For a family of 5 our two bedroom family room was great. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly receptionist. The pool was great, good size but no shade over part of the water which made it very glaring and hard to see with the sun. Some shading would be ideal. Would happily stay here again.

Can't really complain at all about our stay apart from a few hairs on the bathroom wall!! Was super clean and cosy the fact they cater to having babies there is amazing bed was a bit soft for my liking but still really cozy. All in all was a great stay & will definitely be returning 😊

Arrived was booked in then told without explanation or apology to come back in an hour which threw our planned day into disarray, I thought we should have been offered a complimentary something or a late check out but nothing. My advice is not to plan in advance and arrive well after 2.00 pm apart from that everything else was very good as far as room etc.

I liked that the receptionist made it clear what was expected regarding check out etc. But I was sad about the location of the motel - obviously not their fault, but annoying for me because after a long drive you just want to get in and freshen up It was much further out of town than I thought. The room was on the road and very far from the pool that they advertise, again not really a problem, but disappointing for me.

The lodge was clean. Even under the beds. The staff are excellent and very helpful. It was quiet. Some of the furniture was a bit out dated but it was very clean. My breakfast was lovely and on time. Thankfully to the staff for all your help.
