This was a lovely clean and tasteful, handy hotel, with lovely helpful owners and a hearty breakfast made to order. A relatively peaceful, and quite relaxing place. I did lament the missing plug in the shub, but was too shy to askfor 1, as I wouldve dearly loved a bath. A market just close by, and public transport around the corner for 1 soles, and a pleasant airport shuttle by one of the family owners. Will be very happy to visit here again.:D

This property was the most welcome surprise during my trip to Peru! I had few expectations but even had I arrived expecting the best, I would not have been disappointed! This establishment is like the perfect hybrid of a hotel and B&B. You will be greeted by the kindest proprietors, who will treat you as family. They will be sure everything is perfect, and when they say breakfast is included, they mean it! What a delightful surprise that instead of the typical lazy "continental" breakfast, you have breakfast made for you personally, and brought to you personally. While you are there, your room will be kept immaculately spotless; I returned to my room and almost thought it was the wrong one; my dirty clothes were better folded than I am able to fold my clean clothes! Even the lobby is so clean, it seemed like something out of a magazine! If you have many questions about everything like I did, they will patiently answer them all in fluent English as I needed, and provide excellent insight about the area and the country. Though I did not experience altitude sickness, I did notice oxygen provided in the lobby if it had been an issue! I would say it was like staying with family, but my family has never hosted me this kindly and thoughtfully. My only regret was that I couldn\'t stay longer at this wonderful place! If you are staying to see the Cusco area, or simply transiting on your way to Machu Picchu, this should be the first hotel you consider!

We arrived mid-morning and had to wait outside for about 10 minutes until someone answered the door. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Hotel condition was good, everything clean and well-maintained. Biggest issue was no hot water; when turned on and let run for a long time, we got tepid water that afternoon. Early the next morning before leaving for airport, no showers because the “hot” water never got hot, stayed cold no matter how long we ran it. Area around the hotel, just okay. Very few restaurants. The hotel is adequate for an overnight, close to the airport…if you don’t want to take a hot shower.

I had a very nice stay prior to my morning flight to Lima. The hotel is run by a nice, dedicated owner who made sure my stay was uneventful. The room and bath were both spacious and clean. The breakfast (breads, jams, eggs, fruit, coffee and juice) was filling and nicely prepared.

The proprietor was fantastically supportive and helpful, even going so far as to take us to the airport in the very early hours of the morning. We could not have asked for a better host. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and inviting.

They stored my luggage for 24 hours when I traveled to Machu Picchu. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in of all the hotels during my 3 weeks traveling through Peru. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cusco!

Loved this place, felt so safe and welcome, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the owner is such a sweet kind man and cared for me when i had issues with cancellations from other tours and had to stay longer, the only issue is the shower is very weak. I also just got Uber everyday it’s so cheap

This is a great option for travellers on a budget. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. I lost my passport in Cusco and the owner went above and beyond helping me get a new one including driving me to the airport and printing forms. I am very grateful and highly recommend this place.

What a delightful surprise that instead of the typical lazy "continental" breakfast, you have breakfast made for you personally, and brought to you personally. This hotel was perfect for my stay in Cusco! The host and his partner were very accommodating and made sure that I always had everything I needed and felt right at home! The host also provided pickup and drop off to and from the hotel! The location was great and in close proximity of the airport and just a short drive to the main square. Loved this place, felt so safe and welcome, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the owner is such a sweet kind man and cared for me when i had issues with cancellations from other tours and had to stay longer, the only issue is the shower is very weak. Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.
