Great hotel. Rooms were quite, staff were accomodating, beds were hard, bathroom shower/toilet screen did not lock in. Major disappointment was the pool was not heated it was freezing. Staff in pool bar were friendly bearing in mind the pool was cold and they had no customers.

For the location this hotel is well above the average. Nice views, plenty of space and in excellent condition. Undercover secure parking with elevator straight to your floor. Highly recommend and will stay again

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and an amazing pool. Restaurant was really great too, with huge TV screens in the sports bar and outdoor dining options. Highly recommended.

New, comfortable, excellent air con. Our room is on Level 1 which is the level of the pool, which unfortunately means it is very noisy as kids run up and down the hallway on their way to and from the pool (luckily the pool closes at 9pm). Avoid Level 1 if possible!

Hotel in great position. Well appointed rooms on Riverview side. Great views. Very noisy when 3 young children next door. Probably good idea to keep families with kids on one floor. Pool wonderful for morning swim. Had trouble getting tv to work properly, no instructions for oldies never using very dif type of remote. But the tv actually wasn't working properly. Had to get the duty manager to fix the set top box at 9.30 after being out to dinner to watch footy. Big problem overhead lights very bright. No bedside lights except a very bright one that ran all along the ceiling next to the wall, way too bright to put on during the night toilet trip without waking your partner. Prob wouldnt stay again, some disappointing features of design, because the rooms are very nice.

Restaurant service was poor. I booked a booth for 2 at the restaurant in the afternoon when we got there at 6:30 as booked were given a small table. Our meal took 65 minutes to arrive, we were told there was a function and given a refund. The next evening we waited 55 minutes for our meal. I have eaten here numerous times and not encountered this before. Maybe it's under new management but service doesn't seem to be a priority anymore.

Male staff at reception was rude. Zero service on christmas day. The lobby was closed. It was bad weather outside so lobby should have been opened atleast, we were room stuck for entire day. Did not like it at all. Waste of money for us.

We stayed at the Bridgeport hotel Saturday night.. We tried to order breakfast (electronically) before 5.00pm. That wasn't an option.. When we got back after midnight, we tried to order breakfast again, that was also not an option.. Why have time limits on ordering breakfast.. Luckily there were old fashioned cards to hang on the door which worked. We opted for a late check-out which was fine. However, the door activation cards stopped working at exactly checkout time. We got down to the basement carpark just before check-out time, put our belongings in the car. But we were locked out from going back to reception to return the cards. We ended up breaking out of the carpark and walking to reception from outside the building to return the cards. But the worst event was when hotel staff walked in on us around 10.00am, normal check-out time, but we had booked a late check-out. They didn't even knock, but were very apologetic.

We had a great couple of night's and will be back for another little getaway. Our Riverview room was lovely and modern and quiet. Loved watching the activities on the river. All the staff we spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful. A gem for sure.

The Bridgeport overall is just amazing!! Everything has been created for comfort and enjoyment. The staff are heaps friendly and helpful. They always smile!! The food is yum!! When we were leaving the outside dining area, a young man, staff member called to me to wait and he ran over and opened the door!! Now that was incredible. This might just give you a glimpse of how amazing the Bridgeport Hotel is 😊🙏

Rooms were excellent however they weren’t willing to try to meet my dietary requirements of dairy intolerant. Take what you get and if I needed anything else like almond milk I needed to pay more even though breakfast was included.

I made a last minute decision to participatein a community event, so my choice of rooms and stays in town were limited. Rather than staying in Adelaide and driving, the Bridgeport was ideally located within a short walk to and from the event. In the end a injury meant that I could not take part, but I chose to enjoy the night away from home. My room was comfortable and being accessible, meant that I could use the facilities to make my knee more comfortable than a regular room. While I didn't have breakfast, I did enjoy being central to shops and other facilites within walking distance. Overall, a nice stay in a modern fresh hotel. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. Great getaway from Adelaide, especially if you want to go to Monarto. The beds are very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very tasty. Our Gluten free child lived the Pizza.
