Room was clean and modern. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. The biggest issue is the parking lot. In the nighttime there is very little lighting and found myself driving into some huge potholes. It was an obstacle course to drive around the holes and ruts in the lot.

Hotel exceeded expectations and room was great and view was unreal...but sheets did not fit the bed and came off during the night....also remember there is no elevator in the hotel so you need to carry your luggage upstairs.

Front desk staff and check in was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot desperately needs paving and it is not well lit. If you have mobility issues, i would not suggest staying here.

The room was nice, clean (besides carpet) and quiet, beds were comfy. The service was excellent, very friendly staff and the restaurant was nice and friendly too. The only reason I give it less stars is because the carpets in the room are so dirty, they look visibly clean but they are so greasy. Do not take your shoes off.

Cigarette butts in the entrace ways. Garbage bags left at the front entrance for over two days. Parking lot full of BIG pot holes Hole punch in the wall from the door handle in the room. Room smelled really bad. Smelled loke cigarettes The sheer curtains were all wringled One of the lamp shape has a hole in it. Overall the experience wasn"t pleasant. It is unfortunate because with more love and attention this hotel has a lot of potential.

Unfortunately the sheets on one bed had what looked like dried blood and was crusty and we had to change the sheet after letting the front staff know. It was late and we were not happy about this. Check your beds carefully.

Both my wife and I are seniors. There is no elevator although reception clerk gladly brought our larger bag to our door. Which was appreciated. We had a ten minute wait for the reservation clerk to return to holis counter. I rely on the internet for business internet was extremely slow 3Mbps. My home office is 100Mbps so my online work was down to 3%

The rooms are fine but lack some simple things, like an outlet on the desk. It's bare bones. You can sleep here, but it's a fairly run down hotel overall and is located way out of town. Fine for the price.

The location of the Quality Inn was perfect. It suited all of our needs. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and the house keeping staff always were pleasant even if just passing them on the hall. The site has been updated and the room was fresh and clean. The view out of our window was lovely as we could see the Bay. The only issue we had was that certain times of the day the water pressure was almost non-existent. Which made showering a bit of a challenge. I wouldn’t hesitate booking here again.

Beautiful view, convenient location. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night and it was tasty. Initially the room ac was really noisy and I couldn’t sleep the first night. I told the front desk and they had the maintenance man replace it that day.

Front staff were helpful and accommodating and moved us down to the first floor because my wife and I have difficulty walking up stairs and there is no elevator. Restaurant meal was excellent and reasonably priced with good potions. Staff accommodating and excellent.

Quality Inn Staff are unprofessional. I was stuck in Montreal, but they would not let me cancel my reservation. My trip was cut short, and again, they would not let me cancel my reservation. I paid for 2 nights at 2 different hotels and was unable to stay with them 2 out of 3 nights that I booked, but they still charged me for all 3... Ridiculous treatment of guests.

My only complaint with my stay was the restaurant on the premises didn't offer room service. When it was ready, we had to wait 20 more minutes for payment. Nachos were all cold and soggy by that time.

Excellent stay. Facility was sold out and was still extremely quiet. Great views of Corner Brook from your room and the restaurant. Checkin was quick and efficient with a very personable front desk staff. Our first choice in Corner Brook to stay anytime of the year. Bedding is very comfortable with a very nice A/C unit when the temp outside was 33C.
