車で行きましたが駐車場は係員がいて誘導してくれるので良かったです。ユニットバスの備付けのボディーソープがほとんど入っていなかった、確認補充作業ができてない気がしました。フロントの男性が無愛想な感じでした。

他のフロアーは分かりませんが泊まった７階はエレベーターから部屋までに何回も天井にハリがあり頭を下げないとぶつかってしまい不快でした。

お見舞いに便利な距離とアクセスを主に連泊予定でホテルを探したところ、老舗で部屋数も多く当日予約でとれました。ランドリーもありレストランも併設、遅い夕食にいただいた人気の広東麺はスタッフさんが教えて下さった小ライスに野菜餡をのせて中華飯風にいただくのも確かに美味しい具材も豊富で大満足。期間限定で「おつまみプラン」があり好きな2品+飲み物、3品＋飲み物の2プラン、種類も多く魅力的です。

ホテル自体が、古いので、全体的に設備も古いです。しかしながら、清掃が行き届いていて、清潔感があります。しかも日によってはかなりお得に泊まれます。 JRと東武の間にあるので、どちらにも行けます。まぁどちらも少し歩かなきゃ行けないんですけど。最後にフロントの対応、電話での対応等とても丁寧親切で、気持ちがよかったです。

古いホテルのため、作りなどは古いですが、部屋は清掃も行き届いており価格を考えると満足な宿泊でした。窓からの景色が、あまり面白さはない作りなのは、人によっては残念かもしれない。あと1階の共用トイレは最新だけれど、便器の外側などの清掃は改善の余地があるかもしれないです。

A older hotel, but still nice. I found the pillows and bed to be too hard--I could feel the springs in the mattress. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The front desk staff were great and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. My small frustration was the parking fee. The charged ¥1000/night for parking which I thought was fine (¥1500 or more at most places). But then I discovered it was a local surface lot that only cost ¥700 for 24 hours. That just feels "cheap" on the hotel\'s part.

入り口は昭和レトロ満載でしたが、選んでいた部屋はリノベしてあり綺麗な部屋でした。・1つ改善してもらえたらうれしいのはドライヤーでした。威力が弱いので。・コーヒーや紅茶そしてペットポトルのお水まで用意されていて仕事するには良い部屋だったようです。(同行者) ・水回りの狭さは否めませんがきれいにしてありました。お湯の調整も独立ではなくレバー式にしてもらえたらさらに評価はよくなると思います。またここによる予定があれば宿はここにしようと思っています。おせわになりました。

2泊しました。フロントスタッフの残念な対応が続き、また利用したいと思えませんでした。あと、エアコンのききが悪く寒かったです。加湿空気清浄機がないホテルも今時珍しいなと大変なご時世ですが、改善を期待して書きました頑張ってください。

駅からバス停一つ分歩きます。フロントは広くて良い感じですが、客室は古さを感じます。清潔さを心がけているとは思いますが、スリッパは紙の中敷があれば良いなぁ、トイレ便座は暖かいと良いなぁとか、改善の余地はたくさんあるかと思いました。

宇都宮駅から、ゆっくり歩いて10分は許容。歴史がありそうな建構えでも、スタッフさんの心構えかすごく綺麗にメインテナンスされていて気持ちよくお部屋を使わせていただきました。不満と言えば空調。暖房を入れると途端に暑くなり、細かな調整が難しかったことと、何となくドライな環境が保てなかったことでしょうか。あと、朝食やサウナなど別会計かもしれまんが、その辺の案内があっても良かったのかなぁと思いました。ルームキー（カード）を渡してあとはご自分でみたいな感じだったので、寂しさを覚えました（笑）

不喜歡： -酒店是比較老舊 -我入住的本館雙床房間的空調裝置是中央的並不是獨立的, 即使空調溫度調教至最低,數小時後, 房間的溫度仍然非常高, 根本無法逗留, 走廊及大堂竟然比較房間更加涼快, 經溝通後, 幸好服務員讓我更換另一個在南館的房間, 這個就不同了, 空調完全沒有問題非常涼快, 我才能夠入睡, 這可能就是酒店價格便宜的原因！喜歡： -泊車就在酒店對面 -酒店位置就在市中心, 附近都有很多食店選擇 -服務員的態度很好, 真心替我解決問題 -酒店房間價格便宜

A older hotel, but still nice. I found the pillows and bed to be too hard--I could feel the springs in the mattress. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The front desk staff were great and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. My small frustration was the parking fee. The charged ¥1000/night for parking which I thought was fine (¥1500 or more at most places). But then I discovered it was a local surface lot that only cost ¥700 for 24 hours. That just feels "cheap" on the hotel\'s part.
