Loved the views and staff, but dinner wait times could improve!** **Pros:** * Incredible staff, especially Oscar and Wendy from housekeeping, who kept our room fresh, spotless, and perfectly timed every day. * Junior Suite Ocean View was spacious with stunning views and plenty of counter space at the double vanity. * Great vibe, constant drinks, and excellent pools (especially the private pool on the 12th floor). The Italian restaurant served the best salmon and lasagna. **Cons:** * Dinner wait times were tough—we waited over an hour on two separate nights. * Communication could be better when restaurants are closed. Switching to WhatsApp instead of the unreliable Hyatt app notifications and keeping a buffet option open during peak hours would help a lot with the crowd flow. **Summary:** Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful vacation!

Horrible checkin.. I was being treated like a potential criminal with multiple verifications and many extra steps that no other hotel EVER has asked me to do in the last 50 years. The hotel staff follows you everywhere you go. They have 3 motions trackers on each room (one in bathroom, one in shower!) , tracking your movements all the time. for check-in you have to sign a large number is restrictions that was not conveyed when making reservation. The check-in person was not answering any questions properly. It took too long, to restrictive (i.e, you can not have even your cousin (living locally) visit you at your room for even few minutes. You have to get a pass card everytime you leave hotel. The food in this all inclusive hotel was simply TERRIBLE. The room service only provides hamburger, chicken breast and pizza. The chicken breast was so rubbery that it was impossible to chew it down. i have taken pictures of all above for reference. The check out was equally stressful. I requested a late check-out which was offered to me for $50 extra at check-in, but was declined when I asked for it at check-out.. they forced me to check out at noon. and only honored their promise of late check out, AFTER i had packed my bags and left the room; and after I requested to talk to a supervisor at the front desk. In short, I found the front staff, despite of their ingratiating fake smiles, highly offensive, uncompromising and treating customers like they all gonna cheat the hotel.
