no descansamos ya que las almohadas del hotel están pésimas. Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia al irnos, la administración no encontraba las llaves de nuestro vehículo que habíamos dejado al valet parking del hotel y no nos daban una explicación por un momento pensamos que lo habían robado, ya que solo nos decían que no las encontraban, después de media hora encontraron las llaves d nuestro vehículo al interior de otro carro. La irresponsabilidad del valet y la poca claridad del personal al no encontrar las llaves nos hacen decidir no regresar al hotel

The overall hotel is ok , we stayed at the best suite of the hotel… however we experienced a few issues : WIFI WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS SUITE !!! …. They DO NOT have frigo-bar inside the room, they ONLY provide two small bottles of water per day ( that’s it ) , they ONLY provide TWO bath towels, so we were asking for more towels every si how day we were there … food is good , excellent breakfast, staff is very friendly , but the overall experience was a just regular one

Would recommend however the people at front desk were not always friendly, it really depended who was there. We were surprised by the hit or miss treatment because of the amount of time we spent there in the restaurant, bar, and the shop. Not to mention we booked a second room during our stay. So most of our money spent in San Cristobal went directly to the hotel. The rest of the hotel staff was amazing and made up for it. Along with the beauty of the grounds and hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Bo was incredible from start to finish. The level of service here was a breath of fresh air. The Tours: We used the hotel’s drivers for trips to Sumidero Canyon and Palenque. They were professional, friendly, and made the long journeys seamless. The Staff: Unlike other places we’ve stayed, the team here truly makes you feel like a valued guest. If you are visiting San Cristóbal de las Casas, do not hesitate to stay here. It was one of the highlights of our trip!
