Reserve este hotel porque tenía gimnasio y las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas. Al llegar me informaron que el Gimnasio lo estaban renovando (siendo que no había ningún aviso en hotels.com o su página). Cuando reclame al respecto no me dieron ninguna respuesta ni solución, si no tienen todos los servicios disponibles lo mínimo es ajustar el precio. Por otro lado esta lejos del pueblo con mal acceso.

Slecht aangegeven op locatie. De reclame wel langs de autoweg, maar ter plekke onherkenbaar. Ontvangst in het Engels, dit is toch een hotel in Nederland. Geen koelkastje oid op de kamer. Hoe bewaar ik medicatie die gekoeld moet blijven, parkeerkosten exorbitant duur. Euro 19,50 per nacht.

Soweit alles in Ordnung, lediglich die Zufahrt zum Parkdeck ist eine Zumutung! Die Karte funktioniert nicht, man muss klingeln und wenn an der Rezeption gerade viel los ist, wartet man ewig, bis man reingelassen wird. Die Auffahrt ist EXTREM steil und für flache/ tiefergelegte Autos kaum zu bewältigen - für diesen „Service“ 17€ zu verlangen ist schon frech, zumal niemand kontrolliert, ob auch wirklich nur Gäste dort parken, die Schranke wird einfach irgendwann geöffnet! Beim Frühstücksbuffet waren Brötchen, Brot, Geschirr und Besteck zeitweise vergriffen, hier könnte mehr Personal zu den Stoßzeiten Abhilfe schaffen.

Am dissapointed payed parking 11 euro, even its not closed parking space or reall garage..just because its on the lott of the hotel. And from Hilton Hotel i expected more in many ways..but even all was good..it didnt make a difference with a ibis, v.d valk or Bastion hotel

Mixed experience as the staff on reception were super helpful and efficient, however my bathroom needed cleaning on arrival, I took photos and showed reception, they did come and clean it quite quickly, were very apologetic and said it wasn't acceptable. Not what I expected from Hilton. I also had to queue for a considerable amount of time to check in and check out.

Die Fenster sind nicht richtig gedämmt. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt, es waren Flecken an der wand, die Duschkabine war dreckig. Für das Parken 17,50€ zu nehmen ist einfach nur unverschämt.

Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Parkmöglichkeiten gab es leider nicht viele man musste im Parken und für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist der Preis zu hoch. Ansonsten war das Hotel an einem ruhigen Ort.

The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable a standard great hotel room. The hotel is very secure and the restaurant was also very, but it was very quiet, it was a Thursday night but even so felt a soulless. Would recommend for a short stay excellent quality great value. Room wasn’t cleaned 1 of 3 nights. Parking lot extremely steep and unsafe for lower cars, very tights spots, non-functioning gate caused many delays and all at €17.5/day outside of town! Also no in room coffee or many places to put luggage except the floor. Staff were very friendly though.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. There was rotten food in the room from the previous guests. The baby cot supplied was dusty. The skirting boards in the room was lined with mold. I had to ask for my reservation to be cancelled and refunded and I moved to a different hotel to spend the night. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. Not what you’d expect from a Hilton Hotel. There needs to be more done about the standard of cleanliness in the hotel.

Prachtig en goed hotel. Ontvangst prima. Kamer mooi en netjes. Badkamer minder omdat er gedoucht moet worden in bad en met een zeer onfris uitziend douchegordijn. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en altijd attent. Ontbijt kan wel wat uitgebreider, viel wel een beetje tegen. Prijs kwaliteit valt wel wat tegen.

Alles bestens gerne wieder, auch der Fitness Bereich war OK. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße (Autobahn), bei geöffnetem Fenster war es entsprechend laut. Beim nächsten mal ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite.

a awful nights sleep, the rooms was clean, modern and bed was really comfortable but was severely let down by pillows about really hard pillows like bags of cement 30/40cm long they your head just roll off all night, never got comfortable I htink i had 2/3 hours sleep at most all night. Would never stay here again. My work collegues and i travel a lot for work and stay in lots of hotels and we rated this the worst nights sleep in a hotel

Het was fijn dat er veel te doen is in de omgeving; strand, corpus, leuke stad! Het hotel was prima! Fijn geholpen, vriendelijke mensen. Onze kamer was onder de fitnessruimte, dat was erg gehorig tot midden in de nacht. Dat was iets minder. Verder goede bedden en kamer prima.

We have frequently been staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in the past 10 years. The staff remains very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the reception area has undergone a beautiful renovation, but the price-quality ratio has largely deteriorated. Asides from a substantial increase in rates, I noticed a lack of information and clarity on certain choices when booking, by which I accidentally ended up paying more for my booking and not getting breakfast on the last leg of my trip. The information from the staff to us as guests was also lacking. Despite there being a construction site in front of the hotel, which would wake me up every morning at 7 am, this was not mentioned before I booked. One night, while happening to ask the receptionist for something at 12 am, she casually mentioned that I should avoid drinking the tapwater the next morning and following days as they were going to be working on it that night. The next morning my husband was able to shower normally at 8 am, but when I went to shower 10 minutes later, to my dismay, no water came out of the tap! With luck my kids and I were able to get a trickle of icy cold water to shower with. Judging by the line of people at the reception asking about the water situation, most other guests clearly hadn't been informed about this situation beforehand, which I feel is the least the hotel could've done.

They gave my room away even though I was already checked in to the room on the app which is pretty shady. My flight was delayed so I got in around 12:30 AM after walking several miles, just wanting to sleep. Guess they just thought I wouldn’t show up and wanted to double dip? Had to pay another $104 for a new room at another hotel (5 miles away) that I slept in for a total of 5 hrs before my next flight. They are not offering anything except maybe to refund the $104. The new hotel was in a different area so I had to pay $60 for an Uber to the airport instead of using public transport like I had planned on and already paid for (round trip). I have been to over 35 countries, stayed in dingy hostels and motels, and this was definitely one of my worst experiences with lodging.

Ar condicionado não funcionava. Foram dias quentes e sem o ar funcionando corretamente o sono ficou prejudicado. Pedi por 2 vezes o conserto em dois dias diferentes. Não foi feito e nada me foi dito ou informado. No check out após 4 noites hospedados sem o ar condicionado funcionando fui perguntado sobre o que achei da minha estada, disse isso e apenas se desculparam pelo inconveniente.

We were pleased with our stay. We would have preferred to be closer to the tourist area but we booked last minute and needed a place that would sleep 3. It was easy to take the bus into town. We didn't eat or drink here, so I can't comment on that. The room was comfortable and clean, the hotel was quiet.

Clean, modern, well maintained hotel. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast options. Great energy overall. The only thing is that you need a car to get anywhere really, and parking is at 17.50 euros extra per night. Should be included in the hotel fee since it's almsot impossible not to have a car.

Et dejligt hotel med virkelig hjælpsomme ansatte. Hotellet ligger dog meget ucharmerende med en stærk befærdet vej på den ene side og en kæmpe byggeplads på den anden, hvor flere store domæner er under opførsel. Positivt var det dog med nem busforbindelse fra flere nærtliggende stoppesteder, så man på 8 minutter kunne nå ind til centrum af Leiden, hvis ikke man ville gå de knap 3 km derind.

The air conditioner does not blow cold air so you must keep the window open at night. It was very noisy hearing the cars on the highway. The only available food nearby was McDonalds. Everywhere else was closed on a Thursday night.

Prachtig en goed hotel. Ontvangst prima. Kamer mooi en netjes. Badkamer minder omdat er gedoucht moet worden in bad en met een zeer onfris uitziend douchegordijn. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en altijd attent. Ontbijt kan wel wat uitgebreider, viel wel een beetje tegen. Prijs kwaliteit valt wel wat tegen.

Schön waren die Zimmer ,leider war beim Frühstück nicht alles genügend vorhanden so das man immer wieder warten musste bis was neues kam . Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt

Soweit alles in Ordnung, lediglich die Zufahrt zum Parkdeck ist eine Zumutung! Die Karte funktioniert nicht, man muss klingeln und wenn an der Rezeption gerade viel los ist, wartet man ewig, bis man reingelassen wird. Die Auffahrt ist EXTREM steil und für flache/ tiefergelegte Autos kaum zu bewältigen - für diesen „Service“ 17€ zu verlangen ist schon frech, zumal niemand kontrolliert, ob auch wirklich nur Gäste dort parken, die Schranke wird einfach irgendwann geöffnet! Beim Frühstücksbuffet waren Brötchen, Brot, Geschirr und Besteck zeitweise vergriffen, hier könnte mehr Personal zu den Stoßzeiten Abhilfe schaffen.

The staff were superfriendly throughout my stay had a small hiccup with my AC not working but swiftly resolved by the team. Bed and pillows so comfy and the shower was amazing too. Lots of public spaces to sit down in. Didn't try breakfast as it was too much food for me. But they had a great deal for coffee and pastry for €5 which was perfect Bus stop on the corner takes you to city centre in 10 or do minutes very cheaps runs regularly even weekends and evening

The staff was so amazing. Check in was easy. We had just landed so being allowed there check in early was everything. We figured out the walk to city center and were able to make it within 25 min. It’s a lovely walk. The room was clean comfortable, bedding was perfect!
