Very room room but small single beds and functional. For price it was good

Check in and breakfast was good, the state of the carpet was disgusting with stains, bed very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay again

Pros: private parking included, price was okay. Staff very friendly, fluent in English, very helpful. Areas for improvement: room and entire hotel just reminded me of old military barracks. All very bare (but functional), a bit worn, and beds were just very small. My room turned out to be above the smoker’s area in the garden, which was not great. Functional stay, but def no ambience.

This is basic, clean accommodation reasonably close to the Bonn Zentrum. Easy flat walking and tram runs along front of property if you don’t want to walk. Breakfast was in line with the price paid and offered a limited, but fresh range to choose from. I asked for an extra pillow the first evening but this was not possible due to housekeeping being closed and the property kept no spares at reception. I suffer from reflux and the included pillow was not helpful at all, even when folded in half so the first night I had to fold up my winter jacket to try and get some sleep. The friendly housekeeping staff easily found a pillow for my second night. The heaters sounded like there was rain or a toilet dripping, apparently there is air in the pipes which has not been bled out. Overall, the property was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Forgot something in my room and could pick it up at reception a few days later when I was in Bonn again. Super Service.
