comfortabele bed, hun hebben zelf een extraa bedje van onze dochter van 5 jaar geregeld, gezellig personeel, lekker ontbijten, mooi zwembad met sauna. Allen de kluis van ons kamer doet niet maar voor de rest was een prima hotel.

Vijf maal 5 sterren voor deze van de Valk. Volledig verdiend. Alleen de lunch viel een beetje tegen ( Duck burger te droog en weinig salade op het bord , daar in tegen zoete aardappel friet uitstekend). Personeel met uitstekend service( op alle afdelingen). Ook de schoonmaak ploeg uitstekend. wellness is super!

Prachtig hotel mooie grote kamers. Ontbijt echt een dikke 10 ongelofelijk zoveel keuze. Wellness ook zeer prettig. Zwembad wel wat klein en douches bij zwembad heel klein straaltje uit regendouche. Hotel ligt aan de snelweg dus wil je naar het centrum moet je nog een minuut of 8 in de auto.

It was convenient to get into Dordrecht town for shopping via use of the Bus system and the staff was very helpful to assist in ordering a cab when needed!!

This is a great hotel, nice and quiet Beautiful lobby, the staff is friendly and cooperative It is not walkable to any shopping nearby. You need a car to go anywhere from this hotel because it’s kind of secluded. The carpet in the hallway from the elevator to room is dated and has spots and a little smell. Other than that it’s a great hotel. Room are spacious and beds are comfortable even the pillows were good which is hard to find in a hotel. I like the self service shop in the lobby for any water, snacks or beer. I would recommend this hotel

De standaard kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt. Er zat bij aankomst een dikke laag stof op het koffiezetapparaat. De glastafel zat vol vieze plekken. Ook de badkamermeubel was nog vies. Er zat een gat in de badkamerdeur Het personeel legt bij aankomst niks uit. Vanaf de kamer gebeld hoe laat het ontbijt was. Het personeel in de ontbijtzaal is zonder communicatietraining. Van het zwembad geen gebruik gemaakt. Al met al vond ik het matig hotel. Voor de prijs die je betaald mag je toch meer hygiëne en service verwachten.

Nice property with spacious rooms. There was a lot of confusion at the front desk regarding our reservations, what was included or not in terms of breakfast, authorizing my credit card for charges already paid to Expedia. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant was generally very good for dinner.

Dinner in the restaurant was hit and miss, with forgetful service and no response from anyone to the one of three dishes that was a big disappointment (grilled chicken in the Caesar salad was a few strips of dry, cold and obviously previously grilled).
