New Cape Inn

I stayed 3 nights. No room cleaning. Shampoo and body wash are mixed. No comb, no cotton sticks, no slippers. The shower needs repairing. No laundry in hotel, and not available around. Location is good. A few minutes by bus to China Town.

スタッフの方の対応は大変満足でした。 前日、宿泊がなかったためか 午前中に到着しましたが部屋に通してしてくれました。 暑い中移動後だったので 家族全員大変感謝しています。 施設自体は古いですが 等に不便も無く、非常口をちゃんと機能していたので安心して宿泊できました。 4名のフロントスタッフに会いましたが 皆さんフレンドリーで親切でした。 唯一の欠点は 清掃がいまひとつかなと思いました。 シャワールームのタイルが清掃不足の感ありです。 あと冷蔵庫の氷が溶けて 中が汚れてました。 それ以外は大変満足して過ごせました。 次回、機会があればまた泊まっても良いです。

The place is too old, lobby photo is the tricky part. Furniture in the room peeling, wallpaper on furniture shifted off. Lots of ants in the room, can’t leave food outside. The fridge not working well. Dust on the wall shows sign of never clean for ages. Curtain and carpet stains, quite disgusting the place. Internet very poor. I have no choice to move out. Have to stay til the end of booking. I chose this place because the photo looks like bright room and clean, plus the location is good. Overall, only location is good for me to go to work.

Maximal für ein Nacht, wenn es keine Alternative gibt. Schimmel, Haare, versiffter Teppich, Haus stinkt nach Chemikalien die aber sicherlich nicht zum reinigen benutzt wurden

Can’t bring in food for late supper Ants appear from nowhere. Otherwise good for its price range.

Very dirty bathroom . Not cleaning staff.

This hotel should not be allowed by any agency to work. It should be closed, sanitised and refurbished. We had bugs in bed and around the room, mold on the ceiling, water dripping in a corner, stains on the walls, the carpet supposed to be beige, but it was dark brown and sticky. Disgusting and dangerous.

The property is not what it's being advertised. It looks nothing like the picture on the web site. The reception is rundown and the air conditioning unit was dripping water in the lobby. The carpet in the hallway to the room was worn out and have big patch of stain all over. The room is small the carpet is dirty and stained, you can acutely see the dust bunny at the end of the bed. The bathroom is old and the shower has mildew growing on the floor and walls. In term of house-keeping, we were told that it will be serviced every other day (new green program) which is ok with us as we normally hang our towels and reuse them. however due the the tropical temperature we did take more shower than expected and by the third day we were in need of fresh towels so we place our towels in the bathroom sink indicating that we need fresh towels, house keeping did not get the message or did not care about our request, they simply folded our wet towels and place them on the counter. Finally, I don't know how does the SG Clean folks certify their properties but how can you certify a property as sanitized when there is mildew growing on the shower wall. All of this is to say, I would recommend that you stay way from this hotel even though it is in a very nice neighbourhood.

Poor experience. Bathroom door doesn’t lock, shower head falls off literally, water flow was weak and so on

It's near Tiong Bahru Market. I enjoyed breakfast every day. But I'm afraid that safty box doesn't work.

MRTの駅から10程度の場所にある。 中心街から少し離れているので落ち着いた雰囲気である。 部屋チョイスによるが、窓がない部屋もあるので予約時に注意が必要。 リネンは3日で交換。 トコジラミは確認できなかった。

The shower water was super hot. Could not lower the temperature so not able to shower during the stay.

No windows for my room. Bed is very older and bad shape. TV is not working. Nobody pick up the phone. Never go to this place.

So accessible in regards to transport, food / restaurants. Manager been so accommodating and have granted our request to have our rooms in the same floor (for I have booked 4 rooms all together) but to my surprise we have our rooms next to each other.

I couldn't unlock the card key properly, so I entered the room and couldn't open it. There was no indication of the number at the front desk, but when I tried to find a number that looked like it, it only took about an hour, so it was meaningless at the front desk. When I got out of the shower, the floor of the room might be leaking, but it was quite wet.

The location is fantastic for dining and transportation. The staff is friendly and the daily housekeeping is good. However, the room is old, and the amenities are basic. Sometimes the towels are ripped. We got it at a unbeatable price and the towels get changed daily.

登記入住時呆等櫃檯職員15分鐘以上才出現,到達房間發現房間門鎖螺絲未有緊鎖,椅子,房間,浴室污漬處處（雖然見到房務員有用心清潔）,房間內告示三天才會整理房間與網站介紹不符,每人只提供1條浴巾與牙刷,酒店唯一可取只有交通方便.相同房價在附近有更好選擇,若以此質數住宿房價對折調整便相對合理

Frankly the hotel is not impressive but at least it's a decent and clean place to stay-in. The location is good! Staff is helpful too!

Close to subway and bus transport service to all parts of Singapore.

Havelock MRT nearby a bonus

In front of the property is Exit 1 of Havelock train station which is very convenient to travel around. The property condition and room is okay but overall of what I paid for and what I received. I am satisfied and will revisit.

It’s location is excellent, lot’s of great restaurant around. We roam around late at night at it was safe as well. Great for morning jog. I suggest that they remove the carpet, so that it will be perfect.

Convenient to eat as the property sits right beside with a restaurant.
