Absolute value for money. The property is very close to A1 and Coles, and the property managers were super-friendly, and supportive. The facilities were good, if you keep in mind that this is a motel, and not a five-star hotel. I'd definitely stay here again, if I'm travelling to Gippsland.

This was surprisingly very tidy and clean for a budget motel. It also smelled very nice, which is not always the case with older motels. I'd definitely recommend this motel as an excellent value option for an overnight stay.

The property was very poorly maintained, eg cracked and broken tiles in the bathroom , cracked plasterwork, cabinets had not been updated since probably the 1970s complete with am fm clock radio alarm mounted beside the bed. There was only one armchair sitting in the corner of the room below the tv or 2 dining chairs under the bench so nowhere to comfortably relax and the bed was quite hard

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The slope of the shower floor was dangerous even when using the non slip mat and the pipes made loud hammering and squealing noizes which disturbed the next-door occupants

I was unfortunately disappointed with my recent stay at this motel. There was no lock on my window. It was noisy, from both traffic and neighbouring rooms. I had a shower in the evening and there was zero hot water. I wouldn't stay here again.
