Nice enough spot for the short time I was in Collingwood. This location IS close to a lot of dining options. I actually walked to a nice spot just a block or two away. Also close to the city park and lookout over the inlet. Very cramped area for parking and movement around the small property but enough, again, for the time I was there. No real ammenities ---- just a room and a parking spot.

Nice easy parking, staff was a lil rude about having exclusively on specifically a credit card for check in I don’t have one so this made it kind of hard to figure. Nice spacious room, fridge and microwave included which was nice

Stayed overnight 1 night, bed was a little hard, room temp hard to get right on old air conditioning/heater with no number (‘C) values. Place was clean, had fridge and microwave. Easy TV with lots of channels and free wifi. Perfect for the price. Right beside beautiful waterfront trails.

Room was ok. This is an older motel but has been updated. Microwave and little fridge in the room was nice but missed the coffee maker for morning coffee. McDonald’s was right beside. Location is nice and close to restaurants.

Budget hotel and nothing special for a sleep over. I would not suggest leaving valuables while you are out. The front door is a knob push button lock and key and very easy to break into. I give credit for being in a walkable area to restaurants and a Metro grocery store. For a few bucks more, I would stay elsewhere.

The room was clean and fairly spacious with two queen size beds. Exceptionally quiet. We heard no noise from either street traffic or the other guests although the motel was full. Our unit was at the back and parking was a bit tricky due to limited turning room but as we were the first car back in the evening we backed into our parking space which meant an easy exit when leaving. I was quite surprised at how good this place was considering it is a smaller (14 rooms) and older motel. It was the least expensive place in Collingwood.

This was an OK motel. Nothing fancy, seemed fairly clean, except for outside our door as we walked in somebody’s coffee mug from McDonald’s and an ashtray with a bunch of cigarettes. On a very busy road, but near to several restaurants, etc. Air conditioner worked great. The beds were comfortably enough. Ice machine access if that matters to you. I asked at the front desk and they brought me a cup with about five ice cubes in it.

This was okay for a one night stay but I wouldn’t stay longer. The bedding was not clean which really bothered me. The worker was also rude to us - asking us to move our car in front of our room. However that was not possible since there was a huge snow pile in front of our room and the spot next to it had another car. Luckily we were only parked in the “unacceptable” spot for 10 minutes. Anyways, I’ve definitely been to better motels.

This motel was very clean. Unfortunately the quality of the pillows and heating system made our stay very unenjoyable. We did not sleep well at all and for the cost of this room it was definitely disappointing. The pillows were a foam that were unforgving and very uncomfortable... we all woke up with sore necks the next day. The heat was completely off when we arrived (the room was frigid) and I would assume it was off because when we turned the heat on (both at high and at low) I think it never turned off... the thermostat probably was not working at all. The room was an absolute oven all night (room #6) and we could not sleep consistently or comfortably. I tried changing the settings and nothing helped so we were either freezing or boiling

The rooms were clean, Even though on a busy street it was quiet for sleeping, the staff was very nice. For the price I wasn't expecting it to be very nice but it was lovely. And the pillows on the beds were amazing. Best sleep I've ever had at a motel/hotel.

The room itself was clean and maintained but the staff was very difficult to deal with. They were rude even at check-in because we arrived 9:30pm. I asked a question about the fees and they didn't answer properly and started yelling at me. They gave me two different answers for the same question. It's unfortunate that management will ruin a decent property

Avoid Milestones Motel! My experience here was terrible. The staff was incredibly rude, especially at checkout. Five different people knocked on my door and called repeatedly, making me feel harassed. To make matters worse, the owner’s family was loudly fighting early in the morning, disrupting my sleep. It was far from the relaxing stay I expected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The location is convenient for us as it’s close to Blue Mountain, Wasaga Beach, and nearby stores. However, the service was quite poor. One of the doors was broken and couldn’t be locked. We requested to change rooms, but the staff initially refused because we had already used the room for an hour. After we complained, they eventually agreed to let us switch. Overall, it negatively affected our experience.

Manager calls and wakes me up for room service when I had a funeral that day, I said I don’t need towed till later after the funeral, the doors don’t have proper locks , I can hear the road and other visitors over night . Then as I checked out they had approached my vehicle if I had a pet when I was there for two nights with no pets. I felt disturbed as my privacy was not respected.

The place is right off the main road! A tiny little motel that was almost everything within a few minutes walk! 10 minutes drive to downtown and another 2 minutes to Sunset Point Park. There is also another small park right behind the place. Front desk staff was hospitable and friendly! I highly recommend this if you are staying for a night or two!

What you see is what you get. Clean room, great mattress, tv with cable, heat, parking and a great location surrounded by many places to eat. Also a Tim Hortons 50 meters away. Would definitely come back.

Nice clean hotel to stay the night, had all of the basics (microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, extra pillow, AC, soaps and shampoos provided) close to downtown and within walking distance to many restaurants, LCBO, cannabis shop, drug store, groceries, a splash pad and the Georgian trail.

It would be better if they just didn’t provide a breakfast rather than saying breakfast is included and half the stuff was missing in the morning like milk yogurt actual meals toaster was so slow never any batter for waffles.

Such a great location for our one night in Collingwood. Food options nearby, easy to find, easy to park. The rooms were simple, clean and had everything we needed. Our room was at the back, so quieter than the rooms facing the main street. Would definitely stay there again.
