Hotel is great location, staff were very knowledgeable on area and how to spend my days. Had vending machines to enable to get snacks and coffee. Hotel is a little tired but its location and great staff more than makes up for this.

Great location right in the centre to Lisbon. Reception open for check in 1100-1900 (then it shuts). Good wifi. We had a toilet and bathroom in the room, The bottom of the shower was old and could have been a little cleaner. Noisy with the buns being collected at 0045 each morning: take earplugs.

The price was perfect since I only wanted a place to sleep and shower that was central to what i wanted to do in Lisbon. I had a room with a private bathroom but you could also go cheaper and have a room without. There is an elevator which I appreciated. There is a code to enter the front door as there is not always someone at the front desk. This is a basic accomodation but perfect for the price.

Decent stay. Noisy around the area as it’s pretty centralized. No ac. No bathroom in room. There is a shower but no toilet. There was only two plugs in the room. One in the shower area and one in the bedroom. Staff was nice. Easy check in. Vending machines downstairs if you’re desperate and want something quick. Overall a good stay.

The primary things good about the hotel was the great location and comfortable bed. Not much else was good though. The wifi was very slow or didn't work at all which is a big deal, the shower was tiny and enclosed on two sides by a smelly, mildewed shower curtain - so there was no room to take a shower without coming in contact with the smelly shower curtain and water got all over the floor, and the only time someone was in the office was between 11am and 7pm - so, most people (including me) would be gone by the time someone came in and would not return until after they left for the day.

Ein Zimmer wie eine Zelle. Kein Schrank,undichtes Fenster, Sicht auf eine Wand und einen verdreckten Innenhof,Gestank von aussen und die Bettdecke riecht alt und sauer, in der Dusche fällt einem die Duschtür entgegen,keine Haken,keinerlei Komfort. Ich finde es unzumutbar,dass derlei Zimmer überhaupt vermietet werden. Man MUSSTE für mehrere Nächte buchen. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht geflüchtet. Geld gab es natürlich nicht zurück, nur eine Bemerkung einer gleichgültigen Mitarbeiterin. Bloss wegbleiben von dort !

L’hôtel est bien situé et le personnel accueillant. Cependant, l’hôtel est désuet, les chambres sont vieillottes et le lit inconfortable. Il est impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre et attention avec celle de la salle de bain elle devra être grande ouverte sur les poubelles à l’arrière du bâtiment. Une odeur nauséabonde persiste dans tout l’hôtel incluant les chambres et considérant qu’il n’y a aucune ventilation il est nécessaire d’ouvrir la fenêtre de la salle de bain. Pour une nuit vous devriez vous en sortir, mais rien de plus… Les chambres semblent propres, mais l’odeur masque le tout!

I gave 1 star because there wasn’t a lesser selection. The Staff was friendly and accommodated us with an early check in. Shower didn’t drain Towel bar fell off wall Entry door to room stuck and was difficult to open. Woken by women screaming and moaning. Very little if none, sound proofing in walls. Killed a cockroach in hall while waiting for elevator Elevator interior had cracked tile and cracked and filthy mirror on ceiling. Not enough hangers (2) 1 chair in a double bedroom. Convenient location.

This property is really old and although it was clean, there was a strange smell in my room I couldn’t get past. The room had no ac or heater and it felt damp/humid. My sheets always felt damp as if they hadn’t properly dried before they put them on. Aside from that; the bed was comfortable and clean, the room was clean, check in and out was easy. The location is really the selling point especially for the price.

The hotel is simple but serves its purpose. The only notable downside was the lack of a mirror in the room, which was inconvenient for my girlfriend (it really makes a difference for them). Additionally, a shower enclosure instead of a curtain would be a nice improvement, as water did tend to spill outside the cubicle, though this wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d consider staying again for the excellent location, which is a standout feature!

Uitstekende locatie. In het centrum. Hotelkamer was ruim maar oud meubilair. Geen afstandsbediening voor tv. Geen verwarming of afstandsbediening voor de airco/verwarming. Je moest zelf aangeven of je schoonmaakservice wilde. Ik ha wel een hele rustige kamer.

With air conditioning it would have shut out the constant noise from the street below, including that of regular refuse truck visits. Closing the shutters effectively shut out all the noise but made the room unbearably hot during the night. That said, it didn't spoil our 19 nights at the property.

Pros- excellent location (near many attractions, restaurants, taxi pick-up, etc.) -clean -excellent price for where it’s located Cons- noisy at night (primarily garbage trucks etc. at 4:00 AM as opposed to crowd noise) - strange bathroom setup. I’m a tall guy (6’2”) and it was very difficult to use the shower. I can’t even describe the strange floor to the shower (I wish I took a pic). There was like a little faucet sticking out at the bottom that I constantly banged my heel into, plus the area to stand was so small you stood over the drain blocking it (there were like different levels to the shower floor but you could only really stand on one of them, weird!) -no hangers in the closet -no real ventilation (it rained one day I was in Lisbon and my cloths were soaked. After two days hanging in my hotel room they were still wet). A small portable fan would have been a godsend. Would I be willing to stay there again? Probably, but I would definitely check to see what else available too.

If you're looking for a basic central location and a bed, this will do. The room had only a single wall outlet, the other one was six feet up the wall for the tv. Its a very noisy building, you can hear conversations like they're next to you. The toiletries they give out are pointless. The bar a soap was a few millimeters thick. One quick hand wash and its used up. Overall, this establishment is just a bed to crash on for a night or two. For anything longer than that, stay elsewhere.

Recomendo excelente localização, no centro perto de tudo, tem elevador o que é muito bom, o quarto estava limpo, e todos os dias fazem a manutenção do quarto, pessoal simpático e prestável.

Não compensa. Hospedagem diferente das imagens. Para começar, a recepção tem atendimento limitado. Funciona só após às 11h. Se chegar antes com as malas, não tem atendimento... A sorte é que havia um guarda-volumes na estação Rossio. Ao ligar para saber se podiamos deixar as malas, a atendente não foi cordial. Na descrição do anúncio diz que o atendimento é limitado, mas não está nas informações mais visíveis, levando ao equícovo. Se eu soubesse, jamais teria reservado essa hospedagem. O pior de tudo é que o quarto era puro mofo e nao tinha nada ver com as imagens. A janela dava de fundo para um restaurante com cheiro ruim. Não consegui dormir por causa do mofo... O cheiro de mofo era muito forte. Na segunda noite eu sai e nem voltei, preferi alugar outra hospedagem e deixar somente a mala lá porque era pesada e não quis transportá-la. Tirei foto de tudo para comprovar o que estou falando. Não tem um microondas para esquentar uma comida, coisa que geralmente todo guesthouse ou hotel de baixo custo tem. Muy mala la atención en la recepción,no hay personas con quién comunicarse y la que está atiende en muy poco horario,además como en toda capital debería saber varios idiomas para recepcionar a las personas.Ademas dan un teléfono de urgencias y atiende una persona en inglés que no entiende nada.

Clean, convenient, great place to spend a night or two for someone who really only needs a place to sleep and shower. Not a luxury property but great for affordable and basic accommodations. I got a room with a bathroom can’t speak to the shared bathroom situation. Very close to Rossio metro stop. One or two minute walk.

With air conditioning it would have shut out the constant noise from the street below, including that of regular refuse truck visits. Closing the shutters effectively shut out all the noise but made the room unbearably hot during the night. That said, it didn't spoil our 19 nights at the property.

Hotel is great location, staff were very knowledgeable on area and how to spend my days. Had vending machines to enable to get snacks and coffee. Hotel is a little tired but its location and great staff more than makes up for this.

Decent stay. Noisy around the area as it’s pretty centralized. No ac. No bathroom in room. There is a shower but no toilet. There was only two plugs in the room. One in the shower area and one in the bedroom. Staff was nice. Easy check in. Vending machines downstairs if you’re desperate and want something quick. Overall a good stay.

Unici punti a favore sono la posizione in pieno centro, perfetta per ogni spostamento a piedi e le macchinette delle bibite in reception. Per il resto, l'aria condizionata funzionava solo ogni tanto e le camere necessitano di un redesign.

Room was clean and staff were super helpful. The rooms are a little outdated but more than ok. For the price we had out doubts but it was great. Defo recommend for short stays!! Its in an ideal place, close walking distance for all the touristy things. Only downside is there is no air con and the rooms are close to a busy street so its a bit noisy but nothing the guest house peeps can do anything about - BYO ear plugs :)

Exposed, unsafe electrical connections in room, loose toilet seat, loose shower head, missing/broken window replaced with masonite or cardboard, bathroom shelf loose and "wobbly", shower so small that any movement risks contact with the faucet which results in scalding water burn ... only two mismatched hangers look like they were found rather than bought, shower drains painfully slowly ... we ended up with ankle deep water.
