Good location and we'll connected to the trains station. Nice view from the room. The only negatives were that the head shower was not clean and the hair dryer was useless, you need to carry your own.

Conveniently located for main attractions in the city centre. Rooms clean and absolutley fine as a room for the night for a short stay, as we were out most of the time. For a longer stay more clothes storage would be required. Room was quite warm and the air conditioning kept flipping off cooling to ambient in both our rooms. Opened the windows to cool down. In my room the rain shower did not work but it didn't impact as the hand held showerhead could be moved up to act as an overhead shower. One day the lift failed but it was quuckly fixed. Breakfast was basic but good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a very convenient and clean hotel, which locates directly connected to metro station. Room is small but it's very clean and quiet despite such crowded location. One can easily go any places and enjoy shopping, restaurant etc. Staff are very kind. Some problems are that EV doesn't come sometimes and there is no place to put toilet roll.

Excellent location, walking distance to the whole centre and metro outside, very helpful staff, comfortable beds, good soundproofing from the main street outside, tea coffee in the room and good space to get ready and for luggage. The toilet door doesnt have a lock and doesn't close so just sits slightly open, bad smell in the room that doesn't go away, the wallpaper is very visibly covered in dust. You have to leave your key at reception and the door is locked when no one is there so you have to wait around some times for someone to come, I found it annoying as I'm quite forgetful and had to go back and forth a few times so it was embarrassing asking again for my key

An excellent hotel for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the location, for exploring historic Toulouse, could not be better! A short walk to the Place de Capitole and other major sites and surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping. Spotless rooms and comfortable beds too.

Although my room was small, it was perfect for a single person (me). Clean and modern with everything I needed. I enjoyed the breakfast ( 10 €). Location is great for exploring the district, and Metro and buses are outside the door. I'd choose it again.

Our room faced the small street next to the hotel. On that street several homeless were camping and their interactions at night and into the morning hours made our sleep extremely difficult.

Je suis venu deux nuits pour le travail et j'ai eu une très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est adorable. L'hôtel est positionné à la perfection : proche du centre ville mais pas à côté des bars (j'avais choisi l'hôtel pour ce critère au départ). Le quartier en lui même est sûr. La chambre est classique et propre. La literie est confortable, ce qui m'a permis de bien dormir. Et enfin, impossible de ne pas mentionner leur petit déjeuner : un buffet qui n'est certes pas immense MAIS qui propose plein de produits fait maison et ou bio. Vous y trouverez des gâteaux, tartes et cookies maison en plus des viennoiseries classiques. Des fromages blanc à la confiture tellement épais. Un régal, c'est assez rare une telle qualité à ce prix là. Merci à l'équipe en cuisine ! En bref, ce n'est pas l'hôtel le plus luxueux mais j'y ai passé un agréable moment. Je recommande vivement. :)

Deceptive advertising. This property DOES NOT have a bar or a restaurant. They claim the restaurant and bar next door which is only open until 7:30. After a long travel day we could not eat or get a glass of wine on the premises. Very disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel. The pictures look beautiful but that’s for the bar and restaurant that does not belong to the hotel.
