Wonderful stay here. We got upgraded to a larger room at no cost, which was a nice surprise! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable. Lots of amenities. Walkable location. Minor issue with the toilet room door not closing all the way, and the couch being quite uncomfortable, but it was fine. Would stay here again!

Twin bed room was a little tight, but the room was charming. Great bathroom and nice amenities. The view from the terrace was lovely. Excellent, helpful concierge.

we stayed for 3! nights - our phone didn't work- we asked for it to be fixed every day- It was the only way to reach the front desk. There were dust bunnies under the bathroom sink. There was no hot water in the shower.Also the elevator was held on the ground floor by the cleaning people filled up with laundry and cleaning supplies, so my 79 year old husband had to drag our heavy suitcase down a dangerous winding staircase
