家族で２部屋取って滞在しました。ドーミーインはいつも安定して快適な滞在を提供して頂けるのですが、長崎駅前のドーミーインは建物も新しく、すべての点において素晴らしかったです。お風呂もきれいで清潔感があり、湯温もよかったです。お部屋も清潔感があり、快適でした。朝食バイキングは長崎ならでわの品ぞろえで、とてもよかったです。一点だけ残念なのは、エレベータが遅いこと。常時満室なのを想定してもっと基数を増やすべきでしたね。３分街は当たり前。遅いときは５分くらい待たされます（冗談ではありません）。壊れているのかと思うくらいです。せめて階段が普通に使えるといいのですが。ワンフロア移動するのにもエレベータで５分待ちだとゲンナリです。

Rooms are large enough to walk around the bed and have a small entry way. Parking 1200 yen/night. Breakfast 2500 yen which is expensive but you can get food from the connected 7/11 for much less if you like.

５名家族（２名女子、３名男子）で２部屋とって宿泊しました。ホテルがまだ新しいようで、大変清潔感があり、またモダンな様相でした。他のドーミーインと同様、天然温泉の大風呂は快適で、清潔感があり、とても快適です。朝食バイキングも品ぞろえも多く、また長崎ならでわの品ぞろえもあり、大満足です。一点だけ不満があるとすれば、エレベータが客数に対して少ないこと。お風呂に行くとき、食堂に行くとき、外出するとき、おおよそ混雑時は５分くらいエレベータを待たなければなりません。長崎で五島町で、お客さんはほぼ年十満室であることを考えると、もうすこしエレベータの数を増やしてもよかったのではないでしょうか？さすがに、毎度５分待ちというのはいただけないです。私たちは３階だったので、外出や朝食（２階）に行くのは階段でもよかったのですが、階段は使える感じではありませんでした。ここも改善点かなと思います。それ以外の点については、不満は全くありませんでした。ドーミーインは快適で、いつも感謝しています。

Short walk from the station. Free ice cream from 3pm, free massage chair, free ramen from 930pm and free yakult in the morning. Washing machine is also free (only dryer requires 100 yen). Will stay again if in Nagasaki.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to shopping mall and the station. Additional complementary yakult in the morning and ice cream and ramen at night are bonus. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only thing can be improved is the towels a bit smelly

The hotel is only a few minutes of walking from Nagasaki Station and local tram station so it's easy to go around town on public transit. There is a 7-11 on the property with a dedicated door to the hotel lobby. The hotel offers free ramen as evening snack (well patronized by other guests) and a lounge with massaging chair, manga library (wow!). The breakfast buffet is a highlight with many choices. On top of standard breakfast fare (both Western and Japanese style), the hotel showcased some of the local dishes which is otherwise hard to find in other parts of Japan. I intended but didn't have a chance to use the public bath as it was getting crowded in the evening, but you can check the status on the TV real time which is handy. My room has shower stall only, but it's clean and looked new. I will recommend this hotel without hesitation.

温泉が非常に良く、しかも清潔に保たれていました。他のドーミーインでは、床がヌルヌルしていたりしますが、こちらでは全くありませんでした。朝食も郷土料理がとてもおいしく、たくさん食べてしまいました。ただ、部屋でWi-Fiがほとんど使えませんでした。館内のほかの場所では使えたのですが、部屋に入ると全くつながらないか、つながっても電波が非常に弱く、すぐ途切れてしまいました。仕事がはかどらず、この点だけは不満でした。

This Dormy Inn had the best public onsen of any Dormy Inn I have used in Japan. The outdoor baths were amazing. Inside, the room was spacious and modern. I had an amazing time in this hotel just a few minutes walk from Nagasaki Station.

It was clean but the bed and pillows were awful. Both very hard and that may be what is normal for Japan. We even got softer pillows from the front desk and they were terrible. The breakfast was not good. The finishes and things like the towels felt motel grade. I guess my disappointment came because it was so highly rated online. We checked out early and switched hotels.

The staff was helpful when I needed an extra night and when I needed directions to their washer dryer area (not obvious) Easily checked in and out. Walkable to the station, Chinatown, the wharf and Oura church/ Glover Garden.

温泉があり、駅近なので宿泊を決めましたが、チェックイン時の従業員が不親切でした。トラベルガイドの冊子の案内もなく、駐車場も立体駐車場の為大きい車は入らず、フロントに行き駐車場の案内をもらいましたが提携しているわけではなく、知らない道をウロウロする事になりました。

Located very close to the airport bus stop. Convenient to move around Nagasaki by tram and bus. Good hot spring service on the 11th floor. Many different Japanese dishes but not the highest quality ones. Very good place for the business travelers!

The entrance was very clean and beautifully maintained. The room was bright and equipped with everything we needed. Both the hot springs and the open-air bath were very pleasant. The bathroom amenities were well-stocked. After the bath, there was a variety of free ice cream to enjoy. In the morning, there was free Yakult, a lactobacillus drink. Additionally, the free massage chair provided a blissful experience, enveloping the entire body in a soothing massage. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was very satisfying. The hotel serves “Yonaki Ramen” from 9:30 PM, and for those who can’t eat it, they provide an original cup noodle, so be sure to try it. The breakfast selection is even more extensive. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it ideal for sightseeing. A convenience store is adjacent, and there are restaurants within walking distance.

やっぱりドーミーインですね！ここへ泊まるのは2回目ですが、やっぱり安定感が違います。スタッフも優しく、お部屋の清潔感も抜群です。駅前ですが、周辺は大通りに面しているわけではないので夜は静かです。 1階にセブンイレブンがあるので、色々変えて便利です！朝食はつけないつもりでしたが、鯵たたき丼が美味しいとの噂を聞き食べました。いやぁもう絶品でした！ミョウガはたっぷり載せることをオススメします！あごだしが用意してあり味変を楽しめました！
