Clean and inviting… Loved that we were nicely greeted and offered cold lemonade and sweet tea upon arrival! Spent part of our day in the sparkling clean pool! Overall, great stay!

The area around the hotel is very ghetto and the hotel itself. It’s dirty we saw cockroaches by the microwave. The walls were very dirty and the bathroom look like there was water damage. The reception is that something strange that I’ve never had to do when checking into a hotel they gave us the option to do cash. They stated that it would be faster to get the deposit back if we did cash versus we used a card and when we were checking out, they made it a whole process to get the money back so we just left if you decide to do cash they will go to your room to check it before you get it back it takes too long so I’m sure they do cash for a reason so they can keep your deposit.

I was contacted an hour before check in to tell me that I had booked a king suite (1 bed) for my family of five. When I told them that I had confirmation of a queen suite(2) beds and a sleeper sofa, they argued with me and told me that I was wrong and they had none left. When I arrived, the front desk had the queen room available and knew nothing of the previous phone call. But then our room was on the first floor across from the fitness center. Very loud till midnight and the next morning. The shower curtain was terrible and water sprayed all over the bathroom floor. Sleeper sofa was terrible. Not what I expect from Holiday Inn Express.

Booked a room days in advance and was placed across from the elevator on the ground floor. Was constantly woken by the sound of kids yelling in the lobby, unknown things hitting my door all throughout the day, and the chime of the elevator. No seal on the bottom of the shower door, so every shower led to a large amout of water on the floor to clean up. Definitely ruiened my trip by lack of sleep.

The property is fine however I had no hot water in my shower! I ran it for over 5 minutes and it never got warm. It was too late in the morning to make a change and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff, they only said, “thanks for letting us know!” There was no apology or any attempt to make amends. Super disappointing. We are calling the manager to discuss.

This hotel charged our visa a $500 pet fee and we did not have any pets with us when I contacted the manager she said clearly security footage has your husband with a dog… I said how do you know what my husband looks like?!?! I sent a picture of him and she said I could have just sent a picture of anyone!!! Was unwilling to give our money back. I had to contact my bank to dispute charge and manger Victoria Young of Holiday Inn will not return my call or emails.

the check in receptionists didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. they were busy on their phones. they explained nothing about the amenities; its was as if they were annoyed we were there. they were on their phones the entire time. it was the same experience when checking out. made us feel very unwelcome . will not stay there again

I’ve never felt this unwelcome in a hotel, ever. - at checkout, they told me I couldn’t wait at the lobby for my ride to the airport for more than 45 minutes. For real. Yes, they did… Never seen this lack of hospitality, ever. I waited outside in the rain. Never again.

The hotel was nice, but they didn’t have the suite available that I had reserved. This caused complications for my family. Also, i had problems communicating with the hotel by phone ahead of time.to let them know we would check in late. I was also transferred to someone trying to sell me something at what was not a good time. I finally had to hang up on that person because she wouldn’t quit! Extremely irritating!

Hotel changed room type as a guest prior to us wanted a king size room. Hotel didn’t offer any bottled water to purchase during our stay. Hotel locked us out of our room after the first night and we had to have new keys made. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

The place was fine and it met our basic needs. I liked how quick and efficient check in was. The room was quite spacious and the shower had strong water pressure. You could tell that the property was quite old and not well maintained. Housekeeping also never cleaned our room during the entire 3 time we were there. It would have been nice to get some clean towels and had more toilet paper, etc. The location wasn’t great either as it was in the middle of nowhere. Not the most convenient location. For what you get, the rooms were definitely overpriced.

Breakfast was barely warm, same with coffee (which was fixed when we brought it to the staff's attention). The cooked items (eggs, sausage) were not being held at safe temperatures. Staff should be taking temperatures, periodically checked by a supervisor to be sure it is being done.

Nice decent place if you’re looking for an affordable option. The complimentary breakfast was decent! A hot bar with eggs, sausage and potatoes/hashbrowns; pastries, delicious cinnamon rolls, fruit, and a pancake machine that made some oddly-shaped but OK tasting pancakes.

Looked great in the beginning, but: Smelly room, the bathroom didn't have any ventilation!!!?? There wasn't any coffee available, even when we went 30 min before breakfast finished, the brewers were empty; the water container was empty during most of the time (we spent there 2 nights). The breakfast was supposed to be open at 7am, but it was 7:05am on Saturday and Sunday and no any signs of opening, we had to leave for a tournament... Also, we asked for late check-out on Sunday(due to the tournament my daughter was playing, and depending on the wining or losing the match we could stay or had to leave) - they declined. So we had to leave; she won her match and we found another hotel - better and cheaper!!! The only inconvenience for us was that we had a lot of luggage to move. Anyway I wouldn't stay in this hotel again!!!

Staff was very kind but the stay had a number of issues. My door and key card never worked so had to have the front desk let me in the room 6 different times. Coffee maker in room was only decaf. Orange juice was barely orange. No plates at breakfast. Etc. Nice hotel and staff but details were terrible.

Nice hotel. Good location and clean. The only issue we encountered was the breakfast the two mornings we tried to eat. Breakfast was 7-10 am but despite arriving @ 845 and 9 they were “out” of every hot item and the pancake machine was empty. No coffee both days and had to ask for it to be refilled. The breakfast wasn’t particularly busy, but either it wasn’t staffed with enough people or the right people.
