Great place, great communication!

Close to metro and Whole Foods. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard.

The home was clean & in a very nice neighborhood, conveniently close to AU. Communication & check-in was easy & flawless which was very helpful. This is our second time renting & will definitely rent again!

This house is perfect for families! The secret room was a big hit with our boys(5&8) Plenty of toys to play with in the house and a few in the back yard. We were worried about the driveway fitting cars but we fit a Pacifica and a Ford Edge without a problem. The walk to the Metro station was easy. Nice restaurants and a smaller Whole Foods and Target for anything you needed. The rooftop deck was nice but there wasn’t a table or anything it looks like it was in the middle of a refresh. The house is on the smaller side but it was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there. In-laws stayed in the basement and the bunk beds upstairs for the kids was perfect. We did have 2 nights with some late night noise from the neighbors to the East. I think it was a one off thing with their parents possibly out of town and they had friends over. One night they quieted down when I walked over and talked to them but the next we just let the police handle it with the non emergency number. They apologized the next morning and we had no problems after that.
