Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, and check-in took less than five minutes. The room was clean, though we did find some old food left in the fridge. We used the heated pool, which was well-maintained, and my kids had a blast. The only downside was the lack of stocked pool towels. There was noise at night, off and on all night. The free breakfast had cold coffee (decaf) and was not properly serviced (no water). The location was great, but pipes were leaking water in the basement parking. There was a parking charge that Expedia and the hotel did not disclose to us before booking the room.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful. My only criticism is that with the pool being indoors, it does not heat up from the sun, and it is not heated. As a result the pool is cold and we couldn't relax in it as a result. It was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. The breakfast was the best one I have had in a hotel to date. Would definitely stay again.

The property is excellent. We found the exterior trash container was not emptied daily and overflowing as well as the guest laundry room trash container. They did take care of this after leaving a note at the front desk. Also they should always have a corkscrew available or at least ones to purchase at their snack shopping space. Both of these are minor and we highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was good. The AC unit was a little loud needs maintenance. The workout room did not have towels. We had to get cleaning solution from the front desk and the next day there was not any paper towels. The room is kinda dark not much light. And there was a charge for parking…. The breakfast was good. Something for everyone.

Hotel is very well maintained, super clean and nice. I took one star off for comfort due to the flimsy pillows. If you need a firm pillow bring one! That’s just a preference for me not a dealbreaker. Overall great property I would stay at again.

hotel was expensive but we were looking for a nice clean hotel base on the price, the check in was great, but when we were ready to go to sleep, we notice on one of the bed sheets 2 big blood stains, I notified the front staff and all they did was to give me a set of " clean bed sheets", not even a discount or another room or a free stay, we were uncomfortable in that room, the next morning I talked to the person in charge of the cleanliness and she order housekeeping to change all the bed sheets, the room had no phone, sofa bed had no bed sheets to use.

Everything was great until I went to take a shower, there were hair clippings in the shower from a previous guest (which means it also wasn’t properly cleaned) and when i went to wash away some of the hair, one of the towels i used had rust or some orange stain on it.

Where the property is, it’s really nice. The room we were in, you can smell the urine smell from the bathroom when we walked in our room. I wish there is more bright lights in the room if needed. The sofa is in our room is pretty dirty

Google maps led me to the hospital next door. Driveway is NOT well marked. But thats my only complaint. Staff is fabulous, very friendly and attentive. Parking lot is well lit and plenty of spots even when we pulled in at 10:00 pm. Room is clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall it’s a good hotel and clean. Wasn’t thrilled with this SpringHill suites room layouts as much as others I’ve stayed at. Otherwise I’d given it 5 stars. If you’re looking for a clean and nice place to stay. You’ll be happy here I think.

It was like a new hotel. It was really really nice. It smelled like a new hotel. They’re only two issues: one) the room had a sleeper sofa in it, and sitting on it highlighted that it was one of the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I’ve encountered in a very long time; two) the water pressure was just absolutely dreadful. Offsetting that: the hot breakfast in the mornings was really really good.

Our stay at Springhill Suites was very comfortable and was in a convenient location to our families in the area. The water pressure in the shower was decent and the furnishings were comfortable. We didn't utilize the room much as we were with family, but it was laid out well and very quiet even though it is next to a hopsital and busy street. Staff were very pleasant and check-in and check-out were a breeze. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Only fruit was apples and the orange juice was very watery one of the days (we stayed 3 nights). Would stay here again.

Been staying at this hotel for several years. This time it seemed tired and dirty. Also check in process was disappointing. No one at desk. People waiting. It was 9:00 on Friday. Also, I called at 4:44 pm earlier in day to request a 4th floor room. Clerk on phone said ok but nagar was not the case when we showed up. Room was Zloud Dud to kids out of control. Poor security management. Police were even called.

Loved the property but the front desk agent charged our card for the full amount of the reservation that I had already paid for through Expedia. I work for Expedia and throughout my many stays, I have never been charged by the hotel for a reservation that was already prepaid. We called the hotel and they said we would get a refund once they received the money from Expedia which could be within 10 business days. I've booked many trips within my 10 years of working for Expedia and this is the first time a hotel charged us for a reservation that was already paid for before check-in.

No one at the reception when called from the room or when we came down, towels have to collected from the front desk.4 days we stayed, no house keeping, no cleaning our beds.. Property is good, hotel brand is good.. Management is not a fit

Overall the hotel was nice: the rooms were very clean and well laid out. Parking was easy and the area seemed to be very safe. The only drawback was there was never a receptionist at the front desk - both times when checking in and out we had to wait several minutes for them to finally come out from the back.

Checking was great! The desk gal was engaging and friendly. However, the breakfast was a huge disappointment. No juice? No salt/pepper? I asked the receptionist about both. Without looking up from her computer she just said, “no juice and if you want cold water, the ice machine is down the hall”. Horrible! We had two small dogs so we probably paid over $350 for one night. We will never come back.

Whenever I visit family in Lakeway I always stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for me. They have a great breakfast buffet with many choices. The coffee is hot and delicious.

The ONLY negative is that the breakfast was VERY sparse. Most of the items were empty. No juice, no milk, no yogurt, no eggs even the water dispenser was almost empty and no glasses to drink water out of. Don’t offer breakfast if all your offering is dry cereal, waffles & toasted/o butter

Beautiful layout. Cold ÁC when walked in. Smell clean. No musty smell. Hot breakfast. Not sure why eggs were cold, unable to eat it. Otherwise, it would be perfect stay.

The registration went well, and the room was spacious and clean. Overall , had a positive experience with the front desk manager being very helpful when I needed a few things I forgot to bring. However, the breakfast was poorly done. They have a full breakfast, and it tasted good. However, no one was refilling stuff on time, and tables were note cleaned and overall it was sloppy. I have stayed at many smaller hotels than this, where they had a dedicated person who did a much better job with the breakfast.

The breakfast area was not staffed. No silverware or cups, had to request. Garbage cans overflowing. Tables not clean. no cream cheese for bagels. No yogurt. Orange juice tasted like flavored water. Bed uncomfortable.

The rooms were great. Property was clean. The only drawback was the breakfast. The servings were quickly depleted and running empty, and even silverware or bowls/plates were not quickly replenished. People were waiting for 20-30 minutes just to get more coffee, waffle batter, eggs, bagels, or muffins brought in. So you had one item on your plate but sat around waiting for the rest. It happened both days that we stayed there.
