished as standard. The room itself was in poor condition. The carpet had visible wear and tear patches throughout, giving the entire space a tired, neglected appearance. For the price we paid, this level of maintenance is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.
