Franceschi Park Hotel

Stayed for 1 week. Fantastic experience. Highlights were friendly staff, good breakfast and pretty much a private spa every night (we visited in July) - I imagine it would get busy quickly as it's very small but kept very clean. Very good sauna. Basic rooms but all you need in an area with so much outdoor activities to do.

I don't think hotel pics do this place justice so sharing a few. Rooms are maybe more dated with older bathrooms but still very nice, clean, beautiful views from balcony. No AC but we opened windows and it was cool & lovely. Lobby area is gorgeous. Location is excellent with onsite parking and then you can walk to shops/restaurants easily. Nick was fabulous as far as answering our questions & offering advice! Restaurant is EXCELLENT - unique/ fine dining with such a friendly staff. Many of same ladies work the breakfast shift and it's also a wonderful spread! There's a lovely lawn area to relax in as well with all-around beautiful mountain views. This felt like a gem!

Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The free parking right at the hotel was an unexpected delight. Breakfast was excellent. The one dinner we had was OK, but not exceptional. Food wasn't hot when served, was promptly corrected.

Great location. Parking is a breeze. Good food near by. My balcony had an amazing view. I did have another hotel on this trip that was better and cheaper but this was still 5 stars

We stayed at Franceshi Park on a recent ski trip to Cortina with friends. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience.

This was a wonderful hotel in Cortina. The rooms had a very traditional feel. They were clean and comfortable. Parking was very convenient, steps away from the front door. Note that they did not have air conditioning , but that was not an issue during our stay as it was cool in the evenings. The thing we liked best was the staff. They were kind and helpful throughout. For example, when we checked in at 1:30pm after lunch, they offered to seat us (only people in a large dining room) and they brought 2 complimentary glasses of wine and gave a free delicious appetizer in addition to our order. The food was excellent for lunch and dinner and our servers were super nice and attentive. Between those meals and breakfast, it made it easy to get out and go hiking and come back to a great meal without any research or planning.

Hotel includes Turkish bath (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cold plunge) but requires reservation to limit the amount of people using at any given time. Reservations were easy to make and plenty of availability. Breakfast and dinner were great, staff very accommodating, and plenty of parking on property.

Isabella was welcoming and of great help when we asked for advice about the area, restaurants, and places to visit. The property is walkable to old town and lots of restaurants. It is incredibly clean and quiet.

Very good location, great view of the new luge track, nice breakfast spread. Room had an exceptional amount of storage area, bed was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the bathtub edge had some black staining or discoloration in one corner. Other than that the room was immaculate.

部屋にゴミ箱が無い。 朝食から帰ると清掃員が、ドアと窓を開けて掃除をしていてびっくりした。こんな経験はしたことが無い。

Beautiful, clean property with amazing vistas from nearly every room, balcony, fantastic restaurant, and staff. If you’re going to Cortina, don’t think twice about staying here.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and or room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so very friendly and welcoming For our first trip to Italy, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would highly recommended to family and friends.

В ванной комнате человеку крупному не повернуться. У наших друзей был номер той же категории N229.Он был немного лучше. (видимо нам просто не повезло с номером). Ещё у одной пары был номер под крышей со скошенным потолком. Никому не советую. Легко можно получить травму и испортить себе весь отпуск. Завтрак с порошковой яичницей, есть возможность заказать блюда из яиц по меню за дополнительную плату. Но в целом завтрак неплохой. Голодными не останетесь. Обслуживающий персонал: к сожалению, мы не узнали имя молодого человека из-за которого мы чуть было не пропустили поход к Трем Пикам. Погода нас не радовала, были дожди, снег и холодно и мы боялись, что дорога будет закрыта (должны были открыть 1 июня),поэтому мы в день приезда 1.06 сразу спросили у него об этом и получили ответ: дорога закрыта и вряд ли откроют в ближайшее время. Расстроенные мы пошли гулять по городу и зайдя в инфоцентр снова спросили об этом. Каково же было наше удивление, когда мы получили ответ, что дорога открыта и можно ехать. Но нам дали телефон, чтобы мы смогли позвонить туда. На следующее утро друзья снова спросили у того же молодого человека открыта ли дорога сегодня (02.06) и получили ответ: всё закрыто. Мы не поверили,позвонили. Было открыто и мы получили море удовольствия. Нельзя так безответственно подходить к своей работе.

The hotel is very close to downtown walking distance about two blocks. It’s a great location away from the noise and crowds of the downtown, but close enough to get to all the restaurants and shops. It’s a really cute hotel. The staff is very friendly beds are very firm and the pillows are very hard But there’s adequate room for two people. The room was very warm and we had to open the window at night. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was very good as well. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Standard room is tiny. Excellent staff and breakfast.

This has a 4 star rating but is really a 3. It is easy to walk into the central restaurant and shopping area but the rooms are a bit spartan - though comfortable. It is an older property. If your room faces the road it will be noisy with motorcycles and other vehicles at night and parking lot visitors. We stayed in 108. The breakfast and bar service is very good and the reception staff were helpful with excellent sightseeing recommendations. Parking is avaolable on- site. We enjoyed this area - it is stunningly beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nicely appointed room. I don’t think there was air conditioning but we didn’t need it for our mid-September visit. The restaurant is super convenient and very competitive with other restaurants in the area. Breakfast is loaded with pastries along with scrambled eggs and assorted breakfast meats. Very tasty. Everyone here works hard for you when you visit. It is apparent and appreciated. You can easily walk to the town square for stores and other dining options if so inclined.

Breakfast is included and is said to be served till 10, altho I did show up one day at 9:30, and they were almost done taking down the buffet because “2 large groups had finished everything”…which I put in the “not my problem” column. I’m on vacation. They put together a piece-meal breakfast solution for me, but I was put off by how it was handled.

Great service from the front desk to the bar. Also, it has an amazing location.

My photo group stayed here for 3 wonderful nights. The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable with large pillows. The staff is excellent and attentive. The breakfast was awesome - very nice selection and fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking the center of town. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay here again.

Staff was especially strong at the hotel – – Andrea spent lots of time with us identifying the best hiking trails, parking reservation requirements and the order in which to see the many sites. A great hotel and experience!

We had a good stay in this hotel, we can recommend it to anyone. The cortina express bus stop is walkable, location is also close to the city center, breakfast is good.

The best thing about this property is the excellent restaurant. The views from the hotel are great but walkability is poor and certainly the wrong location for mobility challenged people. The staff is great. Amazing actually. Comfort level in the room is average.

Yes. It can. Exceptional food. Its been 2 weeks and I still wake up thinking "it is time!" but alas, I'm back home with whatever poor excuse for yogurt and glysophate bread I am limited to here. If you're seeing photos that appear dated, know the reception and lounge is completely updated. I didnt take pictures, I had my hands full with buffet plates.
