What we liked about the hotel was the pool depth. What we disliked about this hotel was the pool area being dirty from the night before, there was trash and food on tables, another thing we disliked was the parking validation machine, we had so many issues with trying to exit the parking structure. We continuously had to have a staff member come down and open the gate for us. Another thing we disliked was room 704’s shower pressure was very low, the coffee machine in the room did not work. When we asked the front desk for more lemon tea the front desk person said that they didn’t offer tea, when i advised them that we had already had tea the day before they somehow found some. We are a family of four and were only given two bath towels and no hand towels or wash towels, when we asked for extra towels we were handed towels for the pool. We will most likely not come back to this hotel.

Solamente estuve una noche, pero seguro que regreso. La atención que tuvimos, fue excelente, todo el personal muy amable y muy atentos. El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, si vas a acudir a algún evento en Poliforum o a la feria. Incluso, si solamente vas de viaje de placer, es perfecto. El detalle del aroma cítrico en el elevador fue increíble, me atrapó. Las camas y almohadas súper cómodas, la habitación muy espaciosa. La comida buffet y el desayuno buffet, también delicioso. Igualmente, la alberca climatizada, y el jacuzzi de burbujas con agua calientita, fue genial, perfecto para relajarnos. En verdad, lo recomiendo. Pues haciendo un balance de todo, la relación calidad-precio, todo está excelente. Definitivamente, sí vamos a volver. 💖

We enjoyed our stay, shower was nice and big. Location was very convenient to the state fair that was on while we were there. The restaurant had good variety and was good. The pool was the only thing that looked like it needed to be cleaned. The women cleaning our room and every one working there were very attentive and very friendly. We would stay here again. El hotel está ubicado donde todo sucede en Leon, pero eso hace que el hotel siempre esté lleno de gente en el lobby. La habitación es grande, almohadas incomodisimas, baño mal limpiado. El check in de una habitación nos lo entregaron una media hora antes y la otra como media hora tarde. El hotel cumple pero creo que cuando está muy lleno sufre para estar bien, aprovechen para visitar cuando no haya evento en la ciudad.

The property is very close to everything in Leon. The Arch is about 1.5 miles from property. Very clean, very clean rooms, staff is very attentive. I have stayed at this property a couple of times. Never disappoints. Nice property with restaurants near.

Great value for the price; usually a hotel like this in a big city would be much more expensive for the type of room received. Huge kind suite room with a great view, friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent location, and decent breakfast buffet on site. The only snags on my trip were that I had no towels upon arrival and the room was unbearably hot. The a/c took an entire day to cool the room down to a comfortable level, which felt unreasonable. Would still likely stay here again, however. Great hotel.

Llegamos después de las 3:30 para hacer check in y hasta las 5:00pm no entregaron habitación. Las señoritas de recepción no nos daban toallas al siguiente día para alberca más de 4 veces pidiéndoselas y más de 40 min. Para 1 toalla en área de alberca. En general muy mal servicio, el bell boy muy entrometido

La señorita que nos hizo el check in con una pésima actitud. Nos brindó un pésimo servicio. El resto del personal muy atentos y amables, salvo por esta persona que no se porque la tienen atendiendo a los clientes si se ve que no le gusta su trabajo.

The property is very close to everything in Leon. The Arch is about 1.5 miles from property. Very clean, very clean rooms, staff is very attentive. I have stayed at this property a couple of times. Never disappoints. Nice property with restaurants near.

Second stay here - always a clean ample sized room with a friendly staff. The floor to ceiling windows and tall ceilings really make the rooms bright and spacious. The breakfast buffet is a good value.

All was great, other than an issue at the restaurant. Chicken was raw but they corrected it immediately as soon as we notified the staff close proximity to everything including the stadium.

El hotel muy limpio, buena ubicación, la habitación limpia y con bastante espacio, el único problema fue que el agua de la regadera estaba tibia más a fría que caliente. El desayuno muy bueno y recomendable. La cena muy mala, estaba fría, sin mucha variedad. Creo que es uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona.

As soon as we walked in to the hotel, everyone was so helpful, kind, and attentive. The service really was a 10/10! The food was just as good and very varied. Good location as you are walking distance to the zoo, convenience stores, and center.
