The girls on front desk were welcoming and helpful. My room was clean and tidy, bed comfy.

Extra towels for a weeks stay 2 towels were not adequate

Room was reasonably priced and in a good location, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the shutters to the balcony door were broken and so needed a lot of strength to open and close.

Amongs the 6 emails before arrival, I missed the one with the room number and spent 20 mins trying to get into someone elses room then annoying After hours staff Please dust skirting boards in room and in hallway Bed could have a topper but otherwise clean n tidy and all we needed.

Great location. Didn’t release the property was on the bottom floor so was nervous re safety. There was a big beautiful bath which was amazing. Room condition a little tired but overall good and clean.
