We stayed in a bunk room. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Room is a bit small but it’s all we needed for the one night stay. The outdoor seating areas and courtyard are splendid. Be sure to visit nearby Elegy Cafe. Yum! On site hotel parking and check in were easy and communication from hotel via text and email was convenient and flawless. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! They really thought of everything. The design details are exceptional and the amenities are perfect (the steamer and Dyson hair dryer were such a nice surprise!). The guest book is such a thoughtful touch too. The only hiccup we had was with the luggage lift when we arrived, it wasn’t operating, but I called and when I went downstairs I saw the first-floor door wasn't closed but it needs to be lined up and closed manually for it to work. The only small design note would be that the shower head feels a little underwhelming, though the water pressure is great. Overall, the experience has been phenomenal, style, comfort, and service all on point.

The room and property were very clean. The luggage lockers were very convenient because we arrived hours before check in. They are very communicative and detailed on the check in process. If you need a place to stay but don’t enjoy speaking with people this place is perfect!

I loved my stay at The Gallatin! I stayed in the cozy full and it was small, but exactly what I needed for one person. I was impressed by the in-room amenities The hotel was very quiet and clean. I was worried about a contactless check-in but the staff was very attentive over text and email with questions leading up to my trip and check-in was smooth and no trouble even with arriving late. The area surrounding isn't too far from downtown and while not super walkable, still has a good amount near by to check out. My favorite part of my stay was the coffee bar plus tea and seltzer on tap.

The property was cute and easy to access. The room was spacious, adorable and comfortable. We slept really well and we all had plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. We loved that they had articles and the history of the hotel throughout. There were a few questionable bars/clubs around the hotel that were a little concerning at first, but they didn’t end up being an issue at all. You couldn’t hear any noise from them in the room, or the hotel for that matter. The lighting in the parking lot could be better, it was pretty dark back there at night. The carpet in the main halls of the hotel were in need of a good cleaning. But it was a great hotel overall. The kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again, and I don’t say that about too many hotels.

The property is so beautiful! There are so many free great amenities; free WiFi, parking, snacks and water in your rooms, and a really cute photo booth in the main entrance! My friend and I absolutely loved our stay! Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone staying in Nashville!

No staff on site and it works! Old church converted into a small hotel. Very nice, neatly decorated boutique hotel! Great location, lots of restaurants near by. Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Free bottle of champagne and local snacks in the room. Easy parking. Photo booth in lobby. Absolutely loved staying at the Gallatin! The best part, the majority of proceeds from staying there helps the local community!!

Property is unique. I loved that my room had two sinks and a separate toilet and shower room. We had twin beds which were comfortable. The pillows were neck breakers though. We could hear other people but there was hardly anyone around. Earplugs were provided. There is a coffee machine in the lobby which I did not try because Oso Coffee was so close and soooo good. There was also a water machine with both seltzer and plain water which I loved. There is a luggage elevator which was awesome. The person in charge of cleaning kept it stocked and clean. The only criticism is the carpets are dirty but I bet they are impossible to keep clean. It was well done and proved to me a front desk isn’t necessary.

This hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures. The 1st floor is under ground it has no elevator or any assistance as not manned by anyone. The luggage lift doesn’t work. If you stay on 1st floor you hear all toilets and showers from everyone run down and those are the suites. Also would not refund anything when I couldn’t walk the stairs.

When I first saw this listing, I thought it was a little more for a younger crowd, but because it looked nice, but cost less we booked. I am so glad I did. This place was quiet. The bed was super comfortable. I have not stayed anywhere cleaner. We got the king sweet. The soaking tub sparkled. Even the shower grout was clean. Entry was super easy. Parking right at the entrance. Would definitely recommend to anyone. And 70s babies, we really liked the style. Not just for youngsters.

The hotels was super clean. Very easy check-in. I was worried about it being deskless, however we really did not even notice. Our room was ready a little earlier than check-in time. For the hotel to be so new we did notice quite a few stains of the furniture and floors. However the area was very clean! Beds were super comfortable. The hotel was super quiet. The wine and snacks were a nice touch. The bathroom was huge. There was a soaking tub in our unit, i did not have time to utilize but definitely nice. Water was good and hot. Room was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.

This hotel was amazing! We stayed in the Deluxe King Room. The cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in ever! Beds were super comfy! The Dyson fan and hair dryer were a great addition to the room. My favorite was the soaking tub!!! Amazing after being out and about all day! Super quiet stay but close enough to all the action. To make it 100 times better is that some of the profits go to helping the homeless in Nashville. I will recommend to everyone!

This property looks pretty cool online, and we stayed here because they contribute to the homeless, a cause I’m passionate about. However the cleanliness needs a huge step up because the carpets are so filthy and the walls are dingy with either dirt spots or paint chips. Just needs touching up to reach its full potential. Everything else was good. Location is amazing all my Lyfts were less than 10 bucks.

Being a family of 8, it’s often hard to find hotel rooms that suit us without having to split up. The Gallatin bunk rooms worked perfectly. The kids loved the bright colors and it was just a short drive to all the activity of downtown Nashville

The property is nice in some ways. They have a great coffee machine in the lobby. I hated that the queen bed had entry from only one side (plus the bottom) and was up against a wall. Also, we were below grade, which came as a rude surprise.

I liked the contactless service. It was straightforward what to do and well communicated how to get in and use the hotel. I took one star off the overall rating just due to not having control over the air conditioning unit in the room. There is a fan but it was a little noisy.

The owner/manager is phenomenal. Communication was TOP NOTCH. This is a small self-service property, if you’re looking for luxury amenities, look elsewhere. Location was convenient to everything! The Dyson fan and noise machine were a GREAT touch. Thank you!

The details really shine at the gallatin. Every single item in the rooms, halls, and lobby are all aesthetically pleasing. And the bathtub in the deluxe king suite is worth every penny. Amazing time. Every time I come to Nashville I’ll be staying at either the Gallatin or the Russel. It’s just a perfect chill clean and nice hotel.

Power went out while we were staying, room was changed from king to double Queen right before we arrived. No humans check in had some bumps, electronic locks had issues. Once we figured it out and things settled it was ok. Great price, decent room, pretty clean and had mostly what we needed except for extra blanket even we got cold. Good location.We might stay again now we know all the quirks, but only due to price.

We booked one night in the Gallatin on our way through Nashville recently, and had a great experience. It was different from any hotel experience I have had in the past with no front desk. All communication was through email and text, but they were more friendly than most hotel front desk help and very prompt in responding even before we arrived. We stayed in a cozy king room, and it was perfect for my husband and I. There was a cute basket of local snacks and goodies, a book with all the local attractions/restaurants, and an espresso machine in the lounge. We had a booking issue with a third party site(probably my own misstep) on the scheduled date of arrival, but the Gallatin staff were amazing and reached out to the third party directly to help us. There was an event happening in the adjoined building, but there was parking blocked off specifically for hotel guests and we couldn't hear anything once we were in our room. Very quiet, very peaceful. And the aesthetic was perfect!

This was the best hotel experience I have had. I could hardly believe all of the 5-star reviews I read before I got here, and now I am among them. The hotel was so fun and vibrant. It was also very clean, very accessible, parking was so easy, and the hotel management was EASILY reachable via text. I can't wait to come back to Nashville just so I can stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!

The hotel itself was nice and clean. Our window overlooked a dirty over flowing dumpster. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe. There were some cars parked in hotel lot with dark tinted windows and people hanging out in them. With no security and/or front desk it made us feel uneasy.

Though walking in the area is a challenge because of the traffic, there are plenty of food and bar options in close walking distance. Skinny Dennis is just across the street.

I can’t say enough good things about the Gallatin. The parking was fantastic! Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean, simple and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was a lot of fun! We loved the snacks that were provided. We played with the selfie station after coming back to the hotel from the Lucky Duck Lounge next door. It was simply incredible!!! What we loved most is where some of the proceeds go. Why support large corporate hotels whose CEOs don’t need more that what they have. Why not stay somewhere nice and support those in the community who can use some help. We felt it was a win for everyone.
