とても綺麗です！ホテル下にドラッグストアもありちょっとした買い物もすぐにできます！プチ露天風呂があり長崎市街を眺める事が出来大変良かったです！ただ夜、朝と利用しましたが脱衣所が狭く混雑していた為時間帯を考えないといけないかもしれません。

最上階の露天風呂が良かった。 8月に行きましたが、その日ふ曇り空だったため、暑くも寒くもなく、風もあったので長湯ができました。中華街近くでしたが騒音も気になりませんでした。

コンビニやドラッグストアが間近で　とっても便利で、清潔でキラキラしたホテルでした。 (アメニティ、化粧水等あれば　よりよかった) スカイスパは、とっても綺麗で気持ちよかったです。朝食はとても混んでいて　入るのに待機させられましたが、スタッフの方はとても親切でした。

新しい快適なホテル。但し、大浴場の脱衣所が異常にせまい。二人しか着替えられない。そこで渋滞が起きる。フロントが常に忙しくて旅の相談ができない。電話はほとんど繋がらない。中華街目の前。出島まであるからか距離。交通の便が良いので観光にはお勧めできる。

12月31日から1月２日で宿泊しました。浴槽に髪の毛がかなり残っててかなり残念でした。大浴場はとても開放的で良かったです。朝食なしで予約していましたが朝食が食べたくてチェックインの時にお願いしましたが利用は出来ないって言われました。追加料金で利用可能って記載があったのでとても残念でした。お正月だからかもしれないですが宿泊者は食べられるようにして欲しかったです。

The hotel was just ok and if you are looking for a place to sleep it was “fine”. Room set up was awkward (had to crawl across the bed to get out of it) and the property/furnishings seemed very “worn”.

Location, amenities and services were excellent! We loved spa especially. It was very close to the tram station and Chiba town which were very convenient. 1 thing we were surprisingly disappointed was that there were no drawers and real closet. Our room was not that big so it was struggle to open the suitcases to take out or put in our clothes everyday. Bed was firm and very comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The room was perfect for one night. It was a little to small though, resulting in one side of the double-bed facing a wall which made it a sporty event entering/ leaving it without bothering the person lying on the other half of the bed.

Very new hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms are the best part although I wish the bed had room on both sides to get out (large room with sitting area and fridge!). Breakfast wasn’t very exciting but typical of Japan hotel to try to do everything not so well. But lovely staff and very clean and organized. Spa on top floor was lovely. I looked in but didn’t use it. Very convenient to buses and trams and at the doorstep of China town which is like literally one block. Overall it was nice property and worth staying away from the main train station. Nagasaki wasn’t my favorite city to visit but interesting for sure. Cold weather in January didn’t help of course.

Superbe bain et petit dejeuner. Chambre assez petite mais standard japonais Par contre sur 3 nuits jai demande seulement le menage une fois et il n a ete fait qu a moitié le lit resté défait les tasses non changés la table pleine de trace jai ete me plaindre a l’acceuil mais rien na ete proposé hormis le changement de tasses

もともと長崎出張した上司から勧められたこともあって夫婦での旅行にこちらのホテルを選びました。スタッフの方からは近隣のお店情報など詳細な説明をいただき、また、応対がにこやかであたたかくてとても感じが良かったです。大浴場やコインランドリーのおかげで快適な旅になりました。また、靴下の片方だけを大浴場で無くしたのですが、どうせ見つからないだろうと思ったのに綺麗な状態で保管してくださっていたのに感動しました。外国人スタッフさんやレストランのスタッフさん含めて全てのスタッフの方がプロフェッショナルでホスピタリティ溢れていると感じました。また次回の長崎市滞在の際もこちらへの宿泊を考えています。

Everything is excellent, staffs are so friendly and hi extra miles to help us book taxi and restaurant, only house keeping has to improve as some of our rooms haven’t been cleaned up as some were cleaned even some of us forgot to put out the clean up room sign.

連泊の場合、朝の９時までに清掃カードを出さないと清掃してもらえません。(９時半くらいにその日はでました)チェックイン時聞いたか分からないけどそこを見逃し簡易清楚になると紙が置いてました、、せめてベッドメイキングはして欲しかったと残念でした、、他設備は整ってますし、きれいで居心地良かったです。ビジネスホテルよりは、上で高級ライン未満という感じかな。コスパは良いと思います。

全体的に清潔感がありスタッフの対応もよく気持ちよく宿泊することが出来ました！また、中華街や稲佐山行きのバス停にも近く観光客には嬉しいリッチだと思います。提携駐車場もありますが、そちらは少し狭めでした。ですが、割引券のサービスもありホテルからも近いので〇大浴場が最上階にあるのでいい景色を見ながら湯船に浸かれるのはとても嬉しかったです。ひとつだけマイナス点があり、マッサージサービスはフロントの方とサービスの方の連携がうまく取れていないのかな。と感じました。足ツボ30分でフロントへ連絡したのですが、その旨はサービスの方へ伝わっておらず全身マッサージ60分で施術されました。思っていた金額よりもプラスになってしまった為少しモヤモヤが残りました。ですが、その点を差し引いてもとてもいいホテルだと思います！また長崎に行くことがあれば利用したいと思います。

長崎中華街の目の前にあり、提携駐車場もホテルの裏にあるので荷物の移動が楽でした。部屋は清潔で居心地よく、ベッドも快適な柔らかさでぐっすり眠ることができました。最上階にある大浴場はモダンな作りでカビも見当たらず気持ちよく入れました。露天風呂もありましたがあいにくの雨模様、屋根がないのでちょっと入りづらかったです。バスタオルは部屋備え付けのを持って行き、風呂場のかごに返却します。翌朝もう一度入りたいなと思ってたけどタオルがないので入れませんでした。これはフロントにタオルが欲しいと頼めば良かったんでしょうか。朝食も種類が多く、ご当地メニューも用意されていて嬉しかったです。美味しくいただきました。レストランを出たところに持ち帰り用のコーヒーも用意されていました。とてもコスパの良いホテルだと思いました、また長崎訪問の際には利用したいと思います。

長崎中華街の目の前にあり、提携駐車場もホテルの裏にあるので荷物の移動が楽でした。部屋は清潔で居心地よく、ベッドも快適な柔らかさでぐっすり眠ることができました。最上階にある大浴場はモダンな作りでカビも見当たらず気持ちよく入れました。露天風呂もありましたがあいにくの雨模様、屋根がないのでちょっと入りづらかったです。バスタオルは部屋備え付けのを持って行き、風呂場のかごに返却します。翌朝もう一度入りたいなと思ってたけどタオルがないので入れませんでした。これはフロントにタオルが欲しいと頼めば良かったんでしょうか。朝食も種類が多く、ご当地メニューも用意されていて嬉しかったです。美味しくいただきました。レストランを出たところに持ち帰り用のコーヒーも用意されていました。とてもコスパの良いホテルだと思いました、また長崎訪問の際には利用したいと思います。

Good place near Chinatown and the port. Public bath on the roof and breakfast were big pluses for this property. Room was fine, ten minutes from the train station by streetcar. About as expected by Candeo standards. Breakfast can be crowded if a tour group in staying at the hotel, they eat at the same time due to their schedule.

本当に四つ星？フロントが上層階にあり景観、施設の新しさ、スタッフの対応だけは良かった。部屋。設備削減のためかメイクのためのデスクがなく物が置けず不便。ベッドはシモンズのようだが厚さ20cmの薄いベッドで寝心地が悪かった。朝食。たくさんの料理はありましたが、見栄えだけで全ての味付けが今ひとつ。これは朝から気が滅入りました。スクランブルエッグはドロっとしていて味がなく、海外の方も胡椒がないかスタッフに聞いていたが無いと返答していた。私もサラダ用にEXオリーブを確認したが準備がないと。ホテルでは調理していないのかなと感じた。フルーツも冷凍のぶどうとオレンジだけでした。大浴場。脱衣所が狭く縦に4人分ロッカーがあったが全て使われていて屈みながら着替える始末。10箇所シャワーがあったが3箇所故障。営業中に定期的な脱衣所の清掃がないのか床は髪の毛で汚れていた。給水機にはホコリも見られた。全てが残念な体験。

A very nice hotel. I appreciated the hotel staff level of compentence and service. The cleaning staff did an excellent job too. There are a lot of parking houses in the vicinity, and also public transport options near the hotel. It is close to China Town and Hamamachi Arcade. I recommend them.
