Very convenient for the airport, but unfortunately the train was out of service this week so we had to queue for a bus, which was fine. Only wish the staff at check in had mentioned this the day before. Otherwise would stay again.

Location is fantastic! Being next to the monorail link (no lining up for the shuttle bus) made getting to the airport easy. Room is small, clean, and very quiet. Check-in was super fast as well.

Very easy layover hotel - only a short train ride from the airport. Beautiful room and very spacious! Also, we loved the fact that it was much cheaper than the Sheraton Gateway.

The restaurant food is exceptional, but quite pricey. Some cheaper, less extravagant choices would be good for people travelling who only want something light to avoid digestive issues when getting on planes and walking great distances. The benches out front should be moved to the (right side if looking at hotel) side area with all the big rocks. Out front of the hotel is like a wind tunnel and not pleasant to sit in. If you moved those benches, people would be shielded from that enormous wind that whips through the front.
