This hotel is in a great local just a stone’s throw from Seville Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The room was clean and presentable. The patio outside my room could have used some cleaning though. The leaves on the plants were brown and it didn’t look like it had been swept for some time- I couldn’t spend any time on the patio sipping my morning coffee. The safe did not work in my room and although I had asked someone to look into it they forgot. The staff was friendly and helpful both at Boutique Elvira and their sister hotel HALO where you go to eat. Boutique Elvira isn’t open 24hrs but HALO is so if you run into any problems after 10pm go to HALO if you need assistance. The breakfast was amazing. So many different things to choose from. I enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice and there was Brut there to make a mimosa if you wanted to. If you want to be near the main sites of historic Seville this hotel is a good option. Be mindful that Uber can only drop you off in one of the plazas nearby though as cars cannot drive down some of the narrower corridors. No problem as it is a 4-5 min walk from those plazas to the hotel. There are many shops around for souvenirs and there are lots of places to eat within 5-15 mins walking depending on what you want to eat. Be prepared to wait for a table on Friday and Saturday nights because this city never sleeps. All friendly people though. You will enjoy your time in Seville for sure.

Hotel was in the perfect location albeit a bit loud as there were walking tours during the day. I would recommend staying here as the location was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable with working air con. I checked in after midnight and had to check in at the sister hotel around the corner. Staff were super helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.

We enjoyed this room. It was very conveniently located to the Alcázar and the cathedral as well as restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff was very helpful! It is located in a courtyard so you cannot be dropped off at your door (you have to walk a little bit to an accessible street…not a problem for us but maybe for some). The air conditioning unit in our room emitted a very musty smell that we could not tolerate and do had to leave it off. Not a big deal since we visited in November but it would be a big deal in a different month!

O quarto térreo é péssimo. A janela não pode ser aberta, por estar na rua. O ar condicionado não funcionou. Uma luz de emergência verde ficou acessa a noite toda e é bem forte. À noite não tem recepção e não foi informado. Cheguei e levei um susto, mas testei e a chave do quarto abriu a porta da rua. Não tem onde apoiar sabonete, shampoo, nada dentro do box. Quando tomei banho, a água não descia e molhou todo o quarto, vazando para a portaria. Um show de horrores. O café da manhã é em outro hotel próximo. A única coisa boa foi a localização.

The staff were great and the hotel is perfectly located for everything you might want to do in Seville. The hotel had a number of maintenance issues and the hotel was overpriced. Breakfast at their partner hotel around the corner is not good value for money. Also we were invited for our free drink to their terrace to see the sunset. We got a third of a champagne glass of prosecco - mean!

Es war ganz ok. Standard. Von einem Boutique Hotel hatte ich jedoch mehr erwartet. Ich vemisste die Schönheit und Persönlichkeit. Auch war das Zimmer sehr eng und hatte nur sehr wenig Ablagefläche für Kleidungund andere Sachen, nicht mal ein Halter für die Seife in der Dusche. Das Bett war etwas zu kurz, da mein Partner gross ist. Ich schätze es, dass jeden Tag das Zimmer in Ordnung gebracht wurde. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Rezeption ist jedoch nicht immer besetzt

O quarto estava em ótimas condições e a localização é sensacional. Perto de todos os pontos turísticos do centro histórico. Atendentes excelentes. Todos muito educados e simpáticos. Única ressalva é sobre o café da manhã, pois não é no próprio hotel (1 minuto) andando e não vale o preço. Tomamos café da manhã maravilhoso bem próximo e muito mais em conta.

We really loved our stay here! It was right in the heart of Old Town Seville, and everything was within walking distance. Beatriz was so accommodating, friendly, and patient with all our questions and concerns. Our room was wonderful; perfect for a couple based on its size, and was always clean.

The service was appallingly bad. We asked for early check in when we booked the room over 2 months before our stay and again the week before to which the hotel responded advising that they would try to accommodate this. Upon arrival the staff had no clue about early check in and we were told it would be 3pm as standard. We left our luggage and returned just after 3pm to be told the room wasnt ready and we had to wait. We left for a drink and when we returned it STILL wasnt ready. At this point we had seen 2 other couples check in, offered a glass of fizz and given their room key, we were not offered anything. Our room was dirty when we got the key with the floor evidently not clean. During our stay we did not get clean towels, our room was not cleaned one day despite leaving the please clean our room sign on the door, we did not get replacement coffee and milk, no loo roll. When asking the staff for these things they had no interest in helping. Shame as its a lovey little hotel in a very cute square but the staff seriously let this place down.

Great location near Alcatraz and cathedral. Spotless room with a balcony to the pretty square. Staff were extremely friendly and friendly. Good value for the location. Decent buffet breakfast in their sister hotel a few metres away.

The location and the hotel was very nice. We were very disappointed concerning our arrival because only internships were present to welcome us. They was very hesitant and same for our check-out only an internship was present and completely lost. The Internship Nathan was very helpful and very kind. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. It was not be checked before our arrival so, a lot of dust and hair on the ground and on the TV remote was half working and dust on the surface. When we enter in the room, it smelled very bad like humidity from the bedroom. the diffuser of perfume was completely empty. The painting on the wall can be refresh as well. Concerning the breakfast, it was not so bad but the croissants was dry, the peach juice was sparkling, it cannot be and the orange juice was very fade. It was my first and last time in this hotel.

Auch im Zimmer mangelte es an Sauberkeit Minerralwasser wurde nicht wie angekündigt täglich sondern lediglich an zwei Tagen zur Verfügung gestellt

My new husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Hotel Boutique Elvira Plaza and we couldn’t have been happier with the service, friendly staff and beautiful rooms! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were super helpful with recommendations on restaurants as well as calling our taxi to the airport. The room was beautiful and very clean and quiet. Already planning our next trip back!

Tous les avis sont unanimes, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, en plein centre, à deux pas de la cathédrale, la Giralda, l'Alcazar, les bars, restos, ... tout en étant au calme sur la charmante place Dona Elvira. L'hôtel a très peu de chambres mais est jumelé à un autre hôtel tout proche qui propose un petit dej tout à fait correct. Alors pourquoi juste *** ? Les chambres en étage avec petit balcon sont certainement très agréables. mais nous avons séjourné dans une chambre du RdC, sombre, pas très grande qui mériterait un rafraîchissement et qui est certainement, à la belle saison, assez bruyante

The location is fantastic close to everything. The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable with a stunning view of the Plaza and the catheral. We would however have preferred separate beds and a door which could be vlised properly to the bathroom.

Good location, and friendly staff. You have to check in at a nearby sister hotel which is a bit confusing but not the end of the world. The room itself was disappointing. The bed felt like it was about to break, wobbly legs which squeaked and wobbled every time we moved overnight. The patio door wasn’t lockable so we didn’t feel very safe. Also there wasn’t a soap dish so the cleaning staff obviously felt compelled to change the bar of soap daily- which seemed like a bit of a waste.

The bed felt like it was about to break, wobbly legs which squeaked and wobbled every time we moved overnight. The patio door wasn’t lockable so we didn’t feel very safe. Also there wasn’t a soap dish so the cleaning staff obviously felt compelled to change the bar of soap daily- which seemed like a bit of a waste.

O quarto estava em ótimas condições e a localização é sensacional. Perto de todos os pontos turísticos do centro histórico. Atendentes excelentes. Todos muito educados e simpáticos. Única ressalva é sobre o café da manhã, pois não é no próprio hotel (1 minuto) andando e não vale o preço. Tomamos café da manhã maravilhoso bem próximo e muito mais em conta.

I loved my stay at this property! The location was perfect, right near the palace. Although, you had to walk about 5 mins in order to call a taxi, which is normal in this walkable city. Everyone working at the hotel was very attentive and kind! Breakfast was decent, around the corner of the hotel. AC also worked well, which is rare in Europe and great in the 100 degree weather we were in. A couple of little things, is that the patio was not that well kept and a little dusty and hotel lobby fragrance was too strong. Also, shower pressure was very weak in our room, even when they checked and said it was ok (maybe specific room bc I see other reviews saying the same thing?) If you want a perfect location and nice view from the terrace, stay here!

Brilliant location in the Santa Cruz quarter and lots of bars and restaurants nearby - as well as the major tourist attractions. Rating is slightly lower as there was no hot water for the first night of our stay - which wasn't their fault - but also a slight smell in the room we had. We think it may have come from the bathroom, but unsure. The room itself was lovely and modern and comfy and the staff at reception were excellent. We spoke with a few different people who were so helpful and friendly.

We really loved our stay here! It was right in the heart of Old Town Seville, and everything was within walking distance. Beatriz was so accommodating, friendly, and patient with all our questions and concerns. Our room was wonderful; perfect for a couple based on its size, and was always clean.

The service was appallingly bad. We asked for early check in when we booked the room over 2 months before our stay and again the week before to which the hotel responded advising that they would try to accommodate this. Upon arrival the staff had no clue about early check in and we were told it would be 3pm as standard. We left our luggage and returned just after 3pm to be told the room wasnt ready and we had to wait. We left for a drink and when we returned it STILL wasnt ready. At this point we had seen 2 other couples check in, offered a glass of fizz and given their room key, we were not offered anything. Our room was dirty when we got the key with the floor evidently not clean. During our stay we did not get clean towels, our room was not cleaned one day despite leaving the please clean our room sign on the door, we did not get replacement coffee and milk, no loo roll. When asking the staff for these things they had no interest in helping. Shame as its a lovey little hotel in a very cute square but the staff seriously let this place down.

The Elvira is a boutique hotel in a GREAT location and the staff is very friendly. One of the reasons it’s not a five star is due to the check in process. When we arrived, the young man at the desk said it was his first day and he needed to call his manager from the sister hotel. The mgr came and spoke to him and left. We were not offered a complementary drink on arrival although it was displayed on the counter. The young man had to keep calling the manager to come back and our check in took well over an hour with us filling out a tremendous amount of paperwork. This young man was very kind and we were patient but we felt the manager should have checked us in with his new employee and not just leave him on his own with his first client.

Hotel was in the perfect location albeit a bit loud as there were walking tours during the day. I would recommend staying here as the location was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable with working air con. The location and the hotel was very nice. We were very disappointed concerning our arrival because only internships were present to welcome us. They was very hesitant and same for our check-out only an internship was present and completely lost. The Internship Nathan was very helpful and very kind. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. It was not be checked before our arrival so, a lot of dust and hair on the ground and on the TV remote was half working and dust on the surface. When we enter in the room, it smelled very bad like humidity from the bedroom. the diffuser of perfume was completely empty. The painting on the wall can be refresh as well. Concerning the breakfast, it was not so bad but the croissants was dry, the peach juice was sparkling, it cannot be and the orange juice was very fade. It was my first and last time in this hotel.

I had a great stay at this nice hotel in Sevilla. What I especially liked was the service level - especially from Joaquín who was very friendly and he walked the extra mile to make feel welcomed and comfortable at the Hotel. I would recommend this place and I would go here again if I were to visit Sevilla.

My new husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Hotel Boutique Elvira Plaza and we couldn’t have been happier with the service, friendly staff and beautiful rooms! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were super helpful with recommendations on restaurants as well as calling our taxi to the airport. The room was beautiful and very clean and quiet. Already planning our next trip back!

This hotel is in a great local just a stone’s throw from Seville Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The room was clean and presentable. The patio outside my room could have used some cleaning though. The leaves on the plants were brown and it didn’t look like it had been swept for some time- I couldn’t spend any time on the patio sipping my morning coffee. The safe did not work in my room and although I had asked someone to look into it they forgot. The staff was friendly and helpful both at Boutique Elvira and their sister hotel HALO where you go to eat. Boutique Elvira isn’t open 24hrs but HALO is so if you run into any problems after 10pm go to HALO if you need assistance. The breakfast was amazing. So many different things to choose from. I enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice and there was Brut there to make a mimosa if you wanted to. If you want to be near the main sites of historic Seville this hotel is a good option. Be mindful that Uber can only drop you off in one of the plazas nearby though as cars cannot drive down some of the narrower corridors. No problem as it is a 4-5 min walk from those plazas to the hotel. There are many shops around for souvenirs and there are lots of places to eat within 5-15 mins walking depending on what you want to eat. Be prepared to wait for a table on Friday and Saturday nights because this city never sleeps. All friendly people though. You will enjoy your time in Seville for sure.

Posizione da 5 e più stelle perchè a 200 mt dalle maggiori attrazioni e in posizione tranquillissima perché la piazzetta è pedonale. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, camere piccole ma ben attrezzate, bagno grande con ottima doccia. Consiglio vivamente!

We enjoyed this room. It was very conveniently located to the Alcázar and the cathedral as well as restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff was very helpful! It is located in a courtyard so you cannot be dropped off at your door (you have to walk a little bit to an accessible street…not a problem for us but maybe for some). The air conditioning unit in our room emitted a very musty smell that we could not tolerate and do had to leave it off. Not a big deal since we visited in November but it would be a big deal in a different month!

Check in receptionist was very engaging and friendly, felt very welcome. The breakfast was a little disappointing if I'm being honest; however the big win was the central location within the historic quarter of the city. Great value and we would definitely recommend for a friend keen to visit Seville.

Accueil exceptionnel, le personnel est extrêmement agréable et serviable, la situation de l'hôtel est parfaite à 100 mètres de la cathédrale et quasiment à 15-20 minutes de tous points d'intérêt. Seul bémol : nous n'avions pas de drap pour nous couvrir le 1er soir, nous avons trouvé une couette sans housse que nous avons conservée en l'etat tout le séjour . Pas de tapis de bain non plus, nous avons utilisé une de nos petites serviettes le 1er jour puis elle a disparue et pas de remplacement d'aucune serviette durant tout le sejour. Je veux bien jouer le jeux de l'eco friendly mais l'hygiène passe avant ! Le petit-déjeuner se prend à l'hôtel d'à côté, malgré l'extrême gentillesse du personnel, il est vite dépassé le dimanche lorsqu'il y a plus de 10 personnes (tables non débarrassées, pas de tasse, pas de couverts, buffet vide...). Nous avons heureusement passé un très bon séjour dans cette tres belle ville.
Accueil exceptionnel, le personnel est extrêmement agréable et serviable, la situation de l'hôtel est parfaite à 100 mètres de la cathédrale et quasiment à 15-20 minutes de tous points d'intérêt. Seul bémol : nous n'avions pas de drap pour nous couvrir le 1er soir, nous avons trouvé une couette sans housse que nous avons conservée en l'etat tout le séjour . Pas de tapis de bain non plus, nous avons utilisé une de nos petites serviettes le 1er jour puis elle a disparue et pas de remplacement d'aucune serviette durant tout le sejour. Je veux bien jouer le jeux de l'eco friendly mais l'hygiène passe avant ! O hotel é muito bem localizado, a poucas quadras dos principais pontos. O café da manhã e ótimo também. Porém, durante nossa estadia o ar condicionado do hotel parou de funcionar 2x, tivemos q dormir com mto valor um dia. Além disso, o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e alagou o banheiro no 1o dia, esse problema foi corrigido no mesmo dia

O quarto térreo é péssimo. A janela não pode ser aberta, por estar na rua. O ar condicionado não funcionou. Uma luz de emergência verde ficou acessa a noite toda e é bem forte. À noite não tem recepção e não foi informado. Cheguei e levei um susto, mas testei e a chave do quarto abriu a porta da rua. Não tem onde apoiar sabonete, shampoo, nada dentro do box. Quando tomei banho, a água não descia e molhou todo o quarto, vazando para a portaria. Um show de horrores. O café da manhã é em outro hotel próximo. A única coisa boa foi a localização.

The staff were great and the hotel is perfectly located for everything you might want to do in Seville. The hotel had a number of maintenance issues and the hotel was overpriced. Breakfast at their partner hotel around the corner is not good value for money. Also we were invited for our free drink to their terrace to see the sunset. We got a third of a champagne glass of prosecco - mean!

O quarto estava em ótimas condições e a localização é sensacional. Perto de todos os pontos turísticos do centro histórico. Atendentes excelentes. Todos muito educados e simpáticos. Única ressalva é sobre o café da manhã, pois não é no próprio hotel (1 minuto) andando e não vale o preço. Tomamos café da manhã maravilhoso bem próximo e muito mais em conta.

Great location, lovely staff. Nicely decorated. Room spacious (no hanging facilities for long clothes eg dresses), zero draw space meaning we used sofa for storage. Plants on balcony dead. But don’t let any of this put you off, we would absolutely stay again.
