Apartamentos com decoração moderna , self check in, todo equipado, no centro histórico de Lisboa. Próximo a tudo que precisar incluindo metrô Rossio a 3mins a pé, ao lado da r. Augusta e praça do comércio. Ao vim do aeroporto descer na Alameda para pegar a linha verde e depois seguir para estação Rossio.

We were informed on booking we would have check in details (key code for front door) emailed to us 24 hours prior to check in. At 14.00 as we were about to board the plane we had still not got any check in information. We had contacted Expedia who tried to contact the apartment management without success. Luckily by the time we had arrived in Lisbon there was an email (this was at check in time NOT 24 hours prior). However it had taken 20 hours of stressful communication with Expedia and emails to the apartment management to get this. The apartment however was lovely, very well situated for the metro. Many restaurants within a few meters and a grocery store 10 mins walk. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed even though we were happy to keep them! I slept on the sofa bed, very comfy and I slept well. The double bed was also deemed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower hot & powerful. The kitchen was well equipped and there were mint tea bags, crackers and jam left to welcome us. I would recommend the apartment, but just be aware you may be left waiting for your check in code! Hopefully this was a one off .

Great. C'était vraiment un très beau séjour dans cette apartement. Plusieurs fenêtres, plusieurs pièces, lave vaisselle et lave linge, très bien situé près du Métro Rossio. Tu te trompes pas.

Apartment was functional in a great location and washing machine was a plus. On the negative side, apartment was very sterile with blank white walls, mattress was uncomfortable, floors creaked, and fan in AC in bedroom was noisy.

Location is perfect! On a walking street. Manteigaria Cream Pastry Factory and Amorino Gelato are right around the corner. Has an elevator and luggage storage for $2 euros. Towel warmer was a nice touch!

Voici mon retour après une semaine passer dans cet hôtel , dans un premier temps, vous recevrez par mail trois jour avant votre arriver le code pour rentrer dans l'hôtel ainsi qu'un premier enregistrement a faire ligne avec vos pièces d'identité ,car a hôtel il n'y a pas de personnel physique . Dans l'hôtel il y a une borne interactive ce qui permet de s'enregistrer ,est la, la borne vous donne le numéro de votre appartement ainsi que le code accès , puis payer en cb uniquement la taxe de séjour , pour l'appartement pas de surprise parfaitement identique au descriptif , très propre avec une très bonne literie , ménage fait tout les jours avec serviette de toilette changer , appart vraiment parfait et idéalement placer , avec ascenseur , box garde bagage 2 euros a chaque étage et les commerce , resto , métro , bus , tram 28 , boutique souvenir , petit supermarché , lieux de visite vraiment deux pas , j'ai lu beaucoup de commentaire disent que l'hôtel est mal isoler et avec du bruit extérieur , pour nous en plein moi de février aucun soucis avec le bruit , ni les voisins , ni avec la rue , nous vous recommandons vivement cet établissement

Everything checked out great specially location, cleanliness and amenities (specially the washing machine). It's very close to a couple of metro stations and within walking distance to tourist attractions. Our only complaint was abt the strong smell from the downstairs restaurant in the main bedroom. Our clothes smelled like ramen and curry. But regardless, would probably still stay there. Just wish that can be fixed before my next stay.

Loved everything about this property, proximity to be in the heart of the city,but the best part was though it was in the center,it had sound proof glass doors and there was housekeeping everyday.Checking in was a little complicated, but the man working below helped us Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cannot beat this neighborhood location. Staff were mostly responsive, but I wish they had fixed the kitchen lighting (4 hanging lamps they could not solve the problem of getting to turn on). Bathroom was a little icky because the drainage in bathroom sink was very delayed (even from day one). I did not report this issue during the stay, however, because I felt the necessary work could be a major issue. Same for the dripping noises intermal to the toilet.

Our apartment was located on the first floor, facing noisy restaurants. Early mornings the garbage pick up was our wake up call. During nighttime, the constant very loud traffic noise from the apartment above us was unbearable. We tried earplugs but the vibration was a nightmare and our nights were beyond stressful.

Apartamento muito espaço e bonito , mais eu não dormir uma noite devido a outros hóspedes em outro apartamento que fizeram festa à noite toda onde veio 10 policiais no local e não adiantou ! The apartment is in a great location! It’s nice and updated! Close to so many landmarks! But the down side is that it right across from a restaurant and small bar. The windows are old and not sound proof! The walls are thin too, so you can hear people in the hallway and in the unit next door. The price was very reasonable. We were only there 1 night, on a Monday. Weekend nights would probably be much noisier in the late night hours.

The location was great as it was close to many sites of interest, restaurants and tours. There were some issues with check in as I never received the confirmation email from the hotel. When calling in advance, I was told it would be available at the hotel. The apartment was in good size and comfortable, although it had some housekeeping issues like broken tiles

Le sejour s'est bien passé, la chambre est propre, un peu bruyante mais rien de grave. Par contre zero pointé pour le systeme de check in ... il f1ut attendre devant la pprte appeler le numeri qui n'a pas repondu tout de suite. Puis la borne sensée scanner les documents ne fonctionnait qu'à moitié : tourne dans le vide avec ecran figé, ne reconnais pas le passeport etc. La personne qui doit nous aider au telephone n'etait pas agreable... Nous avons mis plus de 45min avant de pouvoir entrer dans le logement ... Bref je ne reviendra jamais à cause de ce problème.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When we had a minor issue with the shower head, they replaced it the same day we reported it! The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of many of Lisbon's top attractions. We would highly recommend Lisbon Serviced Apartments to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Lisbon. You won't be disappointed!

We were informed on booking we would have check in details (key code for front door) emailed to us 24 hours prior to check in. At 14.00 as we were about to board the plane we had still not got any check in information. We had contacted Expedia who tried to contact the apartment management without success. Luckily by the time we had arrived in Lisbon there was an email (this was at check in time NOT 24 hours prior). However it had taken 20 hours of stressful communication with Expedia and emails to the apartment management to get this. The apartment however was lovely, very well situated for the metro. Many restaurants within a few meters and a grocery store 10 mins walk. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed even though we were happy to keep them! I slept on the sofa bed, very comfy and I slept well. The double bed was also deemed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower hot & powerful. The kitchen was well equipped and there were mint tea bags, crackers and jam left to welcome us. I would recommend the apartment, but just be aware you may be left waiting for your check in code! Hopefully this was a one off .

The apartment was OK, but actually worse than it looked in the pictures, and with pretty poor lightning . But the check in process was such a disaster that based on that i should give it no stars! The apartment is described as having a service desk, which it does not. You need to check in on a machine that does not work. Even when a manager came in to help another guest and us, she could not get us in without having to call the office 3 times. And that was in the middle of the day. Can't imagine if we would have arrived at night. Over our stay we met 4 other groups of guests struggling to get in. The place is definitively not worth the headache!

Everything was good. However, I would suggest to have a clear communication on which code is for the front door and the room door. Our flight was delayed and so we got there at 1 am. We got the main door to open but after a few tries.

Loved everything about this property, proximity to be in the heart of the city,but the best part was though it was in the center,it had sound proof glass doors and there was housekeeping everyday.Checking in was a little complicated, but the man working below helped us Would definitely recommend staying here.

Apartamentos com decoração moderna , self check in, todo equipado, no centro histórico de Lisboa. Próximo a tudo que precisar incluindo metrô Rossio a 3mins a pé, ao lado da r. Augusta e praça do comércio. Ao vim do aeroporto descer na Alameda para pegar a linha verde e depois seguir para estação Rossio.

Location is perfect! On a walking street. Manteigaria Cream Pastry Factory and Amorino Gelato are right around the corner. Has an elevator and luggage storage for $2 euros. Towel warmer was a nice touch!

We were unable to get help from the host to book an extra night or get the check in information so we booked another hotel to make sure we would actually have somewhere to go on our one night stopover. Communication and support just terrible.

Sofa was disgusting. Covered in countless stains. We called it out within 5 minutes of checking in. No one came to clean or at least provide a cover. It was the only piece of furniture in living room. Which means we couldn’t use that area (or watch the only tv in the property) - communication was very slow. More detailed questions were deferred to “the management”. Basic questions were answered very slowly by someone on watsapp. - check in was automated and smooth. - washroom was updated and clean. - location was very central
