I chose this hotel because it advertised as family friendly, said there was an arcade, and that there was a rollaway bed available for $10, microwave in the room, pool tables in the bar. There was no microwave in the room, no rollaway bed available, the “arcade” was gambling machines, the pool tables were no longer there. The fridge in the room was leaking all over the floor. The balcony felt like it was going to fall out from under my feet. We needed a couple of plates for the room for food, they denied this even though there is an attached restaurant in the hotel. The front staff was accommodating by giving us a room with two beds, to make up for no rollaway bed. The bartender was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. The bar was cool and vintage. The room was clean, just needs updating. I do not appreciate the false advertisement of this place. If it did not have the amenities that were listed, I would not have stayed here. The front staff were somewhat friendly, but didn’t seem to care that we did not have the amenities that were shown. I would not recommend staying at this establishment.

This place is like traveling back in time to the 1980s. All of the complaints about the furniture and facilities being dated are true and that's honestly the best part. These folks could even lean into it a little harder. It's like Twin Peaks, on my way to the bathroom in the adjoining restaurant I found a secret casino. It was wild. Powerful airconditioning, full black out curtains, solid sound proof walls, and heavy furniture. 10/10 will stay again.

Le stationnement et devant la porte d’entrée de notre chambre d’hôtel. Ce n’était même pas déneigé. On a chuté. Il n’y avait personne à l’accueil pour demander d’être déneiger. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre. Le chauffage n’a pas dépassé 19 Celsius Mal dormi. Peu entretenu. Je ne recommande pas

Chambre salle, salle de bain très salle le silicone par tout même sur le planchet, pas de micro ondes dans la chambre, très petit frigo contient de la nourriture des anciens occupants de la chambre, lavabo bouché et la madame de la réception me demande de payer les taxes malgré que j'ai déjà payé les taxes, très vieux meubles brisés par tout, téléphone des années 70 ....

C’était sale, l’odeur était immonde malgré la chambre non fumeur. Prix incroyablement haut pour ce que ça vaut (nous avons été la deux nuit). Loin de tout. Je n’y retournerai plus jamais.

The gentleman at the reception was very kind, but the room was dirty, smelled bad, the bed not comfortable at all. It is an old hotel that needs maintenance, and renovation.

Wonderful staff, and for what it is worth the rooms are simple and clean. Convenient for a night or two.

Nice bedroom but the carpet on the hallway was dirty after that everything was ok

Je ne recommande absolument pas… la chambre n’etait pas propre… j’ai trouvé des cheveux dans le lit et partout en fait je n’ai meme pas couché la… en mangeant a la table je me suis rendu compte que tout le contour de la table était crotté. Comme si il y avait des crotte de nez ou quelque chose de la meme texture! Il y avais de la moisissure a plusieurs endroit! Il n’y a aucune prise de courant accessible! Jai du deplacer un meuble pour pouvoir brancher mon cellulaire… endroit tres vieux! Pour le prix payé je suis tres tres déçu! C’est le prix d’une “vraie” chambre d’hôtel! 150$ … j’avais l’impression d’être dans un mauvais film d’horreur et ca sentait mauvais. Cigarette mélangée avec une dose des années 70! Vraiment de mauvais gout! La bâtisse a des vitre de petée à quelques endroits!

C’est propre. C’est pas un 5 étoiles mais il est propre. Le personnel serviable juste qu’il n’y as pas des micro-ondes dans les chambres

L'odeur de cigarette très forte

Very poorly kept rooms with very old and dirty bedding. Very low standards cleanliness of the rooms and furnishings.

The property is showing wear and tear. We had a non smoking room but still smelled. Light switches not working well.

Very very old everything needs renovation.

Fenetre fixe.. Chanels de tele tres limités Depots d argent demandé Bruits de canalisations, pas d isonorisations, Toilette et bains d un cote de l entree, evier de l autre. Decoration 1980 Seul l acceuil est agreable..

This place is like traveling back in time to the 1980s. All of the complaints about the furniture and facilities being dated are true and that's honestly the best part. These folks could even lean into it a little harder. It's like Twin Peaks, on my way to the bathroom in the adjoining restaurant I found a secret casino. It was wild. Powerful airconditioning, full black out curtains, solid sound proof walls, and heavy furniture. 10/10 will stay again.

The bathroom fan runs continuously, becoming "white noise". Room was warm without adjustment. The "view" was the sidestreet corner. Place is somewhat isolated.

They were pleasant and helpful when I lost my key.

I usually go there for business but one particular reason why I love going to Penn mass is the staff. All the representatives are welcoming and kind. During my last stay, I obtain a room with a tub and that was so cool hope to get the same next time.

N’a pas voulue nous prêter 2 serviettes de plus

We called to get the information at what time we were allowef to check in before arriving and the lady did not speak english or french and didnt answer the question before just leaving the phone. We tried calling few more times without sucsess When finaly arriving at the place even the police that was arround understood that we wanted to change hotels I am usually not one to judge but i didnt want to stay here The lamps are not pluged in or missing lightbulbs The bathroom is dirty, the walls have suspicious spots, the bedframes are crooked and ratchetly tied to the wall And even if it said no smoking the entire hotel and the rooms smells like fresh cigaret smoke I will not recomend and i kinda feel even if the price is affordable we were able to find thankfully something at similar price with MUCH better conditions!

Établissements tenus par des asiatiques ,parle pas français et pas beaucoup anglais. Désolé mais ne recommande pas cette établissement.

The staff was really sweet, but this property is quite dilapidated and neglected. I can say that one positive is that there were no bedbugs--I fully expected them. And it was quiet. A very cheap room that you could book in an extreme emergency.

Les chambres ne sentent pas bons, c’est froid, c’est loin du centre-ville. Hotel-motel Cheap. Prenez autre chose que cet hôtel même s’il n’est pas cher.
