Wonderful place to stay while in Victoria. Warm, clean and inviting room, with old fashioned furnishings and decor throughout the property. Breakfast was excellent and the place is convenient for walking, whether to downtown or along the waterfront.

Lovely old house. Clean, quiet, room. Glad I chose one with an ensuite bathroom as it meant I was on the top floor. Perfect location. Walk to inner harbor and downtown shops or to Dallas road for ocean views and lovely fresh air. Nice, safe, neighborhood. Friendly, helpful, staff. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit and home baking, but more healthy options would be nice. I had a lovely stay and will return.
