This hotel is comprised of about 3 floors all situated around an outdoor pool. It appears some of the rooms are used as a hotel while other rooms are used by family members. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is old and the condition of the rooms varied. I was in a family suite with two sleeping areas but a shared very small bathroom. The A/C was not powerful enough to cool the entire room so sleeping was not as easy. The room for another traveling companion was in better condition. The hotel is in a great location and has a nice parking lot next to the hotel. Breakfast was okay but not as extensive as other Turkish Hotel offerings. If I came here again I would probably stay at a different property but for the price, this was fine.

The hotel was really nice! Check in was easy and the location can’t be beat. We woke up to hot air balloons rising around us. So amazing. Breakfast was really great too. The pool was clear and beautiful but we didn’t get a chance to try it because we were in town for such a short time.

더블 베드룸 묵었어요. 호텔이라고 보긴 어렵고, 민박집으로 보는게 더 가깝지 싶어요. 화장실이 많이 좁고 불편해요. 세면대가 정말 작아 손 씻는용 같았고 화장실 청결도 좀 그렇습니다. 무엇보다 변기에 휴지를 버리지 말라고 해서 꽤 불편했어요. 튀르키예 여타 호텔들에 비해 조식이 단촐한 편 입니다. 숙박업 관련 분들 모두 아주 아주 친절합니다. 룸 통로 길에 개별 테이블이 제공되어 파묵칼레 보며 차 한 잔, 술 한 잔 하기 좋아요. 옆 룸 투숙객들과 소통할 기회도 생기구요. 수영장이 있고 파묵칼레 로우 게이트가 도보로 5분 정도 됩니다. 새벽에 룸 커튼 열면 열기구 올라가는 모습 볼 수 있습니다. 파묵칼레 돌무쉬 하차 정류장에서 도보 3분 입니다.

Disappointed not to be able to use the pool due to mould and dirty grouting - chemicals obviously not being used properly and total disregard for health of patrons. Selection of breakfast items was very good. Despite the condition of the rooms the cleaner did her best with what she had to work with.

Het interieur van onze kamer was wat gedemodeerd, maar alles was proper. We hadden een eigen tafeltje met stoelen op het binnenterras met uitzicht op het zwembad. Sympatieke manager die de zaak runt met zijn familie. Locatie ligt geweldig met uitzicht op de witte berg.

Konum olarak çok iyi yerde. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Ancak 3 yıldızlı otel için biraz yetersiz bulduk. Temizlik çok iyi değildi. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde sehpalarda yiyecek kırıntıları ve içecek lekeleri vardı. Odadaki bardaklarda ruj ve kahve lekeleri vardı. Mini Buz dolabı çok kötü kokuyordu. Oda havasız ve kötü kokuluydu ertesi güne kadar koku hiç geçmedi. Ancak ertesi gün çalışanlara söylediğimizde hemen ilgilendiler temizlik yapıldı ve döndüğümüzde koku kalmamıştı. En azından ilgili olmaları sorunu çözmeye çalışmaları hoşumuza gitti. Yine de başta bu durumu yaşamamayı tercih ederdik.

Unfortunately the smell from the bathroom forced us to change rooms and was still a problem, although slightly better in the second room. Even though the managers were very nice and friendly it was not a pleasant experience.

Otel cok güzeldi. Otelin konumu traventerlere çok yakın, yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otel çalışanları ve otel sahipleri çok kibar, nazik, sıcakkanlı ve misafirlerle ilgiliydiler. This hotel is perfect if you want to go up the pamukkale hill. The staff were polite and kind . The room was of good size . Breakfast was not good as food and fruit were left on the table before you sat down so there were fly's landing on the food.

Perfect location - just in front of Pamukkale main entrance. The owner and staff are very friendly and try their best for a perfect stay. Although not a luxury hotel, the room was very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The air-conditioning and the fridge were both working, which was not the case in the 5 star hotel we spent the bigger part of our vacation. We had very good breakfast in the morning.

The rooms are wonderful. The owner Mr. Hakan was very friendly and helpful. He helped us get a good deal for hot air balloon and has given us good information on the area. The breakfast was also good. The location is just right across pamukalle and has various food options. Great hotel!

I arrived in Pamukkale early in the morning 6:30a went to the Hieropalis and returned to the hotel at 8:30a well before scheduled check in. The host invited me to have some breakfast while they made up a room for me. This would not happen in Australia. Such a lovely family run hotel. In a great location Very helpful and I would definitely recommend

I have stayed here previously, and would stay here again. The location is great, rooms are clean but most importantly the family that run it are amazing. They are all about making you feel at home and offering fantastic service. We departed and half hour out on a small back road we got a fly tyre, we couldn’t get a response from Avis so I called Hotel Alida and he immediately arranged for someone to come and help us. They are truly caring people. Highly highly recommend.

Although not a luxury hotel, the room was very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. Hôtel familial en face des travertins. Donc une belle vue et il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue pour accéder au site et à Hierapolis. Accueil sympathique et flexible. Chambre agréable et propre, avec un lit confortable. Salle de bains acceptable pour un court séjour. Haute marche pour y pénétrer. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est un peu juste et manque de variétés.

We loved the proximity to the Pamukkale travertines and the spectacular view we had from our room. They went out of their way to accommodate us for an early breakfast because we had an early flight out of Denizli that morning. The fresh squeezed pomegranate juice was the best offering after a busy day of traveling.
