Zimmer hatten kein Tageslicht. Die angebotene Terrasse auf dem Dach war nicht nutzbar.

Odeurs de remontées d'egout qui envahissait la chambre pendant tout le séjour.... Malgré nos remarques la direction n'a rien pu changer Le spa était fermé Par contre la situation en centre ville est bien réelle !

De kallar sig boutique hotell men har kategoriseringen Hostel. Dåligt att behöva hämta nyckel på annat hotell. Badrummet behöver uppfräschning, rensning av avlopp mm. Sängen saknar bäddmadrass vilket gör att fjädringen känns på kroppen. Terrassen med hot tub var stängd. Är den någonsin öppen? Rumspriset var bra med tanke på läget.

The main picture advertising this hotel is the hot tub on the terrace, when we got there it was off, covered in dust and cold swampy water in it. I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub to relax! False advertising.

Acceptabelt. Bøvlet at receptionen er på et andet hotel når man skal tjekke ind. Badekar på værelset havde ikke tilsluttet vand. Tagterrassen var lukket. Morgenmad var ok. God kaffe og æg blev lavet på anmodning. Seng var ok. Belliggenhed var perfekt midt i den famle by.

abbiamo preso questa struttura per l'idromassaggio, arriviamo ed era chiuso, nessuno ci ha avvisato. a saperlo non l’avremmo mai presa, molto ingiusto non dirlo e non avvisarci. camera senza illuminazione, per guardare dentro l’armadio dovevamo usare la torcia del telefono. pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. in compenso la colazione era buonissima e anche vasta, personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Rooms are cool and stylish. Great location. Check in was somewhat of a nightmare. You have to check in at a location separate from the hotel which you have booked. There was no staff available at the hotel and they didn't answer the phones. The woman at the desk where you have to go was very unfriendly and rude. Upon booking it said that a hot tub and cafe was at the hotel, which is not the case.

À deux pas de Marché Central, un peu loin du métro. Très calme malgré l'emplacement central. Décoration épurée pas toujours pratique, lavabo hors de la salle de bain, distributeur de savon hors de la douche, pas d'étagères, justes quelques cintres. Le jacuzzi n'était pas ouvert en octobre malgré le beau temps.

Hotel en obras. Lo necessitaba. Volvere seguro

Badeværelset ikke særligt spændende med et stort hul i væggen i brusekabinen og stoppet afløb. Gulvet i værelset var ødelagt af vandskade. Spa på tagetagen var lukket på ubestemt tid. Kedelig morgenmad og et minimum af service.

Bueno a ver como describo este alojamiento sin usar un vocabulario soez que es lo que se merece. Lo único que salva es el personal que son muy educados y hacen lo que pueden. Al llegar el check in era en otro hotel, despues de caminar con las maletas un buen trecho porque es imposible aparcar en las inmediaciones te dicen que vayas andando a otro hotel. A nosotros nos hicieron el check in x telefono, para hacernos el favor xq ibamos con mi hija pequeña. Al entrar te da una bofetada el olor a alcantarilla de fecales que se hace dificil hasta respirar. Al subir a la habitación pensabamos que seria mejor pero olía aun peor dentro. En el suelo del baño habia uñas de los pies, encima de las estanterías restos de papeles y polvo para aburrir. Por no hablar de las manchas en las sabanas y almohadas. Estoy convencida que estaba sin limpiar ni cambiar la habitacion del cliente anterior. El desayuno nos habria salido mas a cuenta ir al mercadona que era lo que te servian, croissants secos y duros, incomibles, pan de bolsa del mercadona, madalenas secas del mercadona y un plato de queso y york tmb del mercadona. Caliente solo huevos que te hace la recepcionista si puede, claro... En resumen horrible experiencia, mi hija alergica al polvo tuvo reacción y x poco la tengo que llevar a urgencias con un ataque de asma. No vayais o tirareis el dinero, os lo aseguro. Eso si nos dejaron una garrafa de 5 litros de lejia x si queriamos echar mas...

Situato in centro, molto ben ubicato…. Lascia a desiderare la pulizia della stanza, un odore sgradevole di fogna e l’aria condizionata che non funzionava.

Odore di fogna terribile che dalla hall saliva per tutti i piani e nella stanza. Blatta enorme uscita dalla doccia.

Location è perfetta, nel centro della vecchia città. Nel hotel c'era uno strano odore. Nelle scale era sempre il bucato sporco e non si può facilmente attraverso di esso, è stato un po 'disordinato.

Tienen que hacer una desinfeccion ppr plaga de cucarachas. Además tienen un problema de olores por algún atasco en baños

Esperienza pessima. La camera era di dimensioni buone se non fosse stato per una vasca completamente inutilizzabile che riduceva di molto lo spazio utilizzabile per muoversi. Pulizia lasciata un po' a desiderare con il pavimento trovato sporco e rimasto tale, la parete sopra il letto e le travi a vista piene di polvere, la tavoletta dei servizi igienici totalmente gialla e il rubinetto del lavandino e il nappo della doccia completamente incrostato dal calcare. In 6 notti non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola e abbiamo ricevuto un solo cambio per gli asciugamani considerando che in camera eravamo in due... L'unica cosa positiva rimane solo la posizione, praticamente a due passi dal mercato centrale e alle due piazze principali della città vecchia che però non basta a far dimenticare tutto il resto....

Perfettamente in centro, vicino al mercato centrale, comoda per due giorni di vacanza a valència, oltre non consiglio perché le stanze sono piccole e compatte. La pulizia è eccellente, pecca di illuminazione naturale alcuni dettagli (la mancanza di mensole nella doccia, o poca luce all'ingresso della stanza.

The room was very dirty. They gave us very, very small room, absolutly different than the photos.

The hotel has a reception only until 2:30 p.m., after that check-in is in another building that is 6 minutes away (it's not much, but walking with suitcases is a lot) AND NO ONE WARNED US, this is a clear mistake from EXPEDIA. The Wi-Fi is TERRIBLE and the cleaning staff is very attentive and friendly, but the people at the reception (in both buildings) are very unresponsive. On the 2nd day they warned that there would be no hot water for 4 hours, and the terrace is under repair. It has been restored to new, and it is beautiful, the rooms are super small, and the sink is outside the bathroom, on the other side of the bed (it is crazy to go out with dirty hands and cross the entire room to wash, it is clearly poorly designed ). The best thing about it is the location, because it is right in the center, close to everything.

No AC in my room, wifi did not work, key card kept failing to work, door pinpad did not work, struggle to check in, no windows in my room, not enough lights in the room and in hallways. Felt like I was trapped

Bathtub in the room....wow. Clean, fresh. The area is amazing.

Kleine kamer, zonder ramen. Op zich niet erg, maar gebrek aan haakjes, plankjes was wel vervelend. In de kamer wel een kast, maar licht moest uit het gangetje komen en die deed het alleen als de buitendeur open was. In de badkamer 2 kleine haakjes om 4 handdoeken op te hangen: absoluut niet genoeg. Deur van de badkamer aangetast door het vocht. Wasbak in de slaapkamer, dus ‘s nachts volop het licht aan om handen te wassen na toiletbezoek..

Flotte rom, men minuspoeng for AC. En av sommerens varmeste dager, og vanskelig å få ned i temperatur.

No person ever at front desk. Not at all "soundproof" as advertised. Terrace with access for everyone that I asked about before booking was locked and inaccessible. Self check in kiosk has a terrible user interface.

Hotel agradável, ecelente localização. Unico problema é a vedacao entre os quartos. Os mesmos possuem uma porta entre duas habitações o que dificulta a vedacao do barulho.

Väldigt bra läge med nära till allt. Rummen var lite ovanligt utformade, med badkar mitt i rummet.. saknade en bar på hotellet, och frukosten var inget ha, men det var rent.

Para hacer el check in, me tuve que desplazar a pie con el equipaje a otro hotel y volver con la llave. El horario de desayuno comienza a las 9.00 am. Un horario muy malo si el viaje es por trabajo, como en mi caso. El buffer del desayuno es muy pobre. La limpieza de los baños, deja mucho que desear, todo está cubierto de una costra blanca. Se ofrece precio de suite con Jacuzzi que luego no tiene, tiene uno común que no está disponible, pese a que existe un precio específico de habitación para ello (más caro, evidentemente)

Very good location, in the heart of everything. Check in was appalling. No staff at reception. Had no code to enter hotel, lucky other guests were about to let us in. Rooms not ready for check in when we arrived. Bed and toilet facilities generally clean but room could have with a bit of attention.

Wow, what a disorganized confusing check on process. Different locations that are closing way to early. So you have to go to main branch to check in. Came in late and made this way more confusing.

Helt greit hotel, veldig små rom. Veldig slitt. Hyggelig folk. Carmen fortjener terningkast 6 for sin service. Fantastisk hyggelig dame og ubeskrivelig hjelpsom.

Imposible llegar en coche, si vas con maletas. No había nadie al llegar y hicimos el checking por teléfono y un poco engorroso

The property, in its immediate area was somewhat suspect, but a block from there you were are near everything that you want to see. Communication was not the best. Had to go to one location to obtain a key, the older women that checked us in was very nice, and took the time to show us on a map the sites in the area. Then had a young man walk us to our room, which was about 5-minutes away. The one man walked about 20 meters in front of us the entire time not saying a word to us, while my wife and I carried our luggage. When we got to the building, he handed us a card, said here is the code, the Wi-Fi and password. Then said bye! The room, had no extras, i.e. no coffee pot, but room service did an excellent job! And, when they say “cozy”, they mean “tiny.”

Nos gustó la ubicación en el centro historico al lado del mercado. No nos gustó hacer el check-in en otro edificio distinto. Si vienen en coche solo se puede aparcar en el pàrquing Plaza de la Reina

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville de Valence tout près du Mercat Central. Chambre un peu étroite mais très calme au-dessus d'une petite rue . Petit-déjeuner agréable et copieux servi à partir de 9h

Positivt: bra läge, nära till sevärdheter och bra restauranger, sköna sängar och bra dusch. Personalen vänlig och hjälpsam. Negativt: Lyhört, luktade suspekt (något parfymigt rengöringsmedel alt avlopp, varierade från våning till våning). Utsikt mot rivningshus och skräpig ödestomt. Övrigt: tre rum delade samma balkong. Något torftig frukost men hade inte väntat oss annat till det priset. Kaffet gott och de fixade äggröra om man bad om det. Med andra ord ett helt ok hotell om man som vi bara skulle sova där.

Séjour au calme dans une rue piétonne. Situation dans la vieille, proche du métro, bus et gare ferroviaire. Batiment ancien. La chambre attribuée, très sombre, car fenêtre sans vitre, remplacée par un miroir. Pas de coffre de sécurité pour le rangement des affaires personnelles. Porte accès salle de bains mangée par l'humidité. Literie confortable.

Stanza piccolissima, colazione scarsa (principalmente prodotti confezionati), biancheria e shampoo/doccia mai cambiati in 4 giorni (abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi), 8 euro a persona per il deposito bagagli. Buona la posizione e il prezzo.

Tengo que decir que sorprendida para bien… yo normalmente cuando escojo cualquier alojamiento me suelo fijar en los comentarios y demás … esta vez no fue así, reservamos habitación y más tarde los miré. Me horrorice puesto que todos son negativos y quise cancelar, no pude porque era no reembolsable. Total que decidimos ir a ver qué tal … pues nada que ver con los comentarios… si es verdad que las zonas comunes y en la recepción huele fatal a alcantarilla pero a lo que la habitación se refiere ..no. Escogimos una habitación doble superior en el edificio bolseria, ese mismo día a las 3 llamaron para decir que estaba cerrado sólo habrían los fines de semana y nos cambiaban al edificio tapineria, he de decir que para encontrar la recepción es algo lioso pero la ubicación es perfecta. La limpieza es mejorable, pero en general muy bien. He de decir el desayuno… deberían de avisar como va a constar puesto que a nosotros nos dijeron una vez hecho reserva y demás que el desayuno se sirve en la habitación… no preguntan gustos ni alergia y ponen lo que les da la gana, 4 rebanadas de pan bimbo sin tostar, mantequilla y mermelada en cantidad, aceite, zumo comprado y bolleria… nosotros no comemos nada d eso, esque ni el café es hecho por ellos, también es de esos comprados marca hacendado.
