Room was clean, breakfast was wonderful! Didn’t like that I could hear trains blowing their whistles all night! I barely got any sleep. And the parking lot is way too small for the hotel. We couldn’t find a spot when we got back to our hotel in the evening.

Our room keys continuously didn’t work, having to go back to front desk. Comments made by staff about keeping them to close to our cell phones even though they were not, felt like we were being lectured. Garbage piled up out front, overflowing. Dirty. Surprising for a Best Western.

The beds were so terrible. Room 104 the bed by the window feels like it is broken everywhere. We usually stay at best western because I have back problems and the beds are usually good quality. These were terrible sinky beds. Do not stay here if you have any kind of back problem. Even my little daughter felt pain in the morning from her sleep.

Hotel is starting to get a bit dated. Bed was hard and sagging which ended up causing multiple uncomfortable nights of sleeping. Temperature in room was also very finnicky. Was either super hot and uncomfortable or to cold. Probably would pick elsewhere next time because of these things.

I called this hotel in advance and asked if we could check it a bit early, explaining our situation. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and our request was accommodated. When we arrived, our first room had an issue with the keycards. They wouldn’t open the door to our room. The manager quickly offered to upgrade us to an even better suite. We found the staff to be very kind. The free breakfast in the morning was also great with many options.

We came to Edmonton for a concert on Saturday. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to check in until after 4:00pm, which was when our room was ready. This was inconvenient but understandable as front desk said the hotel was full the night before. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. We ended up not getting back to our room until after midnight and we were looking forward to having a lazy morning before we had to check out at 11. That turned out to not be possible as housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30Am to ask me when I was checking out… we had the Privacy Notice hanging on our door as well. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never had housekeeping disturb us to ask this. I told her everyone was asleep and we’ll be checking out on time. We ended up checking out before 11 because I just wanted to get home at this point. All the staff were very polite, it just seemed like there was no awareness that their guests are allowed to be there until check out time and might want to properly rest.

It was not good due to the following reasons; 1. We faced difficulties is setting wifi. After using room number and last name it was not working. After trying several times over carefully we called reception, they ask us to use All capital, which was not in the instruction. After trying as instructed by the reception it was not working. Then we were asked to call a 1-800 number. After calling we could not reach anybody. Then told the receptionist. Then they gave us a meeting room password and it was working. Now 2 questions; why we have to call 1-800 number? It should be hotel to fix the problem: 2nd- why she did not give the alternate number? 2. I tried to get access the gym room but my access key was not working. When I asked her the problem, she opened the door by her access key. I asked her why my key is not working? She answered the lock has problem. How her card is working? Our access card were not working around 10am, why? I stayed in this hotel few times but overall it was not good this time.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Edmonton visiting family. It's very convenient as it's near both the Anthony Hendey and the Yellowhead. There are some really good restaurants close by and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly yet professional and the complimentary breakfast is AMAZING.

Everything was pretty good. The breakfast was quite decent and fresh for the options. With lots of choices. We were next to the Millenium Place where our event was so we just walked over. Starbucks was next door with loads of food options near the hotel.

We really liked the pool, nice and quiet all around. Our room was clean and comfortable.The only complaint was that the breakfast was poor. Hard as rock bagels and french toast, and waffle batter that was not labeled blueberry.
