The room was not smoking but still had a smoke smell, the coach had cigarette burns, no big towels only hand towels

Horrible service. Tried for several hours to reach main desk at the hotel before check in and no one ever picked up. Expedia help desk was unable reach anyone as well. No response to multiple messages. Horrible experience!! Should be booted from the Expedia application.
