Whilst it is a lovely hotel, I prefer a more traditional Italian hotel. This one seems to be trying too hard with over complicated food (dinner and breakfast) options. Whilst I had no complaints about the food (in fact, it was very good), I just found that it was a bit too fussy for my taste. The other issue was that the spa seemed to be impossible to book into - it seemed to be permanently unavailable. That said, a great location in the centre of Cortina.

Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Service was incredible. We got upgraded on our room. Parking was a little tricky as the lot was offsite, we paid 75EUR to valet instead.

Hotel de Len was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Everything was taken care of immediately and with a smile. It was so much fun staying there, I can't wait to go back one day. The location was great, a block away from the town center and all of the shopping, dining and Olympic rings. The spa was also a highlight with views from the top floor looking across the valley and the town of Cortina.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times. Loved the spa facilities!!!! Breakfast was outstanding with homemade pasties and yogurt each morning. Staff went above and beyond for us. Do not like the blow dryer connected inside the drawer and would like a mirror for getting ready in the main bed area so the other person can be in the bathroom while I’m also getting ready.

We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing.

This is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at! The rooms were excellent, but the best was the staff. Warm, friendly and so so helpful. From the reception to the restaurant to the spa (with the best view!!). Always with a special treat at the end of the day. Also must mention the ski shuttle - awesome amenity. 10/10 will go back! Love the friendly staff. We had wonderful wine tasting with Sera and the most delicious Apertivo . Breakfast is terrific . Only negative is one needs Aircon in bedrooms. Have been 3 times will be back .
