This Motor Inn is a bit old but the rooms are very clean, tidy and functional. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location and close proximity to great cafes, Queens Park and the main street of Toowoomba. My only concern is that the car parks were a bit tight to get into and out of.

It would be good if the staff told all those staying that the parking is not allocated to each room. I copped a lot of abuse at 5.30 in the morning from a lady in the neighbouring room. Apparently she was of the impression that I had taken her parking spot. Other than this, our stay was very good.

Tidy property and pool. Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom not convenient as no walk in shower - the 300mm step over edge was difficult for our not-so-ambulatory bodies (I have 2 artificial lower joints, my wife has 1 and a reconstructed foot that is full of steel pins).

Pretty basic accommodation. Had that terrible smell in the room that these old places get. The room was clean, the TV worked, the water was hot. The AC was effective. The pool was good. The parking and access was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to book in early. Although an old motel, it was very clean and comfortable. Good parking. Our request for a ground floor room was provided. The motel is close to excellent restaurants and beautiful Queens Park. Breakfast available in the Dining Room or a continental breakfast tray is provided in the room. Our only complaint was the TV reception.

Easy check in. Lots of parking, however difficult to walk between the cars to your room due to hedges. Comfy beds, good shower pressure. Air con good but fan speed kept changing which was annoying when trying to sleep. Also a bright light from the aircon and tv were annoying. A tad noisy when people were up in the morning.

Room was spacious & clean. Staff were very friendly! Not enough power points &/or usb charging points in the room. TV doesn’t offer any digital channels. Of the Foxtel sport channels on offer - only 2 of the 3 worked. Both of the available Foxtel sport channels showed the same program at the same time. Maybe time for an upgrade of these inclusions?

Although this property is not modern, it is very clean and comfortable and well maintained. Rooms have super comfy beds; bathroom has retro vibe which we enjoyed - it took us back! Great spot across from Toowoomba’s Queen’s Park. Would confidently recommend as a wonderful cheap & cheerful option.

After a mix up with my booking on the first night much of it owing to me being a late arrival on a public holiday it was all sorted out by the manager Julianna the next morning and my stay here in room 202 on January 2nd to 3rd was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable I’ve had. I stayed in a Queen room as per my intended booking and I made the right choice. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, lounge chair looking out to Queens Park, dining table, work space, air con and private bathroom. The room had tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits, microwave, toaster, basic utensils and dishwashing liquid. The property has a pool that’s nicely lit up in the evening and it’s directly across the road from Queens Park. They offer continental breakfast packs. During my stay on the second afternoon Sophia at reception helped me with a basic request and I noticed her keep the property yard clean from rubbish - a big tick. I thank Julianna and Sophia going out of their way to help me.
