Listing wasn't very accurate so we did not expect no reception and staff on site. Rooftop was locked one day which was very disappointing. When open it looks nothing like the photos. Nice though to have access to outdoors and privacy.

Umgebung/Lage ist top. Personal ist freundlich. Kaum Platz für Gepäck. Sehr hellhörig. Statt Gläser gab es nur billige Einmal-Plastikbecher die auch noch in Plastikbeutel verpackt waren. Das geht besser. Dachterasse war nicht zugänglich. Alles in allem für 1 Nacht ist die Unterkunft o.k. Für mehr leider aber auch nicht.War sehr enttäuscht.

Stayed at New, Nice and clean Deluxe Rom - in Room all was perfekt. Toproof, was a disapointment, there are place for improvement; make new dekorations, small Lightning, or change the pictures at HomePage. Breakfast was fresh, with good coffee.

Overall, this hotel was a great place to stay as it is in the heart of Old City Valencia. Tons of restaurants very close by and it was close to the City Hall where we caught the bus to get to the beautiful beaches. The only weird thing that they didn’t tell us about was that we couldn’t check in at the actual hotel — once we got to the hotel there was a message on the door that told us that we have to walk about 6 mins away to actually check in. Having sod that the ladies at the check in hotel were super friendly and told us how to navigate the city including what bus number and where to get the bus to the beaches. Beware there are no safes in the room to store your valuables but it is a very safe hotel.

Vom Prinzip her gut, dass es kleine Zimmer zum kleinen Preis gibt - Putzpersonal war nett Negativ: - Es gibt keine zugängliche Dachterasse, obwohl diese stark beworben und gelobt wird - unklar (nur winzige Notiz am Fußende / wir haben es erst bei der Ankunft an der Tür gelesen), dass Check In in der Hauptfiliale 5 Minuten entfert ist und es vor Ort keine Rezeption gibt - Gepäckaufbewahrung auf eigene Gefahr in der Hauptfiliale "akzeptiert" - im Hoteleingang - keine freundliche Begrüßung oder Hilfe an der Rezeption (2. Zimmerkarte wurde versprochen und kam nie, für 2 Seiten schwarz-weiße DIN A4 Ausdrucke wurden nachträglich 2 € verlangt (nachdem bereits gedruckt), überhaupt nie richtig begrüßt etc. - Raumaufteilung könnte trotz Mini-Zimmer besser sein (z.B. The location of the hotel is perfect, you are right in the center of the city. I was on the 4th floor and fortunately there is an elevator. The room is not very large and perfect for traveling solo or as a couple. If you are traveling with someone, please note that the bathroom is open and therefore you have no privacy. The room was cleaned every day

Overall, really enjoyed my stay at cosy rooms. The location is absolutely fantastic, nothing that we wanted to do was more than a 15 minute walk away. We were able to check in via a screen in the lobby which was easy enough. Our room was very clean and the cleaners offered to change our sheets and towels daily. We had a private bathroom and a balcony, only downside there was the balcony was looking over a building under construction, which was very noisy but no fault of the hotel. Our main issue was that the ceiling fan was very very loud and it was a pain to get the security light to turn off when the door was closed. These were tolerable for us, but I imagine would have been a nightmare with young children. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are travelling with children, it was on quite a loud street and most other guests seemed to be in their only 20s and in València for the night life. All in all, Cosy rooms was excellent for a city break with my partner, especially for the price. Woukd recommend!!!

So clean & so convenient, right in the centre of Valencia with amazing food and shops nearby. The room itself was a delux room and it was sooo huge and so clean! Clean bathroom, clean sheets, clean towels every day. Just brilliant! The other reviews made us doubtful leading up to the trip but it was an absolute bargain and would definitely stay again!

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room was dirty an worn down. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything happening in the room next door. The housekeeper took our towels without replacing them with new ones and since the hotel is unattended we were not able to get new ones…

Big room with comfy bed and generous sized bathroom. A couple of minutes walk from all of the attractions, shops, eateries and bars. The room had a sliding door that connected to the next room. It was secure, but could hear everything that was going on so had broken sleep. Bathroom a bit grubby around the edges (limescale and loose shower fittings). Is also above a club. With all that in mind, I wouldn't stay again.

Snelle zelf-check in, in meerdere talen beschikbaar. Schone ruime kamer (deluxe) met een fijne badkamer. Geen last gehad van extreme geluidsoverlast. Wat straatgeluiden maar dat is niet raar omdat de kamer aan de straatkant ligt. Locatie ligt super centraal en veel bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand. Ook geen last gehad van de “club” schuin onder. Ik kan me niet vinden in de negatieve reviews.

The location is good. The room first given to us was not as we expected from the pictures shown on your site. After discussion we were moved to a room which was suitable. Large room. Large bed. En-suite could do with deep clean in the corners and walls. Shower door didn't close and there were lose tiles on the shower floor. Just a bit grubby. Our room had a connecting door to the room next door and on the last night of our stay the occupants got back to their room at 4am Monday morning and we could hear everything they were saying. Seemed like no sound proofing on the sliding door between each room. Shame as up to that night there was no problem with noise even though the rooms are located above a night club which stays open until late.

La chambre est très très bien située. Par contre, chambre minuscule, bruit des portes du corridor infernal , aucune réception dans l’immeuble.

Listing wasn't very accurate so we did not expect no reception and staff on site. Rooftop was locked one day which was very disappointing. When open it looks nothing like the photos. Nice though to have access to outdoors and privacy.

Ao chegar na propriedade, tem uma placa falando qie devemos nos dirigir a outro endereço para buscar as chaves. Tinhamos 3 malas grandes e tivemos qie andar mais 600mts pelo meio da cidade para fazer check in. Chegando ao quarto tinham nos dado o quarto errado e tive que voltar mais 600mts ate outro endereço para trocar as chaves. Pessimo check in que nao é feito nem na propriedade. Nao recomendo.

Overall, this hotel was a great place to stay as it is in the heart of Old City Valencia. Tons of restaurants very close by and it was close to the City Hall where we caught the bus to get to the beautiful beaches. The only weird thing that they didn’t tell us about was that we couldn’t check in at the actual hotel — once we got to the hotel there was a message on the door that told us that we have to walk about 6 mins away to actually check in. Having sod that the ladies at the check in hotel were super friendly and told us how to navigate the city including what bus number and where to get the bus to the beaches. Beware there are no safes in the room to store your valuables but it is a very safe hotel.

We didn’t know “reception” is in another building 6 mins walk away. Lucky the cleaner called someone to bring out. And pass code to get into building. Room ok . Breakfast is basic but for 8 Euro it’s good. Staff very friendly… had to use the translator on phone to communicate as my Spanish is small and their English is even less. Accidentally mixed up the plastic room cards and couldn’t get in… thank god another guest gave me the address to the other building to key a new plastic key…. I hate those things…. Bring back proper metal keys….. the area is beautiful, clean, safe and so many restaurants and cafes. 3 min walk to the hop on hop off bus.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room was dirty an worn down. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything happening in the room next door. The housekeeper took our towels without replacing them with new ones and since the hotel is unattended we were not able to get new ones…

Når jeg ankommer et sted, gjerne etter en lang dags reise, bruker jeg linken til adressen som oppgis, og gir denne til taxi sjåføren. I dette tilfelle kom jeg til stedet hvor jeg skulle bo, men der var ingen. Måtte da gå i kronglete gater, og lete etter " hovedkontoret" som hadde nøkler. Overall, really enjoyed my stay at cosy rooms. The location is absolutely fantastic, nothing that we wanted to do was more than a 15 minute walk away. We were able to check in via a screen in the lobby which was easy enough. Our room was very clean and the cleaners offered to change our sheets and towels daily. We had a private bathroom and a balcony, only downside there was the balcony was looking over a building under construction, which was very noisy but no fault of the hotel. Our main issue was that the ceiling fan was very very loud and it was a pain to get the security light to turn off when the door was closed. These were tolerable for us, but I imagine would have been a nightmare with young children. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are travelling with children, it was on quite a loud street and most other guests seemed to be in their only 20s and in València for the night life. All in all, Cosy rooms was excellent for a city break with my partner, especially for the price. Woukd recommend!!!

Ik schrok van de slechte beoordelingen maar niets daarvan is waar. Het was erg schoon, mooi en rustig. Totaal geen last gehad van gehorigheid. De kamer was ruim en schoon. En de locatie kom haast niet beter. Zou er zeker nog eens heen gaan.

Snelle zelf-check in, in meerdere talen beschikbaar. Schone ruime kamer (deluxe) met een fijne badkamer. Geen last gehad van extreme geluidsoverlast. Wat straatgeluiden maar dat is niet raar omdat de kamer aan de straatkant ligt. Locatie ligt super centraal en veel bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand. Ook geen last gehad van de “club” schuin onder. Ik kan me niet vinden in de negatieve reviews.

Nice room style: wide and modern. Should need something to support more shampoo and bath gel in the bathroom. The hotel is very comfortable, expecially in the summer hot days it’s always fresh! Breakfast is good also!
