Very friendly staff, location is great, room was clean, and for a hotel gym, the gym was great! Ear plugs are highly recommended. I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring and I could hear his cellphone alerts. I wish there had been better insulation in the walls.

We enjoyed our stay here! Safe, clean, lots of options for dining. Was a little noisy as we stayed on the second floor, but other than that, staff nice, room was clean, hot tub was nice, kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved the pool and the sweet shop. We were able to get our very tired young children snacks at 10pm after spending the evening in the pool. All the staff were kind and friendly. The room and the building was clean and everything was newer. I absolutely loved the Dove care products, even in the public restroom. My daughter and I have very curly hair so pools do a number on our hair. We had Dove shampoo and conditioner which made a huge difference. I'll be purchasing Dove products from here on out. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the coffee was delicious. We'll be staying at IHG hotels in the future. Very satisfied and impressed.

It was terrible. The lady’s at the front desk had no people manners. And the people around our room came in super late. Yelling. Slamming doors. Hollering. And it was absolutely terrible to try and sleep. And the hot tub had way to much chlorine in it I couldn’t even breathe when I sat in it and my throat hurt the rest of the night and the next day from it.

The staff at the property were great, very nice and helpful. There were some issues with our room including a broken toilet seat, an odor, the maid service did not make the bed or leave enough towels, there was a lot of noise from the hallway and above our room. The room itself was very nice. The food was ok...on par with most "free breakfast" options. Overall it was decent but could use some more attention to the little things.

The hotel was very clean, with our room being touched up each day. The only negative was our noisy neighbors both beside us and above us. A different choice of pillows would also be nice as the pillows in our room were too full and fluffy. It would have been nice to have a couple that were not so fluffy, but more firm. Otherwise our room was great!

We felt the overall look of the hotel was clean, our room and my daughters smelled like pet urine. The first night there one of our beds had stains on the sheets and we had to ask for new ones. Some of the cosmetic repairs in our room were poorly done and very visible, drywall repair, painting, etc.. The bathroom fan sounded like it had water dripping in it. The people above us were up most of the night and very loud, it sounded like they were running/stomping across the floor most of the night. Breakfast was good and they had a nice variety of choices, pool and hot tub were adequate for our needs.

Don’t stay in room 221. Complained about bed vibrating so much we could not go to sleep. They said it was the air conditioning below our room. No other rooms available so we left close to midnight to check into another hotel. Expedia had to fight to get out money back which they did although we didn’t get $25 deposit back. YET

Would have been a great stay. All was good except that the adjoining room that we had did not have enough noise barrier to keep me from hearing EVERYthing next door all night. Ugh. Staff was super friendly, tried to handle at 12:30am, and gave us a good room the next day.

Our toddler was acting up and we had several noise complaints called on our room. I get it and own that. What was infuriating was that the staff called and pointed out the rooms that had complained. In today’s age of retribution and retaliation, it was shocking that the hotel would point out who had called in and complained against other guests especially when expectations would be that this would be anonymous. If this is standard operating procedure for Holiday Inn Express to “out” people like this, I fear for the safety of future guests.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel and the parking lot. Lots of food options close by and thungs to do. Found a little place called Craft Put and stopped in just looking for something to do between activities. I recommend checking it out. Had a decent breakfast every morning. Eggs, sauage, biscut and gravy, a pancake maker. Plus cereal, cold items, and fruit. Loved all the dove products in the shower and on the sink. I break out with certain soaps. Dove is perfect. I had a miss hap while filling up with gas. And was able to waah and dry my clothes. The person at the front desk even came up at 11pm when i told him what happened and air freshened the room for me. Planning on going back in June. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The day of our check in we received a phone call from them telling us that they did not accept Expedia bookings and that we would need to cancel with them and rebook through the hotel at a higher rate. Luckily I told my husband that was inaccurate and not to pay them any extra money and that they did in fact book from Expedia because I had booked them in the last month or two. When we got to the hotel to check in there was nothing mentioned again about not accepting our booking and our room etc was ready. They then tried to charge another family in our group a higher rate as well when they checked in. Basically the owners of these specific hotels in the chain were trying to get out of paying their Expedia fees and then charge extra to their customers. Unacceptable.
