Traveled for work from US. My first trip to Canada. The customer service was so wonderful. We had issues at check in and the clerk was patient and helpful. The food and the specials were good. I would stay there again.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel with a casino attached. The rooms have been renovated, beds are comfortable, quiet and fairly large. There is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The restaurant has good food with large portions. The staff everywhere in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has free underground parking, which is great is the weather is bad. This is a hotel that always stay in when I’m in Edmonton. It’s not far from both Anthony Henday and Yellowhead road, so very convenient if travelling thru.

The Hotel room was small. Beds were lumpy and old. We stayed here on a Saturday night the Casino had no floor waiters or waitresses serving drinks we had to stand in a long line up at the lounge. Lounge staff was unfriendly probably because of how busy they were. I never saw 1 slot machine get cleaned (wiped down) or even stool get pushed in. Would not recommend this place and won’t go back.
