The food was great, but there was either no heat or too much heat in our room , so basically there was no way to regulate the heat except by turning it off or on.

Good location for loafing

there are some stains on the carpet in the room, and seem air flow is not that good. But the facility of the hotel is good.

The facility is in a beautiful location. It is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is well-trained, friendly, and accommodating. When I checked in, I did not realize that I booked a room in the "port area," which is basically rooms for people who bring their dog(s). Our room was on the 2nd floor, and it was difficult for my 91-year-old dad to go through ups and downs (The staff was willing to change our room if it was available), and we had to take a bus to get to a hot spring, also not too easy for my dad. It is a fantastic place for families with kids and pets. The next time, I will look for a room in the "Garden area."
